INTRODUCTION V2 has been envisioned so that the gameplay would feel more alike to the way server was between 2018 and 2019. It would make the server still consist of roleplay elements and be classed as a light RP server (RPG server), whilst providing a plethora of opportunities for players to explore, whether it be missions, jobs or miscellaneous features. It also features map changes that were wanted by players, mainly removal of some maps from Idlewood and Ganton, and a brand new look for the area surrounding Gas Station 9 and around the precinct. The rules will also feature certain changes that were wanted by the players, more about that in the changelog itself. Credits to @Valentino P (mapping / testing) and @INFERNO @Dizzy (testing). V2 is not the final update by any means, it is just the beginning of a longer transformation process that will deliver additional changes over the coming weeks. There is still a lot that has to be changed, added or removed which could not be done in such a short time frame that we developed V2 in. The biggest change is definitely the anti cheat launcher (VAC) which will impact gameplay in major ways - by preventing cheaters from disturbing the fairness of the gameplay especially during competitive events such as group wars and tournaments that will be hosted throughout June as part of community birthday celebrations. Credits to @Jones @Eren_Hernandez @Mazen who clutched in recent weeks and brought the launcher to its current usable state. Another change is the return of the mobile client, this time tailored in accordance with our needs. This mobile client will feature valrise logos and will remove modifications that used to come with it - such as aimbot, and other similar mods. Credits to @Ben$on for making the mobile client come alive. Still, we recommend you get a laptop since it's an essential item for every person nowadays. THE CHANGES legend [main] - this has to be set up in the main server [todo] - this still has to be done in the upcoming updates [VIP] - this is only available for donators CHAT Public and ask chat has been recolored to the original colors used in past Local chat colors have been set to be purple toned again if you disable your PMs via /togpm, you can use /allowpm to allow certain players to PM you regardless /block will now also work to unblock a person (use /block to block, and /block again to unblock) Car whisper message should split into two lines when the message is longer instead of being cut CHARACTERS Character selection is now after the login or registration process It contains a selection menu that shows your main character and your secondary characters [VIP] Donators can create 2 characters, everyone else only 1 WAREHOUSES RPG, Grenade, Molotov and IED crafting has been removed from warehouses and will now be given out through the different /missions that are repeatedly occurring POLICE RPG and IED has been removed from the police /rack MAPPING Idlewood complex behind GS9 has been removed Idlewood complex north of pizza stack has been removed Ganton hood mapping has been removed Mall now has enterable stores which will feature our new "walk-in" business system [see details under "PROPERTY"] Mako Casino has been relocated to Market nearby the Jewelry store as it did not fit the new Idlewood map Skate Park has been returned to its normal form as the group that resided there moved to Jefferson A community center has been added at the edge of Idlewood near Idlewood precinct with a gym and cafeteria OFFICIAL GROUPS With V2 we're also returning the official group statuses Official group will receive the [official] tag in /listgroups Official group will have a discount on gunparts required for weapon crafting Official group will have increased weapon crafting limits [main] Official groups will have their topics pinned in the groups board on forum [main] Official groups will be able to receive elevators, gates and garages for free at the group properties Official groups will be able to activate group perks for discounted number of group points Official groups will receive oxycodone, xanax, codeine from cargobob mission and trafficking mission Official groups will receive solvent from cargobob mission and trafficking mission Official groups will not have to pay monthly fee for weapon crafting warehouse BUSINESS GROUPS We're changing the concept of business groups and the way they operate Business groups used to be necessary for certain aspects (such as renting a billboard, getting a vehicle from dealership, trucking for business crates and so on), however, this has not always functioned as majority of our player base is oriented either towards being criminals or being cops. This would leave certain players hanging as business groups would a lot of times be unavailable, inactive or uninterested in doing their specialization tasks. We're removing the dependence of scripts from business groups, that means you'll be able to truck for your own business crates, warehouse crates, buy vehicles at dealerships and rent your own billboards without having to use any business group for it. Business groups will however still exist and be able to do these tasks, and their members will be provided money on monthly basis for execution of these tasks by management. This is meant to motivate those who REALLY WANT TO have a business group, to continue having it, and performing the tasks they are specializing in, and still receiving money for it, as opposed to previously where players made business groups just so they could truck for themselves and didn't really care about anything else. TURFS Turfs will rotate on weekly basis in order to provide a bigger variety for groups There are ''quick turfs'' that can be captured by only 2 group members, and these turfs disallow sniper rifles and capturing from within vehicles, these turfs also have a capture cooldown of 2 hours as opposed to 8 hours that normal turfs have Quick turfs will be randomly selected each week during the cycle process, so each week different turfs will be the "quick turfs" which will provide further variation to turf battles as it changes the tactics you can utilize for capture Turfs now have information displayed above minimap showing the number of members capturing the turf, the minimum required to successfully