Hello everyone  I hope you're doing well. I'm writing to appeal my recent 5-day ban from the SAMP RP server and to respectfully ask for a review of the situation that led to it. I understand I have a long punishment history, and I fully accept responsibility for my past actions. However, I’d like to provide context for this specific situation, as I believe the punishment may have been issued without a full review of the events or logs. 📌 What Happened (Roleplay Context): The incident took place at GS9 with a player named Niko. Niko rammed my vehicle, initiating a hostile interaction. I asked him to pull over so we could talk. Instead, he immediately exited his vehicle and opened fire on me without much escalation. I was knocked and called EMS by pressing Y. Police arrived, revived me, and requested I come to LSPD. Due to limited time IRL, I informed them I couldn’t come, and I was suspected (understandable). Niko lied to the police and blamed me, which led to multiple officers aiming at me. I complied and was arrested. After I was released from jail: I encountered Niko again. He hit my vehicle again, repeating the earlier hostile action. I got out, retaliated with a firearm, and knocked him — similar to how he had done to me. I then called EMS for him to preserve the RP experience. However, Niko rejected the revive, resulting in his death, and I was once again suspected and chased by police. Later, Niko returned unrealistically (after dying and rejecting EMS) and used /s DIE BITCH while approaching me like a ghost — which is, in my understanding, a clear violation of RP rules (specifically NLR and proper character continuity). 🔗 Video Proof (of Niko returning unrealistically after death): https://streamable.com/6xslko As shown in the video, I was in the middle of being arrested for Niko’s “murder,” and he reappeared despite having died and rejected a revive. His sudden return with /s shouting is unrealistic and broke immersion entirely. Unfortunately, this is the only footage I have left, as I recently wiped my SSD and lost other recordings. 🧾 My Concerns: Lack of Log Review: It seems the admin who issued the ban may not have checked the full logs or context of the interaction — especially considering Niko initiated the aggression both times and I attempted to maintain RP by calling EMS. Intent to Follow RP: My actions were not random DM. I acted in-character, based on prior events, and even tried to keep the RP going by calling EMS after Niko was knocked. Effort to Improve: Despite my punishment history, I’ve been trying to play more responsibly and within the rules. I understand my history makes my actions more closely watched, but I genuinely want to move forward. Limited Time, Real Passion: I work five days a week, and the little free time I get during holidays or weekends, I choose to spend on Valrise because I truly enjoy the server. That’s why I try my best to follow the rules and not ruin anyone else’s experience. Unfortunately, it feels like Niko is the one who’s provoking situations and disrupting roleplay for others, not me. 🙏 My Request: I’m not trying to shift blame or claim I’m entirely right — I just ask for a fair review of the situation, including: Chat logs DM logs The context of Niko rejecting revive My EMS call attempt The NLR breach in the video above The RP justification based on prior interaction If the admin team believes I was fully in the wrong, I’ll accept the punishment. But if there's room for leniency or if this was a misunderstanding, I would deeply appreciate the chance to return earlier.
