THE CHRONICLES OF VALRISE (TCOV) INTERVIEW #006 FEATURE: THE DESIGNER WHO BRINGS BUILDINGS TO LIFE While exploring Valrise, I had the opportunity to spend time with a respected exterior designer whose work can be found across private residences and company properties throughout the city. During our meeting, he offered to personally show me three of his favorite projects, giving me a rare look behind the creative process that transforms ordinary spaces into memorable landmarks. One of the first locations he showed me belonged to a private Mexican-owned company. According to the designer, the owner once told him that his work made the entire property feel alive. Having worked in design for many years, he explained that mastery does not happen overnight. “Like everything in life, once you repeat something long enough, you become a master.” The designer spoke highly of the company and its mission, explaining that it provides food and support for immigrants across the country. He described the people behind the organization as warm, welcoming, and family oriented. As his career developed, he began seeing opportunities not only to design for clients but also to create spaces that reflected his own vision and personality. When discussing challenges within his profession, he admitted that small spaces are often the most difficult for him. “I like having large spaces and the freedom to express myself,” he explained. “I’m like a free bird inside and outside the furniture world.” Despite his passion for design, he acknowledged that repeating the same concepts and layouts can become tiring. For that reason, he rarely accepts private residential projects today and instead focuses much of his attention on company developments, where larger spaces allow for greater creativity and innovation -

THE CHRONICLE OF VALRISE (TCOV) DOCUMENTARY #002 FEATURE: THE MASKED EXPLORER OF LOS SANTOS While visiting LSCH, I encountered a mysterious masked individual who agreed to share parts of his story on the condition that his identity remain private. During our conversation, the man described himself as an explorer and occasional hiker who enjoys discovering places throughout Valrise that many citizens never take the time to see. According to him, his adventures have occasionally attracted the attention of law enforcement. He recalled several incidents in which police officers and even SWAT units pursued him while he was exploring unusual locations. Despite these encounters, he spoke about them with humor, describing himself as a sensation seeker who enjoys a bit of excitement. The masked man admitted that he was once involved in a more troublesome lifestyle during his younger years. However, he explained that he eventually moved away from that path and found a new passion in exploration and adventure. As the conversation continued, he revealed more about his past. According to him, he was once considered a familiar headache for law enforcement due to his unique license plate, “SWIFTX9.” He joked that whenever officers saw the plate appear in speeding reports, they already knew who they would be chasing. Despite speaking fondly of those memories, he made it clear that those days are largely behind him. When the discussion turned to business, he revealed that much of his wealth came from real estate investments. According to him, he began purchasing properties and businesses when opportunities appeared throughout Valrise, later selling some of them for significant profits. Today, he owns a collection of expensive vehicles and valuable assets. Interestingly, he claimed that despite his reputation, he keeps only a few million dollars in his bank account and does not consider himself particularly wealthy compared to some of the city’s largest business figures. The masked explorer also gave me a tour of several vehicles from his personal collection, including a Bullet, Sultan, Cheetah, and a high-end motorcycle. While discussing his passion for automobiles, he explained why he generally prefers cars over motorcycles. “You can make cars more stylish, there’s more variety in handling, and they’re harder to stop in a chase,” he explained. “Once you fall off a bike, it’s kind of over.” The interview also touched on law enforcement and corruption. The masked individual shared his personal opinions and experiences regarding allegations of police officers accepting bribes. These statements reflect his views and experiences and have not been independently verified by The Chronicle of Valrise. Beyond the vehicles, the wealth, and the stories of police pursuits, the conversation revealed someone who simply enjoys discovering what the world has to offer. Whether hiking through remote areas, exploring forgotten locations, or collecting unique vehicles, he appears driven by curiosity more than anything else. Whether viewed as an adventurer, investor, car enthusiast, or thrill-seeker, the masked explorer’s story is another example of the diverse personalities that help shape life in Valrise.