capture, the turf name and the time remaining A single turf can now provide up to three different perks which can be seen through /turfperks /capture no longer requires specifying group that you're capturing for, typing only "/capture" works Reviving players knocked in turf has been fixed so that they should automatically resume capturing once revived CARGOBOB HEIST Cargobob heist occurs at random intervals, the time can be seen through /missions You can take any cargobob on the map to perform the heist You have to deploy the magnet of the cargobob in order to be able to carry containers [use /cargobob magnet] You have to head to the GPS coordinates that are shown to you after you have entered the cargobob At that location you must use your magnet to get a yellow container [press FIRE button] Carry the container to the drop location which is marked with a yellow marker on map Release the container at that location [press FIRE button] You can loot the containers by being on-foot and pressing Y, you will receive crates that you must load up on a vehicle The crate must be delivered to Montgomery, at GPS coordinates that are shown in the message you receive Once delivered at Montgomery, unload from vehicle and load to the garage by pressing Y BANK HEIST [main] The bank now has an alternative entrance at the rear of the building and the back of the interior [main] The bank additionally has a tunnel underneath the building which can be accessed from the vault, and will lead to another alternative exit STORE ROBBERIES Certain stores have NPCs acting as clerks and only those stores with the NPCs can be robbed The amount of money you receive from robbery depends on the location of the store [those close to center LS give more due to higher risk of being caught while those at more remote locations give less due to lower risk] You will need a buddy whose task will be to keep the store clerk intimidated, if the aim is dropped from the clerk at any moment, he will alert the cops and you'll have to run The cash register needs to be smashed up with a baseball bat before you are able to take money from it Money is taken in batches, by pressing N every few seconds PROPERTY Cooldown has been added to prevent players from entering-exiting too quickly, so once you exit a property, you cannot reenter it for 2 seconds There can now be walk-in businesses that can function based on open interiors (such as the store at Blueberry or the Mall at Market), players can use /buy when in proximity of such business VEHICLES [main] Number of state vehicles slightly reduced since there were currently too many spawned everywhere Each player can have up to 3 vehicles spawned at a time [VIP] Donators can have up to 6 vehicles spawned at a time [todo] A variety of new attachments have been added to /attachments [todo] Vehicles degrade depending on the travelled kilometers, they will eventually require servicing by a mechanic specialized group or else will have engine issues You can now use /v impounds whilst inside a vehicle to show the vehicle's impound history DRUG DEALER Any player can sell drugs to the drug dealer as it used to be in past, however they will receive 70% of the price rather than 100% that group leader receives when selling [todo] Drug dealer to be improved in some way to give people who sell a lot benefits COCAINE Coca leaves can be found at random locations in wilderness of San Andreas (Whetstone, Red County) Coca leaves can be collected from the ground by pressing button N on your keyboard when near to it Coca leaves can additionally be obtained from the smuggle or cargobob mission by official groups Cocaine can be produced at group properties that have been mapped or furnished appropriately to act as production labs Production process is quite long, depending on how quickly you add ingredients, it can be up to 20 minutes, however, you do NOT have to be present at the cooking location the whole time, you can occasionally come to add necessary ingredients and then leave again until next step Similarly to heroin and meth, you have to add ingredients during cooking process, however it's much less sensitive to quantities as opposed to heroin and meth, you just have to ensure that you add all the necessary ingredients in larger quantities CANNABIS Cannabis indica will provide more grams per plant if there is a higher number of cops online Players with skill level 3 in "weed" category are able to water multiple plants at once by using /weed water. This will water all the plants within 10 units around the player all at once. HEROIN Heroin can be produced inside properties that have either a mapped or a furnished spot The properties, criteria and limits will be determined by management in order to not make heroin redundant You are now able to do the grinder's famous - "double shack" strategy again as time to add ingredient has been increased to the same amount that old system used (and extra due to having to hold spacebar for a few seconds) JOBS You are now able to view your playtime by job through /jobplaytime [it is newly implemented therefore time counts from now onwards] Automated paychecks that are issued for jobs such as police, fire department, ems, government and alike are now issued on hourly basis based on the job playtime. Spawning at a job after death has been improved so that sub-jobs (such as SWAT from SAPD, SEB from SASD, HRT from FBI, EMS from SAFD) can spawn at any of the parent job locations (SEB at SASD buildings, HRT at FBI buildings, EMS at FD buildings, SWAT at PD buildings) [VIP] Donators level 2+ are able to use /leavejob (or /quitjob) to leave their job from anywhere without having to go to the duty icon of the job SKILLS Skill system has been slightly revamped to address issues that it previously faced with people being able to receive negative skills or pass the skill highest experience amount Skills will degrade after 7 days of last increase, by 1 skill point per day Weed, heroin, meth skill level will now issue appropriate reward (more grams per harvest) based on the level you are Escapee skill will decrease the amount of time you are wanted for, for suspections added manually by cops Stalker skill will reduce the chance of phone tracker vanishing after use Smuggler skill will increase the amount of items you