Community Management

Community Owner @Dylan @Mikro 

Community owner is the head of Valrise Gaming community and of the community management.

 

Community Manager @LocMax

Community manager is part of community management and oversees the whole of Valrise Gaming community. Community managers are responsible for appointing server leaders and managers, and are there to ensure that the servers develop in a way envisioned by the community management.

 

Community Consultant @Jones @Valentino P @INFERNO

Community consultant is part of community management and consist of former managers or handpicked individuals whose task is to provide counsel to the community management and assist in handling of managerial tasks. Community consultant is appointed by community manager and owner.

 

Server Management

Server Leader @Ben$on

Server leader is part of server management and oversees the server managers, along with the server's staff team. His primary duty is to ensure that everyone is performing their tasks and that any major issues that arise get resolved promptly. Server leader is appointed by community management.

Server managers are split into different jurisdictions, however all of them may perform duties of all jurisdictions. The jurisdiction they are assigned is their priority one, which they must focus on and resolve tasks of that jurisdiction promptly. Server manager is appointed by community management and the server leader.

Senior Administrator

Senior admins are as the name implies the senior members of the staff team with sufficient experience and knowledge to handle more sophisticated issues that require access to server logs and offline punishing. They are similarly to management split into different jurisdictions, however, may handle issues across all jurisdictions. The jurisdiction they are assigned to is the one they must focus on and resolve tasks of that jurisdiction promptly.

Senior Admins

Junior Admins

Junior admins are backbone of the server and are responsible for the primary day-to-day enforcement of the server rules in game, and the handling of in game reports and support requests. 

 

Moderators

Moderators are in most cases helpers who were found to be exemplary in their work in their former position and have been given an opportunity as moderators. As moderators, they have the ability to handle in game reports from players and are still tasked with providing support to players whenever requested.

 

Helpers

Helpers are the backbone in the field of player support. Their primary task is answering questions regarding gameplay and guiding new players through our features and gameplay in order to help the new players assimilate with our server.
