What did they do wrong? Too much knowledge. Their penalty? Not a word. But anger replaced the silence. And CAF was forged by anger.   The gang established itself in the barrios under the leadership of Javier "Reaper" Vasquez and Luca Moreno, two brothers-in-arm who were once feared along the northern drug routes. They did more than just sell drugs; they operated block by block, transforming shadows into revenue and street corners into battlegrounds.   CAF began as a muscle-for-hire organization that dealt in guns, coke, and blood while guarding smuggling routes between Los Santos and Mexico. However, they did more than just strike back after a Sinaloan contact betrayed them; they occupied a whole plaza.   As friends became foes and foes were buried in unmarked graves, a third force appeared: Victor "Specter" Castillo, a former Federal Police ghost who went rogue and gave the gang expansion, fear, and accuracy. From a street crew, he transformed Cartel Al-Fajr into a criminal empire that has no regard for flags, regulations, or mercy.   Cartel Al-Fajr – CAF now controls entire neighborhoods, weapons, drugs, and black-market goods. Their sole code? Devotion to the cartel. Traitors should die. 🛑 Background   Cartel Al-Fajr – CAF is a vicious Mexican criminal gang with deep roots in the streets of East Los Santos. It was founded on the ashes of betrayal and broken blood oaths. A group of former military defectors and cartel members who had been abandoned by their own employers—organizations that had previously depended on their violence and allegiance—formed the gang.   These men remembered. They also did not extend forgiveness.   They regrouped in Los Santos' barrios, not to survive but to regain control. They established a network that combined traditional cartel methods with violent urban warfare, operating out of the city's back alleys and underground clubs. They referred to themselves as Cartel Al-Fajr – CAF, since they were a new order rather than just a gang.   They have Mexican ancestry. They operate from the ports to the hills, from Tijuana to Los Santos. They deal in influence, fear, weapons, and drugs. CAF demands obedience rather than pleading for respect. CAF rules where the law cannot.   Cartel Al-Fajr – CAF is feared in Los Santos today. They ride in lowriders with bloodstained flags, wear calavera masks, and carry weapons engraved with the image of Saint Death. They are more than gangsters. Jamie_Nocta Date & time of occurence? 14/1/2018 14:58 Elaborate how you lost this/these items I tried loading RPG cases (was moving storage between HQs) then I suddenly lose all the RPG cases (i dont remember how much we had around ~20 i think not sure) It says I loaded 1 (while i typed /load 0 RPG case) but in reality even that 1 rpg case got deleted/wiped I think its because of the inventory limit? probably caused rpg cases to be wiped Proof [00:33:39] You took rpg case in 1 quantity from the storage. I am sorry I using gta pinoy pack i dont know, I swear to god I wanna be pro shooting like Ted he is good shot and he knew always my locantion, I'm sorry admins if it illegal to VAC, I'll use other gta like clean but pro shot then you can scan it if illegal to vac please you tell me i'll rush it to delete out form my competer real quick. 😢 At that time, I didn't really understand how serious the results could be. I made a bad choice because I wanted to try something new and get better quickly, without thinking about what could happen after. After everything happened, I spent some time thinking about it. I now understand that if I truly want to get better, I have to stop using mods or anything that breaks my gameplay these illegal on VAC. I need to practice more and improve the right way with honesty and respect for other players. From now on, I won't do anything risky or unfair again. I will work hard to improve by using my own skills.🙏🤧