receive on smuggle delivery [todo] Robber skill will increase the amount of gold bars or jewels you receive on heist Thief skill will increase the amount of money you receive on delivery of a wanted vehicle to thieves Swift hands skill will improve vehicle picklock and prydoor speed / chances LUMBERJACK [todo] Lumberjack always had very little trees to cut and was constrained to one location, now there is another job location at Whetstone, behind Angel Pine, and a lot more trees that can be cut TRUCKING Normal trucking will provide extra money on delivery if you're apart of a trucking specialized group Normal trucking will provide additional money if you use your own personal truck for trucking MAILMAN Mailman is an independent job that is located at El Corona Once you go on duty, you load some crates from the post office (through /mail take) and load them into your van (by pressing FIRE button) Once you loaded up enough crates in the vehicle, you can press H to receive the delivery destination. At the delivery destination, you unload the package from your vehicle by pressing FIRE button and deliver it to the red checkpoint at the door of the building. You can then request the next destination by pressing H again. WINDOW CLEANER Window cleaner is part of the maintenance job that is located at Los Santos Junkyard There is currently one skyscraper at Downtown Los Santos that contains the elevator and the windows that need to be cleaned, depending on popularity of the job we can add more on different skyscrapers Elevator can be called up to the rooftop by pressing "H" Elevator can be controlled by pressing "FIRE" button Elevator can be moved up and down by pressing "Y" and "N" Windows are cleaned by pressing "SPACE" repeatedly FIRE & EMS Players will now have the ability to request EMS at their location once they get knocked A whole lot of new fire and EMS missions have been added to provide variety EMS can now respond to knocked players who request EMS, marked on map with red square TRVAELLING [todo] At each train station you are able to travel to other train station by using /train [todo] At each airport you are able to travel to other airport by using /airport PHONE Phones can now be unregistered at the City Hall Issue with speakers being displayed wrongly should be fixed BILLBOARD Billboard can once again be rented by anybody, not only groups with the specialization GROUP WAR When killed during an active group war, you will be instantly dead and no longer knocked No dead body will be left behind for those killed during group war ANIMATIONS /piss has been disabled due to use for trolling CASINO Blackjack game has been added to casinos, accessible via /blackjack at designated tables Roulette and slots command range has been increased so you don't have to be very precise with camera angle to use it ARE YOU HERE? The AFK check that pops up will now be less annoying and detect activity through other means than previously DEFAULT SPAWN LOCATION Newbies will spawn at the Los Santos Airport just by the rental station When you are falling out of a property, you will also spawn at the Los Santos Airport by the rental station so that you can rent a vehicle and drive back to where you need instead of previously spawning at the City Hall where you were stranded without any vehicle to use ITEMS You are now able to use "/use food" or "/use soda" or "/use alcohol" to use any food, soda or alcoholic item without specifying the name FOOD STANDS Food stands were bugged for a long time now, but that has been fixed! Food stands will be placed around popular locations (Idlewood, Ganton, Jefferson, Pershing SQ, ASGH, Marina, ...) and can be rented by players for 7 days After 7 days, the stand becomes unowned and anyone can rent it again for 7 days again Stands are meant to provide players with ability to make small profit by roleplaying in some area with their stand and selling food items, it's not meant to be permanently owned and harbored by individuals who won't care about them after a few days, that's the reason they will remain rent-only SETTINGS You are now able to toggle damage indicator (sounds and visual) via /settings

So first thing that happened, Carlo got suspected, then decided to shoot the fuck out of me with a sniper as he thought it was me that suspected him, it wasn't. I then looked around and only saw 1 person in sight, he was aiming at me as far as I could tell. I went and killed the person, that was where the chatlog starts with Penislo. I did kill him, as I genuinely believed he sniped me. After frisking him and finding no sniper I assumed him to be a hacker on late at night, no admins, high ping, low level, I still believed that it was him, however after him denying it, you can see I ask in radio if it was any cop messing around, to which I get no real answer back, so that furthered my believe into thinking it was Penislo, also the name didn't help his cause either. You can then see we met again at LSPD, which Penislo started insulting me, almost trying to cause an argument. To which I then step outside and see Penislo shoot Carlo, didn't know why. I thought nothing of it as Carlo didn't react and the server was dead anyway I assumed they were just messing around. Then Ambatukam knifed Carlo as he had a gun in his hand and expected him to retaliate after being shot. Then Ambatukam attempted to leave the area, to which then Penislo started shooting Ambatukam and killed him, to which then I went back to revive Ambatukam, to which then I couldn't as he was headshot, but whilst I was attempting to do so, Penislo started shooting me for no reason, to which then I attacked back and hit him a couple times. He then killed me after I got up close, and he also didn't miss a bullet. All of this so far is making me assuming that Penislo is trolling and hacking, which prompted me to simply respawn at LSPD and attempt to kill him again, which I did after hitting him about 8 times with a deagle as he was using 4 different types of drugs for damage reduction. Which made me further believe he was indeed hacking, as you can see in the messages after killing him. This lead to Ambatukam & I being coerced into fighting an undercover admin, this is what led to our unfortunate ban. I believe this was an unfortunate assumption on my end due