Crazy how taxpayers money are going to be spent.... Well hopefully the toll fee will be able to compensate the investment.

Question on the goverment. How are the business properties going to be put up for sale? We all know that there is a big gap between rich and poor. Wouldnt this serve the rich people to just "hoard" another business or exclusive house? Or will there be a fair system set up to adress this issue.

All and all, interesting project, looking forward to see what will happen and how everything is going to go...

This is an island made for the rich, it is an island that covers all the needs, from day to day shopping to car maintenance to entertainment from the park and the casino.
To answer your questions, the businesses are going to be bidded on and the houses have a price set to them, first to come, first to get it. This is not a project made for the poor, the state already provides many things for the poor, the island is an escape for the rich from the normal enviroment.

All of these combined are also the reason why the toll fee is so high.

I hope I have answered all of your questions.

Well you did indeed. Thanks for response, now we know who is the targeted audience of the project. I hope I will be able to attend the ceremony and maybe catch a property there :D.

Oh it's nice we keep adding useless structures aimed for the rich to feel more important while the text attachment on cars bug keeps on going without anybody doing anything about it.

Very useless addition imo. Those who are rich are also inactive af, they will just buy the houses and do nothing with them, same with the businesses, just farming some money. There is nothing here that could stimulate roleplay, just things to please the greediness of some players.

Big -1 from a player who is not poor.

All I see is complains, but nothing that could help.

Thank you for the review.

More houses will be added on it, currently we're facing a couple of problems, once we figure out a solution we will add more properties.
