As for my action, I can barely remember it was so long ago, my friend got banned in game permanently for saying athena sells feet pics. Everyone was poking fun at the admins not poking fun at athena. I still believe it was a very odd ban reason with selective punishments for different players and different staff. Anyhow we were discussing how odd it was in discord and I changed my name to foot in persian to see what would happen. I am sorry for changing my name to foot in persian.

I was just replying as I saw your activity replying to other ban appeals, wanted to show that I was still interested in getting unbanned that's all didn't mean to bump sorry.

Personal comment Okay sir you took almost 3 weeks to respond to my appeal, I forgot what even happened now, since you seem to know exactly what I done wrong, I'd appreciate if you could reiterate because as far as I can tell everything you said doesn't even apply to me. I was trying to defend my friend who got banned which is why I mentioned it in my last appeal and you just brushed off everything I said and defaulted to what looks to be an automated reply. If this isn't the place for complaints, then what is? General clearly isn't either you locked the post there with complaints, so what, complaints aren't allowed? "Stop trying to hide behind your ridiculous claims about how we don't want our "authority questioned" etc." Ah yes of course, you take complaints with pride and try to better yourself. If you want to have an open discussion and are willing to make this community better, stop shutting everyone down that has criticisms. Whether it be my appeal or the document made by jacket, at least think about how this looks from the outside, right? We see forward lots of evidence, in my opinion very strong evidence of you and your staff doing a very bad job and yet every time you lock the topic, brush it off with a blanket statement and that's the end. If you really don't want to spend the time on this community then I don't know why you bother paying for it, the other owner has already left. LocMax is the only one who actively plays as far as I can tell, and you just blindly reply to stuff you weren't even involved in, I don't know how you are supposed to give a reasonable answer when half of the time you have no idea what happened and are just getting fed second hand information from whoever dealt the punishment. Every time stuff is brought forward to you, you fail to address the point of it and stop all discussion of it and pass it off as quickly as possible. You need to have an open discussion with people and explain your side if you want people to change their opinions, of course like you said there are 2 sides to every story but we don't and will likely never know your side as you never explain yourself or try to counter the points other than "the Alien role, that is just completely irrelevant." to a 28 page document. What is left for us to think? That you are holding some key evidence that proves yourself right but of course won't share it with us? Of course not it looks like you are wrong in every instance and don't have anything to say for yourself other than pass it off because why bother putting the time or effort into a decent reply. And what, you instantly write off my 600+ word appeal as a joke because the first 4 words don't look serious to you? Put some pride into this server and at least give players the chance to have an open discussion. I understand that your ideal player base are a bunch of grinders that don't cause any problems but you need to remember who actually makes videos, makes groups, does actual interesting things, can you imagine how boring it would be with 50 bots playing? You wouldn't even need to look at the community, yet again from our eyes that would be your ideal server. Okay, that's all you can run this appeal through your script and let me know what automated response it creates, thank you.

Next time you ban someone as an example, maybe pick someone that is a repeat offender rather than a player which hasn't logged in for 6 months then gets instantly permanently banned, another option could be asking the victim if they actually want the person banned. Also sexual harassment and harassment is, or at least should be magnitudes of difference in terms of punishment. The ban reason is just ridiculous. The amount of outrageous things sent in the Valrise discord goes unpunished yet a message that is obviously not serious instantly gets permanent ban just highlights the uneven enforcement of rules throughout the server. Not his fault he didn't realize the severity and wasn't informed on the recent rule changes. Plus this screenshot speaks 1000 words.

Okay just 1 because it's funny and someone sent me it ok cant help myself I know I always make examples of locmax but he is the face of the community and holds more power than the owners themselves so it makes sense. poor craze still crying to this day oh and one for you @INFERNO shield your eyes if you are offended by sexual harassment !!

Personal comment I'm so super sorry I was just standing up for what I thought was right, you wouldn't ban Emmeline Pankhurst for creating the Suffragettes would you? This all started for a dumb reason, that's the only reason why anyone was talking in discord, yet all the staff don't care to chime in and everyone that sees what happened agrees that it was dumb. Yet here we are with no further explanation and 7 bans later and 7 denied appeals later with yet again no reasoning behind it. You even banned MillieBobbyBrown#1394 who didn't speak through-out the entire thing then asked why I was banned at the end and he got banned for that as well, you are just banning everyone that questions your authority. I know there is funny jokes of the server being a dictatorship, but you really don't help yourself with this dumb shit. What kind of rule set is this server running off anyway? He got permanently banned for this, okay it was meant as a joke but I can understand it gets annoying when everyone does it. However if you are going to be so protective over Athena, maybe stop with the rampant racism that runs in the server too? If you are really trying to make this a safe space where people can enjoy regardless of who they are; racism, sexism, homophobia and religious discrimination are all forms of prejudice which should also be taken seriously. It's very clear and I know I don't need to give examples of many staff members performing these other acts of discrimination, yet you expect the players to tip toe around one form and not mention it at all in the slightest as there happens to suit higher management? Also I understand half or more of the staff are from third world countries but this really isn't 'Sexual Harassment of a female player' harassment, sure he only said it because it was Athena, but this is not sexual. Also if you are going to attempt to enforce a rule so strictly, may I suggest actually updating the rules to reflect this. I know there was a message posted in discord however some of us are banned from discord so cannot see this message. According to this rule Antonio didn't do anything wrong at all. So this is the real rule that was implemented via a message in the announcements channel. May I ask why this was so important for locmax to implement? Maybe because he himself has shown himself to be racist, homophobic and discriminate against religion in the past? But harassing a female? Way too far! Instant ban for all who choose to disobey! Antonio even tagged someone after being banned calling him the n-word with hard r and no one blinked, it's a normal day in Valrise, the community manager does it so why can't everyone else, oh wait they do. Unfortunately as I am now banned I cannot search for any messages to back this up but to everyone with a brain, you shouldn't need any proof of this. Now what? Because I changed my discord name to foot in Persian that is also bannable? Because we were having a fun conversation and actually reviving the discord, we're all banned? May I also ask why am I always the first one to get banned? Anyway this is something to think about, I've acknowledged that things rarely tend to be reverted after they've happened because Valrise staff is so perfect and cannot admit that they were wrong ever. Don't get wrong, I'm not saying harassing females should be allowed and it's a big problem in gaming but the implementation and punishment system makes no sense when other forms are running rampant and aren't punished in the slightest.