to being lured into fighting a losing battle against a staff member that wanted me removed. Yes I'll take the blame for suspecting Carlo for kidnapping, Ambatukam jumped on his car and he started driving away initially and I suspected him, I jumped the gun on this one and didn't expect him to be so upset by it as there was 4/5 people online at the time so it wouldn't have mattered either way. 1. ABOUT Halloween month begins on October 1st and ends on November 1st. It's the month of monsters and paranormal beings. Everyone is encouraged to wear costumes (/clothing), and to be vary of where they travel at night. Unusual things may happen at certain locations during those quiet nights... far from help. We will have specially themed mapping at Pershing Square and through Market Strip for the month of October in order to give everyone a nice feeling for the month. It is advised that you assign yourself "Event Alert" role on our Discord server in order to receive pings whenever an event is ongoing. Event schedule will be visible on Discord, through Discord's event feature. Keep an eye there and in #event-alerts. 2. EVENTS A. Pumpkin Hunt Pumpkins will be hidden across the map, visible only when you get real close and personal to their location. Pumpkins that can be collected by players will have orange text that says "Halloween Pumpkin" and only those pumpkins can be collected. There is a small chance that inside one of the pumpkins you may find a ticket for a unique vehicle, a business property or other! In addition, you may also find drugs, money, weapons in the pumpkins. B. Costume Competition Of course, Halloween must be most known for being the time when you dress up in a costume and then head out to trick or treat. We're doing it too! Get a unique costume set up through /clothing and join up on the days when costume competition is scheduled. The top 3 players will be rewarded with a hefty prize. C. Vehicle Tuning Competition This is not just the usual car show event. This time, we're looking for vehicles that are themed in Halloween style. Vehicles that are made to look scary, unique, creepy, whatever word you may associate with Halloween. Let your imagination run wild. Same as with costume competition, we're taking 3 players with best looking Halloween themed vehicles and rewarding them with hefty prizes. D. The Maze You're put in a maze and your task is to find the way out. While you're in the maze, you're encountering monsters who are out to kill you. The first player to reach the end of the maze alive is the winner. This event will be played continuously throughout the month and only one player can win per round. Having a GPS and a map won't help you in this one... E. Trick or Treat Of course, your favorite Halloween sport. Going from house to house and trick or treating. Yeah, you can do it again throughout October. Trick or treating will reset on October 15th which will enable you to go for a second round, in case you managed to loot every single damn house on the map by then. Get a life... Same as with pumpkin hunt, you are able to obtain rare items through trick or treating. A unique vehicle? a business property? there's different surprises that you may stumble upon. Must be the weird looking house that stands lonely in the desert.. F. Squid Games Green light, red light returns. Move when the light turns red - and you die. The person to reach the end of the path lives to receive a hefty reward from the game host. That's not it though. There are other squid games that will be held. CHAPTER I — INTRODUCTION Valrise V3 is a new major iteration of server, and it comes almost a year after its predecessor, the V2. It is quite hard to keep reinventing the wheel, when the server already has so many features that even I, as a developer, often forget all the features that have already been implemented. Before we get into it, I'd like to highlight here that all these changes are subject to change based on player feedback upon the release of V3. We'll be listening to your feedback and will promptly adjust features that, based on your opinions, require adjustments. About the wipe For V3, we decided to perform a wipe on everything, and refund players cash (based on networth — value of properties, vehicles, bank money), level, XP, loyalty points, donor level, donor perks and playtime. Why did we decide on this? well, the server has been running on the same economy for 7 years almost. That's a lot of time for billions, and I mean hundred billion of cash to get spawned in to the rotation. A lot of properties are occupied by players who might not even play actively anymore but only come in-game to be able to pay taxes. That leaves new and active players with little to achieve, since they cannot obtain the valuable business properties, or houses. It leaves little reason to work for money when money cannot buy you the things you desire, as those things are occupied. Hence, with this wipe, we're looking to stir things up and provide EVERYBODY with the opportunity to purchase something they desire. A business? a fancy house? a vehicle that might've been limited previously? now it's up for grabs for everyone equally. Businesses For the first two weeks, business properties will not be purchasable. This is to allow EVERYBODY time to work for extra money, so everyone can be well prepared to go purchasing a business. This time, very profitable business properties will be more expensive. Ammunations will be ownable by players once again. And all business properties will generate passive profit, in addition to profit made from player purchases in store. Should a player be inactive and not restock a crucial business such as a pay'n'spray, a gas station or an ammunation, or any other business important to the gameplay of others, then management will sell the business and leave it unowned, and any first player that comes across it, and can afford to purchase it, can do so on the spot. This means — no more businesses being owned and held by management until auctions. Furthermore, in V3, managers are not permitted to own business properties at all. They may just own one house of a mansion type or any amount up to the script limit of regular houses, and no businesses. Drugs Drug prices have been rebalanced, and are now also more based on the