Violating unban terms, association with a copy server   Personal comment Hello Glass!   Today I wanted to login into Valrise:RPG server when I noticed that my account has been banned along with getting banned on Discord server. It is sad to see that I have been banned for making a comment on a discord server that does not associate with the beloved ''copy server''. Spagerolli's discord server is not a branch of the other community but my safe space where I believed that I can talk my free mind, just like you did. It is apparent to me that, that is not the case. I've refrained from making any comments about certain staff expectations on the official chats to not provoke neither you or any of your feelings.    Do I feel that the ban was a necessary need? I would love to think that it's not. Seeing how I only made a single comment on the staff, more specifically - you. Discord.gg   Did this in anyway affect the player base of your server? No it didn't. It's apparent to many people that you have done some by law illegal things, affecting different players, bullying them out of the server. congress.gov   Alleged doxxing.   I send my condolences that you think that you are in the right about certain things. However I do not see that it's necessary to basically community ban a invested player when all I've done is gone onto the server to spend my free time and have fun with certain people.  The messages are clearly between you and different doxxers (McKlin's [?]). Keep in mind that i put a heavy emphasis on the part of it being alleged. I don't want to point fingers at anyone.   Other. I'd like to state my personal beliefs on this matter is that glass has a fragile ego. I'm sorry that you believe that people's opinions should change throughout the years, however that has not been the case and won't be the case. I still remember the day that the doxing happened. There are many claims, many instances, many screenshots that show that you were apart of the whole scenario. The player base aren't the community owners, however I still would love to think that having certain beliefs shouldn't be punished. I'm truly saddened to see that it has come to this, that I have to write a ban appeal for 3 messages on a discord server that is not associated with a different community. Just because certain people are apart or own the server doesn't mean that you should strip away my rights to be apart of different communities. You are restraining me to only playing Valrise and I deem it as unnecessary. I don't want to login to your server, pretend that I am happy that one of the Valrise management staff is a well known hacker and a doxxer that had rained terror upon the server for no reason just a few years ago. You can pull out whatever you'd like - say whatever you'd like, that i trash-talked this, that - blah blah blah. But I believe that everyone knows that you had banned me just for the 3 messages. All that they contained were ''damn u got ignored - idk the guy is basically a valrise manager now - so fucking dumb genuinely''. If you deem my ban as a necessity for Valrise to keep progressing, then so be it.    Association with a copy server. In what way am I associated with the other community? Being in good terms with certain people don't mean that you should nibble every single thing just to get someone to stop playing on your server. Have I insulted anyone else? Probably. Did I get banned for it? No. Because it wasn't deemed as a thing that was necessary because it didn't affect Glass directly. Someone being power hungry and in such a position is a danger to the server. Not being able to take criticism and banning instead of taking other precautions is ultimately sad. Treat everyone equally, if you decide to ban only when you are mentioned, it brings up many questions for the safety of the server.
