The management of Pete3Ammunations has decided to close both their Los Santos Ammu-Nations based in Market and Willowfield. The two Ammu-Nations are possibly the most popular in the state of San Andreas. In a recent statement by Pete3Ammunations management, the cause given for the decision has been the increased crime rate within Los Santos. The closure of the Ammu-Nations has faced a lot of backlash with some saying the decision is complete nonsense.
The lack of support provided by Pete3Ammunations for their claims is causing many to wonder if this is another blunder of the state government for failing to control crime within Los Santos or if there is an ulterior motive. However, is it the place of Ammu-Nation owners to make such decisions and deprive lawful citizens of their constitutional rights? Rejection notice by SAPD to ex Governor Declan Kavanagh

Ex Governor Declan Kavanagh now known as Harvey Decker has called out the SAPD for discriminating against him. Kavanagh had filed for a reinstatement to re-join the San Andreas police force but was denied due to a failed background check. As one of the only governors to successfully complete a full term with no criminal record, many believe he is being targeted due to his political beliefs with some saying it is because of his Irish heritage, although there is currently no evidence to support these claims.
Statement by ex Governor Declan Kavanagh
SpoilerAs one of the few governors whom had a full and successful mandate, I went in a bit of a soul searching and decided to go back to my roots - law enforcement. Sadly, the democratic Chief denied my reinstatement due to non-existing evidence, stating that I had a criminal record - which is completely false and just propaganda due to my political beliefs. I'm a proud republican and this is blatant discrimination towards me, especially since I injected millions and millions of funds towards the Police Department and its respective divisions.
The Chief of Police Stock Smith wrote in the rejection notice "any reinstatement posted will be denied immediately". In a statement to the Buzz Times, Kavanagh said, given he injected millions into the SAPD and its respective divisions during his term as governor, the actions of the SAPD towards him are nothing but propaganda against him and the Republican Party. Chief Stock Smith is a well known Democrat but has he become prejudice against those with Republican ideas? You be the judge.

Governor elect Sam Woods is to be inaugurated soon following his default election victory due the Republican party failing to present a candidate. Woods will be the successor of the exiting Governor Declan Kavanagh. The most reliving milestone of Kavanagh's government and for San Andreas is his success in completing a full term in office as oppose to his predecessors, where impeachments and scandals had become a norm. Majority of Kavanagh's reign revolved around infrastructure development around San Andreas such as the Idlewood Projects flats, renovating the interior of the Los Santos City Hall and All Saints General Hospital, just to name a few. Other notable achievements of his government are successfully defeating the Covid-19 pandemic, funding the state police and local businesses to boost the economy.
However, Kavanagh did stir his fair share of controversy, the SAFMD scandal was nothing short of political drama. Chief of EMS Marco Lloyd was accused of acting against the government leading to the governor defunding the department to cut Chief Lloyd's salary. Also, Kavanagh was accused of acting alone and without consulting the SAFMD when he took the disputed decision of appointing a new Chief of Fire. It is no doubt that history will remember Kavanagh as one of the more successful governors, Sam Woods will need perform to a high standard if he is to bypass his predecessor.

What a chaotic week this has been with Governor Kavanagh encountering another storm as he strives to keep his reign going. Chief of EMS Marco Lloyd has taken on the state government following a cut in funding to the EMS department of the SAFMD by the governor. The governor's decision faced huge backlash from SAFMD employees as well as members of the public. According to the governor, an assessment was being done by the state government on pay checks issued to employees of the EMS department within the SAFMD in a joint effort with Chief Lloyd. However, according to Chief Lloyd, this is not true as he did not agree to a reduction in funding which as a consequent would lead to a reduced pay check for the Chief of EMS.
Following the cut in funding, Chief Lloyd and Governor Kavanagh have been at each other's throats which has turned into a very public feud. The governor recently cut Chief Lloyd's pay check by approximately 900% after his initial reduction under the claim that Chief Lloyd had gone against the government. This decision faced huge criticism from the public and members of the SAFMD. After an internal disagreement where as per the governor, Chief Lloyd accused him of selling heroin, the duo continued their bickering in public. Chief Lloyd went on to accuse the governor of being a liar and threatened him with impeachment saying, "I didn't want to do this Mr. Governor, but you forced my hand... prepare for your impeachment." In a statement by the governor, he told the Buzz Times that his actions regarding the SAFMD were discussed with Chief Lloyd but "as children do, they change their minds and then cry."
Only time will tell whether we've seen the last of this drama with the SAFMD making the headlines in yet again another scandal with the state government. Although, there has been a sudden shift in the mood of the state government. On 1st December, the governor announced that the government will be increasing the budget of all government organisations including the SAFMD, restoring the previous cut in funding. It is yet unclear what exactly has caused this sudden U-turn by the governor, one theory is that the threat by Chief Lloyd, a highly ranked government official has prompted the governor to change his mind to dissolve any potential threat to his position.

BUZZ TIMES projects that Declan Kavanagh will win Flint County. Likewise Woods in Bone County, this is also seen as a natural win and move towards his candidacy, due his condescendent views over the groups that currently operate in the area and his non-hawkish vision over the situation.
It is also predicted to be the slowest count in the entire state, due to the inability to deliver ballots safely in some stations due to threats from local militia, which renders extra caution for the operation to be carried out.
The first numbers are also coming from Los Santos, the most populated city in the state and believed to be decisive in the race - many experts believe whoever wins Los Santos would have a 9 out of 10 chance of winning the election. With 32% of votes counted, the race is too close to call. In the last hours, Kavanagh apparently had a razor-thin advantage, but it is unsure if that flipped or increased over the course of time.

It is now 23:00 PT in the State of San Andreas, and the first polls are closing in the region of South Tierra Robada, which is -1 from the rest of the state.
With this, BUZZ TIMES projects that Declan Kavanagh will carry the region of South Tierra Robada. It is the least populated region in the entire state, composed by the city of Las Barrancas and a dozen unincorporated areas. GOVERNOR ELECTION #5: DAY TWO SUMMARY
With less than an hour to the end of the electoral race, the state map appears to be unchanged. Ted Woods prevails in the outer cities of the state, specially in the city of Las Venturas, which would mean a flip from a city that ex-governor Richie Kavanagh won in the last election, and where current candidate Declan Kavanagh holds high influence as owning the most regarded casino in the city.
The City of Los Santos, regarded by specialists as where the race centers, and whose winner would be in a very good position to win the election, is believed to be led by Declan by a razor-thin margin, as Woods and Kavanagh alternate the lead. With such a small margin, the other regions are belived to be defining to decide the race winner. It is certainly a breathtaking contest, and Buzz Times will update you through accordingly. November 10th: Buzz Times coverage
This is a brief post to explain how coverage in November 10th will unfold.
With the polls closing at midnight November 10th, Buzz Times will be making region calls throughout the entire day, based in mathematical projections, to determine the projected winner for each. Since the final number of votes to come from each region is still unknown and will remain unknown, they could suggest, but not pinpoint trends in the electoral race.
This is how our calls will look:
We expect to be making these calls hourly, in a way to keep the people of San Andreas updated in the current state of the elections, but the real winner will only be known in November 11th, in the actual inauguration, since the final number of votes for each region could be meaningless, while for some it might be much more meaningful. San Andreas does not works with an electoral college. What matters is the total number of votes. Those are projections to merely scout electoral preference for each candidate in each region of the state, based in their registered residences.