risk factor of being caught while producing. This means, if a drug being produced puts you at higher risk of being caught, such as growing cannabis indica on the fields, or heroin in the shacks, those drugs will be more expensive at the drug dealer than meth, which is low risk production. On the matter of drugs, we've also shuffled up the locations at which you can produce heroin, and certain weed plantation fields have been swapped around. The goal is to introduce new locations, with their own advantages and disadvantages, as by now probably everyone got tired and well familiarized with the heroin shacks and weed fields as they've been unchanged since 2017. Group Points Group points are also getting a use in V3, as now it'll act as a currency. Groups will receive 1 point every 3 hours, per each turf they own. They will also receive 1 point for every 3 kills during a group war. This promotes groups to capture and defend turfs and participate in group wars, in order to farm group points. With group points, you can purchase weapon cases, as there's no longer weapon warehouses in V3. Weapon cases are purchased in black market. In addition to weapon cases, you're also able to purchase group perks with group points. What's more — you can also purchase group vehicle upgrades with group points. Drug Dealer & Black Market Wait.. you said there's no weapon warehouses anymore? yeah, not even the drug dealer will be the same any longer. Now, drug dealer IS actually just a drug dealer. He will purchase your drugs and go away. And you can summon the drug dealer by a phone call to a specific number. The drug dealer will appear at a closest location to you, wait for you 5 minutes and then leave. Convenient, isn't it? but where will I buy C4, convert marked money and all that? Well, that will now occur in the black market. Located in the sewer systems of Los Santos. In the black market, you will sell jewelry items, gold bars, marked money, and purchase weapon cases, place hitman contracts or purchase C4 explosives and police scanners. VAC Speaking of group wars, with V3 we're also rolling out VAC V2. A completely rewritten version of VAC, in another programming language, tested on Windows 7. The performance has been significantly improved, and relogging is now near instantaneous. You're also able to change character whilst on VAC and without relogging. And — by using VAC voluntarily, you receive benefits. Extra drugs on production, discount on weapons in ammunations, extra XP on level up, and many others! Maps We've also given the maps some love. Many different areas have been redesigned. Such as Willowfield - Idlewood road that now features a line of ghetto houses. The mechanic station has been relocated to more prominent location between Idlewood and Ganton. The Marina park has been tweaked up and now features a much better looking park by the Verona Beach roadway, whilst the middle has a few stores. Market strip features a longer palm tree line, along with LS-LV Highway. Red County between Palomino and Montgomery has more trees, as well as whole rear end of Fort Carson. But that's not all — there's new City Hall Interior, Police Department interior, Driving School interior and several new house interiors that can be used. Cops and Criminals V3 mainly focuses on what players utilize and play as the most — the criminal side and the police side. Though, legal jobs did receive some love and some of the activities were tweaked up and improved, such as fishing. However, police systems received much needed refreshment, mainly quality of life improvements that will make policing much simpler and more convenient. First and foremost, the FBI was removed a while ago before V3. The idea of FBI does not function in this server due to the lack of appropriate criminal groups and the lack of players who can focus on investigative type of work, which is not all about chasing criminals all day and going from shootout to shootout. Feature wise, showing active TAC channels above minimap, or highlighting only important radio messages in darker blue shade whilst maintaining the rest that are less important in standard light blue color. Spikes are now an item that can be racked and deployed from an ambush, without being near a car. With SAPD and FBI merged, SAPD now has blue-red siren style, and the callsign system was revamped to be much more convenient, with one command you can see every usable callsign by your current job, and who is using it. Click the callsign — and you're assigned to it! Type /carsign and your callsign is automatically added to the car, without typing the callsign all over again. Wanted players now appear in orange color, which will make it very easy for police AND criminals to determine who is wanted, who can be aided, and who isn't wanted and who isn't mean to be shot. A new command, /aid will also readily tell any potential aider whether he's allowed to aid or not. If a person is wanted for traffic related offenses, he cannot be aided. If you're not part of the wanted player's groups or squads, you cannot aid either. The command will let you that know, so you don't get into a pickle of a situation with staff. Heists While we're on topic of cops 'n' robbers, significant improvements have been made on existing heists, and a brand new heist. There's now jewelry stores and banks that you can perform a heist on, across San Andreas. Three of each can be robbed through heist mission. You choose which one you wish to target, and this variety will improve the experience for both, criminals and cops as each situation can have new varying elements to it — the environment, alternative escape paths and more alike. The securicar heist has been changed in its concept, so now the main goal of securicar heist is cracking the doors of the securicar open, then delivering the securicar heist to a random location that's predetermined for each time you initiate the securicar heist. Police are now allowed to participate in this heist, along with any rival groups or players. A player that delivers securicar to its final destination receives the gold bars, but if that player is part of a group, the alliance and the group itself receives points for the delivery. Additionally, the securicar is heavily armored, so it's not that easy to disable it. And