Hello, as we have discussed, Management has decided to unban you and give you another chance. The base terms are to be followed. No more OOC toxicity, joking and fun is fine but don't offend people with comments or provoke them by any sort. Have more self control and if anyone provokes you just reach out to me or any manager, we will take care of it, try not to get involved directly or provoke them back. Please keep in mind any sort of toxicity related issues can lead to permanent ban.

You are server banned, not community banned. You are free to play other servers from our community. Regarding SAMP it's being told already in earlier appeals it's a no to the unban, reasons being already given previously.

I personally don't care about my pictures being shared, I put them up to Social Media already means I am not being secretive about it. But even with me forgiving you there still remains a decision from Enes. Enes is not forgiving you like me or Weston did. I have to inform you till Enes does not feel fine with the action or forgive those we won't be able to unban you.

You shared picture of our community member without consent and that person does not forgive you for same, you will not be unbanned till he forgives you and agrees on unbaning you.

Even we forgive you as management, the player who you harmed still have not forgiven you. We spoke with him and hence we decided to not unban as long as everyone involved forgives you.

I answered already, you are a trigger happy DMer and nothing is going to change that. You were Marcello who was a DMer as admin 2 year back you are same till this day. And those count towards your current punishment, that you should have known, you would have know if you did some admin work instead of abusing commands and farming scores back in time. There is nothing to speak of, when your group members also agree to the fact that you stop behind to DM cops rather than evading when they asked you to. Breaking rules in October or today makes no difference, you are a veteran player, you should play by rules for the least. What makes you think you are going to get same outcome as Marco? He had a way cleaner punishment history than you, your attitude over this whole appeal is just troll. I don't think you are getting unbanned with this attitude, fix it come up with serious appeal or don't bother appealing. It's upto us what we give you or how we punish you IF YOU ARE EVER TO BE UNBANNED. What you need to do it make an original appeal with proper reasoning why you should be unbanned, what you did wrong and what is your takeaway from this ban.
