I agree with it and I'm fine but if you'd like to accept it I have a request that you push kicks and mutes out of this because they can come really unexpected and maybe also make it so that I can get one punishment (which normally would be an ajail/warn) that gets me temp banned for 5 - 10 days depending on the punishment to make it fair before which its a permanent ban if the punishment is repeated. You could say that the kicks and mutes are probably unreasonable and its just I might be toxic or etc but they really can come in other unexpected ways like if I got muted for speaking a foreign language in /p or got kicked because im bugged. It's upto u to decide about that anyways. Anyway if u don't agree with my request I am fine with the normal terms anyways.

My punishment history isn't even as big as people think it is and from what I can see when I press my punishment history it's under 10 punishments compared to other people I know in same positions as me with 2 or 3+ pages with serious punishments and yet I think I still get more strict punishments.

Personal comment I'll come clean and honest, I thought I would only get a warning or admin jail. Maybe even just a verbal warning if I manage to slip through it. That's what I thought and so I did it, instead I got a permanent ban. I did this because we were in a really heated up OOC argument with NBA and we were clowning on eachother for the previous hour about who'd lose. Previously before this we won and if we lost this turf it wouldn't be a good look. When I saw we were losing I decided to do this and knew what would happen but I didn't think it was a permanent ban. Anyway I think a permanent ban was way too over the top because I was actually already on a non punishment spree cause of a promise I made to LocMax and since I didn't get punished in 3+ months I didn't think he would mind a single warning on my history. I already decided there that it was gonna be my only punishment. Some friend also showed me that you guys think i'm playing some monopoly on you all by testing your limits which is the reason u guys permanent banned me or some shit but thats obviously not true and just seems like bullshit because it'll make me end up on the no unban list anyway. I had a goal here to minimize my punishments and get something which I have been wanting for a long time now but I guess thats fucked now and no way to fix it so ill just play time to time with friends if this gets accepted.

Personal comment So to sum it up, I was mid air in a stunt flying around the turf of East Beach Garage which was having a fight between GSF and NBA. I was providing support for my group GSF whilst in the plane to avoid any mavericks landing and attacking the ground team, basically I was there to slow them down and let our people get some hits and advantages. I saw a maverick or two landing down, I am pretty sure I got one successfully but their guys parachuted down onto some roof and started to snipe me. Some more people came in aircrafts and tried to ram me out of the sky while the rest also got on the roofs, I was in a situation where I was overwhelmed with walkie talkie messages, people pming me, aircrafts trying to ram me out the sky, and people shooting at me from the ground. My plane was going down really fast and I was on low hp. I didn't think properly and was about to land onto the roof so I can try and escape while my plane was about to die but I saw that my plane will probably explode or die while I land so I did a really dumb decision which was to basically press F while my plane is seconds away from landing to avoid it exploding or me dying which works in most cases and is very common in combat, but the surface wasnt ideal and there were people/cars around which made it kind of impossible so I just rammed into them instead which they died from. I admit it was my fault and I apologize for it, I would like to again add up that everything was very complicated at that moment and I had like a few seconds or so to think about that which isn't alot of time. The reason I didn't want to die was because we were running out of people in turf which would've failed it if we ran too low on numbers.

Intentionally breaking a rule twice Personal comment I apologize for breaking the rule, I admit that it was stupid for me to get angry and break the rule once again after I got punished for the first time. I acknowledged this mistake and will not repeat it again. note: I tried to get out of the aircraft before it hit the ground so I could get onto the ground faster to help my allies on the ground and had no intention to crash the aircraft into the people, but for some reason it didn't let me exit..