lastly, a new heist has been added — museum heist. The goal of this heist is stealing art pieces that are displayed on the museum walls. You have to crack open the doors of the museum, and then optionally the alarm if you wish to not have police on the doorstep within minutes. If you do not crack the alarm, the police will be alerted within minutes of you entering the museum. Once the art pieces have been taken, the heist leader must deliver them to a destination that's predetermined during heist initiation. The heist leader will receive the reward, which he can then split between the participating members. If the heist leader dies before delivering the art pieces, the art pieces will spawn on top of his body, and anyone can collect and deliver it for money. Changelog Anyways, that's all just an introduction. The changelog below will describe MOST of the bigger changes, but not all, since it's too many minor changes to keep track of. Let's dive right into it! CHAPTER II — CHANGELOG GENERAL We performed a wipe on properties and vehicles, however your money will be refunded in a specific rate. ACCOUNT Referral system has been added, where every player can enter the name of a player who referred them, in order for the referring player to be able to receive rewards such as loyalty points, or donor perks. For every referral you receive loyalty points, for every 6th referral you receive donor perks Damage indicator has been fixed and is now functional via /settings. You can now view account registration date in /stats PROPERTY All properties have been wiped, and placed back at sensible locations at new prices. Properties will no longer be moved, a new one may be added at a sensible location, if it already hasn't been added. The interiors of properties must match their location. A gang house with 1 floor cannot have modern 2 floor interior. Businesses generate passive profit over time (hourly) This is in addition to what the business generates from purchases and from entry fees Business owners can now add or remove items that they wish to sell or not sell from their business /buy menu In example, if you own a bar and only want to sell alcoholic drinks, you can remove the sodas and water We now offer a blank property interior in different sizes that can be furnished from scratch by your own imagination and will A "safe" can be placed by furniture now, at your current standing location, from which you access /storage, /load, /unload. It cannot be accessed from anywhere inside the property anymore. By default most properties will come with alternative entrance at the appropriate spot if the singleplayer property model has a backdoor Property tax has been removed, properties owned by inactive players will be auto-sold after prolonged inactivity. After relog, you will be teleported back in the property where you left, instead of at the property entrance Ammunations will now be placed as it originally was in the server, at their singleplayer locations, and will be ownable only by players, not by groups. Gates now have modifiable opening and closing speed which can make appearance much better In addition to moving speed, gates can also have assigned opening and closing sound Properties can no longer be moved! If you want to request a property at a new location, a new property is to be created if that new location is deemed appropriate for it! Groups with mechanic specialization can attach any object model on a vehicle, similar to furnishing groups with furniture. Vehicle tax has been removed. If you own a vehicle that is limited in dealership, it'll be auto-removed after prolonged inactivity. Vehicle dealership system has been revamped and is now interface based. You can now directly choose vehicle color upon purchase, and see it in the interface view! The vehicles will now spawn at the dealership in a parked manner, each dealership has a set of parking spots. Locking and unlocking your vehicle now gives visual and audio feedback. Skimmer plane is now purchasable at Bayside boat dealership instead of Las Venturas Airport Speedometer has been modernized and simplified Group rank restriction for vehicle now works as people would expect it to work Even if player has group permission to drive group vehicles, if the vehicle has a rank restriction and the player is not one of the permitted ranks, he won't be able to use it Criminal groups vehicles can have their armor level upgraded thru use of /upgrade for points You must have group manage vehicles permission to be able to do it The vehicle must be owned by desired criminal group BANK & SAVINGS Bank main menu is now more functional, as it directly shows how much money you have on each account, so you don't have to go into a specific bank account to check that Bank saving account is now functional! SQUAD Squads are now automatically deleted if the leader doesn't log in within a day Admins are now able to view squad members without being part of the squad Admins are now also able to delete squads manually TURFS Turf reward for capturing a turf now depends on the number of capturing members: Default reward are 2 points. If you have 8 members capturing, you receive 3 points. If you have 10 members capturing, you receive 4 points. If you have 12 or more members capturing, you receive 5 points. Owning a turf will now reward the group with 1 point every 6 hours The whole alliance receives a point when a member group captures a turf The whole alliance looses a point if a member group looses a turf The whole alliance receives a point for owning turfs every 6 hours SEWER Beneath Los Santos is now a sewer system with 3 access points: Las Colinas Marina Downtown Los Santos The sewer system is only accessible on-foot, but has some useful features located inside. Black Market, which will be detailed below, is one of the things located in the sewer system DRUG DEALER Players will be able to call the drug dealer during night time by phone. Phone number of the dealer will be 808606 The dealer will decide the location where you are to meet him. The location will be one closest to your current position. The price of drugs at the drug dealer will depend on your /skills, the higher skill level, the better price for you Criminal group leaders will still have the max price Official groups will have a bonus on