Official Statement from Governor Candidate Chuck Clayton   The multiple attacks on Candidate Elliot Reynolds during his campaign speech today were deeply saddening and utterly disgraceful. I strongly condemn such heinous acts of violence that have no place in our society. Elections should be a time of democratic debate, not bloodshed and chaos. No candidate, no supporter, and no citizen should ever have to fear for their safety simply for participating in the electoral process. However, what is even more disturbing than the attacks themselves is the sheer failure of our law enforcement agencies to maintain control. How was such an attack allowed to unfold? Where was the leadership? This is yet another example of the ongoing incompetence within our law enforcement leadership—a failure that endangers every single person in this state.   Yet, instead of focusing on these critical issues, The Los Santos Network (TLSN) has decided to engage in reckless, baseless fearmongering. This so-called news outlet has made outrageous claims, suggesting that my opponent, Jade Orchidea, is a high-ranking militant in the USSR group and an “Advisor” within a terror organization. Not only are these claims entirely unfounded, but they are also an obvious act of propaganda designed to mislead the public and manipulate the election. Despite Jade Orchidea being my opponent, I strongly condemn these baseless accusations against her. These claims are backed by no substantial evidence and serve only to distract from the real issues plaguing our state. The citizens of San Andreas deserve better than tabloid-style journalism that spreads fear and misinformation without a shred of proof.   I urge TLSN to cease its reckless reporting and stop spreading unfounded allegations that only serve to divide and mislead the public. Sensationalist propaganda masquerading as journalism is a direct threat to the integrity of our democracy. To the people of San Andreas: If I am elected, I will take legal action against media outlets that engage in deliberate misinformation campaigns. There must be accountability for those who spread baseless accusations that harm our citizens and our leaders. We cannot allow lies and propaganda to replace factual reporting. To Candidate Reynolds and those affected by today’s attacks, I extend my deepest sympathies. But let it be known: Violence and misinformation will not dictate the future of this state. The people of San Andreas will not be silenced, and I will fight to ensure that truth and democracy prevail.  

Your calculations are wrong, we are not going to wait for you to reach 3 pages of punishments to issue a permanent ban and that was clear in the first unban conditions you agreed to a couple of months ago. You started to play normally and by rules for a few weeks and then began trolling around and collecting punishments one after another. So yeah you have no defense here and all you can do is convince me that those rulebreaks / trolling / annoying behaviour / toxicity won't happen again in the future. In addition, give in details what are your plans in the server as a character (in details) if granted a chance to play here again.
