STAFF STRUCTURE
General Management
General Management is in charge of running the server as a whole. It's responsible for all serious decisions regarding the concept of the server and its execution. The Head of the General Management Team is the Server Manager. Everyone who has reached the rank of Senior Administrator is automatically part of the General Management.Faction Management (FM)
Faction Management monitors the individual factions on the server, especially compliance with a certain roleplay standard. Requested Factions require the approval of Faction Management so that these can be created In-game. They are responsible for the evaluation and further development of the faction guides, along with the appointment and, if necessary, removal of faction leaders.Property Management (PM)
Property Management is responsible for everything related to ownership. That includes houses, vehicles and businesses. PM is commissioned to create new Properties In-game and, if necessary, to process individual applications. In addition, they monitor the regulations for properties.Mappings the Community wants to have included are also handled by Property Management.
Roleplay Quality (RQ)
Roleplay Quality Team ensures a constant level of roleplay on the server. They're tasked with the development of Roleplay Guides and the handling of Roleplay Related Player Reports. Together with General Support, they impose sanctions and train no players who show the will to improve their RP. Also, RQ Team is in charge over the servers Events.General Support
All remaining Staff members are assigned to General Support. This Team takes care of general issues of everyday play, e.g. Help request or reports from players.Staff Roster

Welcome to Overground Roleplay, an upcoming heavy roleplay server of the newly released platform UG-MP.
In this thread, we would like to point out what you can expect from this upcoming project.
General Concept
OG:RP shall be considered a Heavy Roleplay Server. We intend to offer our players the opportunity to develop and portray their characters individually, with as few In-Character constraints as we possibly can. We strive to quickly become one of the communities that are known for their outstanding roleplay.
To achieve this goal, all of us must work together. We kindly ask for your understanding that it will take a few more days for all systems to run as they should. Feel free to do Roleplay already, but count with minor infractions due to misunderstandings and ambiguities - We're working on that!
Staff
Since we're a completely new project, we are also a complete new mixed up team. All of us work together to shape the server, becoming a Roleplay Community with high standing.
We're currently developing a concept to establish Teams with permanent contact persons within the administration and staff teams, such as Faction and Property Management and a Team for Roleplay Quality.
Anyone interested in participating in any Staff Role is welcome to contact me in a private message - But be prepared to prove you're interested before being assigned to High Staff Positions.
Rules & Guides
Rules already set can be looked up HERE. Of course, all of these rules stated there are already valid! Even at the beginning, rule violations will be strictly punished - At the discretion of the administration.
Trolling in any way is strictly prohibited and will be sanctioned! For those of you thinking about it: Please. We're trying to build something up here, do not try to ruin this opportunity.
In addition to the rules, various guides are being developed at this very moment - Most significantly a Roleplay Guide for Beginners, since these guides will point to our standards.
Factions and Properties:
Legal Factions:
Currently, the Legal Factions are being set up on an OOC level. We're working on OOC rules, which are needed to set up equal Factions. An overview of Legal Faction Leadership and Status will be published very soon.
Illegal Factions:
Anyone who is thinking of opening an Illegal Faction: You're cordially invited. Feel free to develop a concept and maybe look for one or the other player to support you. Once the time will come, we will announce that we ask anyone interested in having his own Illegal Faction to provide their concept - Lining out their goals and approaching ways. For now: Do it Off-Screen; we will indicate all factors beside it very soon.
Properties (Businesses, Houses)
We're setting up a Property Management Team at the moment. Once this is done, you'll be able to request your houses, businesses, or leases. If you're thinking of becoming an entrepreneur, we invite you to create a character with a fitting background story. We sure can find something suitable for your character. The same counts for houses; please wait for a few more.
Even if not everything is running smoothly, and many questions remain unanswered: give us a chance. Together we can achieve a lot, and together we will have a lot of fun.

Installation guide
Welcome to Overground Roleplay, an upcoming heavy roleplay server of the newly released platform Underground:Multiplayer.(UG:MP)
Below you will find a tutorial on how to install and start playing.
Before you can start playing, you will need to install the UG-MP launcher first.
To do that, you must first download and install a clean GTA:SA copy on your computer, with no modifications.
After doing so, you will have to download the UG-MP launcher, which is available(will be available after 25th December, 18:00 CET) at https://gtaundergroundmod.com/
In the download, you fill find a zip file that you need to extract over to your GTA:SA folder. It should look something like this:
After you have extracted and replaced(if necessary) all the UG-MP files into the directory, you are almost good to go.
Upon opening the launcher provided in the files, you will be greeted with a log in screen, such as this one:
To create an account, you must either create one in the "Register" button below, or head over to https://gtaundergroundmod.com/pages/user/register.
After logging in, you will be shown the server list.
From here you have a list of server types, such as internet ones, Whitelist/Official servers which are prone to provide a better experience, a Favourite section to save your servers and a Direct Connect button in order to connect to a server via IP.
Over at the settings button, near the top-right of the launcher, you will find different settings which will provide you more gameplay customization.

General Marketplace Rules & Guidelines
- Rule 1
The item/property you are advertising must be in you possession, if you are auctioning/selling it. You may not privately sell properties/items/vehicles that you are actively auctioning.
- Rule 2
Depending on what you are looking to buy/sell/auction, the advertisements fall under three categories:
- [FOR SALE]
- [BUYING]
- [AUCTION]
It is necessary to provide one of these tags in the advertisement title. If the topic does not provide one, one will be required.
- Rule 3
You must provide a way of conctact information, such as character name, phone number or home address, in order to give the buyer/seller a way to contact you ICly.
- Rule 4
You must maintain your topic accordinly. Make sure you do not bump it more than once every three days, and request a L&A if you decide to cancel it or if the item/property is sold.
- Rule 5
Please keep in mind that this is an IC board and you may not engage in OOC discussions on this board. Please provide a chatter and ask questions on the respective threads in a roleplay manner, that befitting of online advertisements or auctions. Use brackets around your comments, when engaging in OOC chatter.

Character Stories
This section is of the forum is used to display and showcase IC information about your characters to others players, OOCly. This applies to both solo character stories or group character stories, such as your roleplay screenshots, life story, anything that revolves around your character(s). All information posted under this board is to be considered OOC(unless stated otherwise), despite providing IC information.
Example: You browse the Character Stories board, learning about someone's hideout from their thread. You then log onto your character and proceed to use the said information gained from reading the character story thread, whilst your character itself not receiving that information through roleplay.

Here, it’s all inside. Just start up samp-server, add a server in ur server list with ip 127.0.0.1:7777 and connect.

Even after octavius made the current LSPD, people still came to me to ask me to make another one, like the one I did for FBI.
My FBI interior has over 2600 objects, total of 3 floors(3 different interiors)
Current LSPD has 1 floor and under 600-800 objects)perhaps even less)
And there’s no need to say how most other maps made by the mappers you mentioned do not compare.

There s a total of 2 FBI ranchers that can be transfered/sold etc and they were both mine
I gave andrew one cause he s my friend
There are other ranchers like fbi/ems/sapd ones but those are only for special use
Also, TIM has 1-2 as well, but those aren t transferable and will be deleted when the group is deleted.

I was sitting in a vehicle with an individual who turned out to be Mike Kevin meanwhile I was primarily focused at playing with Andrew Gambino. Mike Kevin and Andrew Gambino are real life relatives. Andrew Gambino invited Mike Kevin over which was made known to me once the admin approached us. Either way I'd like to submit my sincere apologies and request unban.