the price These changes will minimize the difference in price for a solo player or a group BLACK MARKET Black Market is located underneath Los Santos, in its sewer system, which is described above Black Market offers several services: BUYING: C4, Police Scanner, Weapon Cases SELLING: Jewelry, Gold Bars, Marked Money You buy items from black market using group points, by accessing it with "/blackmarket <group tag>" If you want to pay personally, with cash, you then simply use "/blackmarket" without any parameters The black market consists of different sellers and buyers inside, and you approach the one you need, then use the command to access them It's easy to tell which seller or buyer is for what item, as it's displayed by text and also by mapping HEISTS There's three banks that you can do a heist on: Palomino Bank Fort Carson Bank Las Venturas Bank There's also several jewelry stores to conduct heist on: Los Santos Jewelry Store San Fierro Jewelry Store Las Venturas Jewelry Store Initiation points have been removed for bank and jewelry heists, and will now function based on: In order to initiate a heist on a bank or a jewelry store, you have to be at least 200 meters away from the desired bank or jewelry store, but also not more than 800 meters away. So basically, you have to be in the outer perimeter of the desired bank or jewelry store to initiate a heist on it. There are now many more locations where the securicar can spawn. You must use a crowbar to open up the vaults in the securicar. The goal is now to deliver securicar, which will have 10,000 health, to the delivery location, while police and rival groups can participate as well The goal of rival groups is to car jack the securicar from you and deliver it to the delivery location for group points and the gold bars that it provides The goal of police is to car jack the securicar and deliver it near any Police Department to "seize" it Delivering securicar now provides whole alliance with group points in addition to the main reward which are the gold bars MUSEUM HEIST This is a brand new type of heist! There's three museums across San Andreas that you can target in your heist, and it is initiated in the same manner as the above explained bank and jewelry heist — you must be at close range to the museum you want to perform heist on when typing /heist museum initiate. You will first have to begin the heist by cracking open the door of the museum, for which you will require a hacking laptop Once the door has been cracked open, you can enter the museum where you have two ways of proceeding: 1 — crack the alarm so police do not get alerted thru /heist museum crack 2 — ignore the alarm and start stealing To steal you have to use /heist museum steal, whilst near a painting that you want to steal To the heist leader, a checkpoint on map will be visible where the stolen paintings have to be delivered BY the heist leader Once the paintings are delivered to the delivery location, you receive marked money in exchange for the paintings STORE ROBBERY 24/7 stores can now be robbed across the whole San Andreas Stores that are within center of Los Santos have the best reward though, due to greatest risk of being caught by cops MONEY MAKING Completing voluntary military service as part of National Guard for 2 weeks will grant you $100,000 Joining a legal business group can provide a hefty paycheck! Whichever of the legal business groups you join, if you complete the tasks of that group, you are going to receive a server management funded paycheck every 2 weeks! All it takes is for you to take a screenshot when performing business group related task with /TD included in the photo and whatever task you're performing being visible on the screenshot WANTED PLAYERS Wanted players will now appear in orange color [experimental] The goal of this is to minimize the chance of police shooting unwanted players It's also minimizing the chance of random players aiding by "accident" not knowing you're wanted It's also easier for group leaders to know when one of theirs is wanted in order to aid him or to make him leave an area if you don't want police attention This feature being experimental means it can be reverted if significant number of players dislike it this way Wanted time has been reduced by 50%, meaning from 20 minutes to 10 minutes Extra time is reduced based on group perk or "escapee" skill level When a suspect loses wanted status, the police radio will show the reason (death or successful escape) You can use /aid to check whether a specified wanted player can be aided by you or not The command works based on this: If wanted player is in group, and you're not member of same group or ally group, you cannot aid If wanted player is not in any group, but is in a squad, and you're not part of that squad, you cannot aid If wanted player is wanted for a petty crime such as reckless driving, vehicular evasion etc.. you cannot aid DRUGS You can now use cropduster plane to water weed plants There'll be two cropduster planes spawned, state owned, one at San Fierro Airport and one at Abandoned Airport You have to fill them up with water by pressing SPACEBAR while at a refuelling station at the same airport where they spawn You press the submission key (usually non-numpad "2") button to toggle water spray on / off You must fly not too high but not too low in order to water the weed plants underneath you New weed fields have been set up across San Andreas New heroin shacks have been set up across San Andreas POLICE Radio messages will now appear in lighter color, except for dispatch messages which will appear in darker blue if it's an important notification /callsign will now show a list of available callsigns based on your current job /callsign will also show members who are occupying certain callsign Clicking a callsign in the /callsign menu will assign you that callsign You may also use /callsign <callsign> <number> to assign a callsign Using /carsign will assign the current callsign to the carsign automatically, without you typing it Using /jail will now stop dragging automatically When a wanted player dies or escapes, the dispatch message will appear specifying how the wanted player stopped being wanted (by death or by escaping) "/members SAPD" will only show the leadership ranks to police volunteers (up from Lieutenant) as to avoid metagaming When TAC channel is made, it'll now appear above minimap to all law enforcement online that a specific tac channel is active, so they can know there's something happening if they don't pay attention to radio You can now issue multiple fines at once via /fine menu, by selecting all the violations in the menu that you want to issue, and then pressing on the "ISSUE FINE" button that's colored in green. Players are to go to City Hall and through /cityhall -> Manage Fines menu accept or reject the fines If you accept a fine, you will pay it on the spot at City Hall If you reject a fine, you will be made wanted automatically If you don't accept or reject within 14 days, the money will automatically be taken On-Duty sheriff members color changed a bit to not be confused with the color of a wanted player Spike strips are now more accurate in popping wheels based on their shape PHONES Phone numbers are now generated in 3, 6, 9 digit format This means a phone number will look something like: 888 or 888-888 or 888-888-888 Phone numbers in calls and advertisements will now appear in a more easy-to-read format, split by a "-" This means it'll be displayed like "658-658" (example number) instead of "658658" In /call, you still enter the phone number normally, without the - Group phone numbers will now also have the same format, no longer beginning with a "0" PAYPHONES Payphones have been added across the map You can tell it's a scripted payphone based on the text that appears when you approach it To make a call using a payphone, simply use /call <number>, as you would with regular phone It's important to stand in front of the payphone when calling from it, and if you leave its proximity, you will hang up Payphones have predetermined numbers, each payphone has a unique number Payphones cannot be traced, obviously. When calling from payphone, your name doesn't show in service calls (ie. 911, mechanic, taxi, ..) nor in private calls. FISHING In order to begin fishing, type /fish Then, once your fishing rod is attached, you press LMB (fire button) to throw the hook into the water After a while, when something hooks onto the fishing rod, you will receive a message indicating something is hooked on the rod. Once you receive that message, you press LMB (fire button) again to retrieve whatever you have caught. Afterwards, you repeat the process as long as you want. To stop fishing, type /fish again. SEASONS There are now four seasons: Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn A season changes weekly, meaning one season lasts for about 7 days During winter, it becomes night quicker (at around 17:00 in-game time) During summer, it becomes night later (at around 21:00 in-game time) The weather cycles are affected by seasons, meaning during winter, it's more likely to be cloudy, foggy more often, while in summer, it'll be more clear and sunny The seasons affect the produce in farming, for example, you will harvest more Corn during Autumn than during Winter or Spring You will receive extra grams of cannabis indica when growing outside during summer and spring season CLOTHING You can now enable or disable clothing slots by typing /clothing on/off <slot name> You can also toggle a specific clothing item by typing /clothing toggle <item name> And you can edit a clothing item by typing /clothing edit <item name> Using /clothing color <item name> will allow you to colorize the clothing item directly The goal of these changes was to make it more convenient to adjust clothing without going through a tree of menus LOTTERY There's two differing types of lotteries now: Server lottery Admin lottery Admin lottery occurs "on the spot" and is distinct by a countdown and info box that appears on screen when initiated When admin lottery is ongoing, you can purchase /lottery ticket without going to a 24/7 store It's still necessary to purchase lottery ticket from a 24/7 store for server initiated lottery MAPS A new Los Santos City Hall interior has been added along with a Governor's office that is in real world with a view to the outside (yes, now it's possible to crash a plane into the building and governor actually gets damaged inside!) They may own 1 "luxurious" house, whilst regular houses can be owned up to the scripted limit. Managers are not permitted to lead criminal or legal groups. Jane led a happy life, enjoying every moment of it. Unfortunately, that did not last. At the age of 18, Jane’s life took an unfortunate turn and everything changed. She was unfortunate to witness the murder of her family in their own house. It was after midnight, some gang members entered their house. Jane was not home, she was staying at a friend’s house. When she came back home, she found her family all dead. Jane was the only one of her family to survive such a tragic incident. Jane kept on with her life, trying her best to forget about the past, but it was all in vain. Jane understood that she could no longer live in that place and get haunted by the memories so Jane decided to move to San Andreas and get a fresh start, forgetting about her past. New Beginning At first, Jane worked in many different jobs, but she did not succeed in them. She was always interested in helping people so she decided to apply to San Andreas Fire and Medical Department. At first, Jane was unfortunate and got rejected. However, she did not give up and she re-applied again 2 weeks later and got accepted. Jane did her best at her new job, helping whoever needs help and saving lives. Jane is now an EMS Technician, doing her best to offer her medical assistance whenever needed.

9/5/2023: As per the reports, on this day the law enforcement agencies succesfully prevented an armed jewelry store robbery. After receiving a call from the dispatcher, the law enforcement agencies quickly arrived at the scene and set up a permimeter. Fortunately the robbers were lucky enough to make their escape through the back gate however their escape was not sucessful as they were cornered into a property. It was then Captain Raul Finney, the only high ranking personnel present on scene made the call to breach the propety. The breach was successful, and the robbers were taken down without any casualties. Lethal force was used to neutralize the threat.
