Like it or not, this is the server. You can work trying to change some features, but this server will remain a roleplay server. I have been trying to keep the groups away from their deathmatch purposes but pretty words will not be enough to solve it, more drastic changes need to be made and I am happy I am not the only one acting towards changing this state. My thought is as described before, not every situation that involves a civilian needs to end in a shootout, this is the feeling we currently have and I expect you to start working towards changing it. We have lost a few active players who are unhappy with daily shooting scenarios and I personally miss them, I can not be the only one feeling this way. If criminals had to work harder to receive their weapons, would that decrease deathmatch and encourage other people to actually roleplay to get what they want? To cause fewer shootouts simply because they value weapons more than usual? I hope so, because changes need to made and we can not be the only side providing suggestions and improvements, I would like to hear the criminals' opinions as well. (Not you Kacper, you have proven unable to provide proper argument over and over again, you just show how you have no roleplay experience and you only find comfort in shootouts)

Everything i've done these past days was un-excaptable and wrong, i promise that i will attempt to not do it ever again, i am very sorry for what i did and i will not continue to do it. I've mostly used /ask for just chit-chat when /p is off, due to being bored, i promise i won't do it again and i will only use it to ask for help, or to answer to new players, i understand what i did was wrong and i'm ready to attempt to not do it again. Yes i've been punished for it + i've had alot of punishments overall but its due to Valrise being my first ever RP server, and back when i was a Gambino/Magaddino i used to take blame for some stuff so my friends wouldn't get punished, especially the ones who had almost no warns in their history record, i used to take alot of the warns and say that it was my idea and etc, i am very sorry for doing and i will continue not to do it again. Properties and Vehicles We are no longer placing businesses in the server with a template or functionality. Only offices and houses. If you do not restock your property for a period no longer than 7 days including the following properties (ammunation, pay'n'spray, Pharmacy, Fast food restaurants) the property will be manually seized by Management and sold of to active owners. And you will not be issued a warning as properties remain your duty to manage and oversee. In addition to this, players with chronic inactivity patterns that own such deemed "essential properties" (farms, pay'n'sprays, ammunations) will have their properties seized from them due to them hoarding the properties with the sole purpose of farming money in the server. Chronic Inactivity is defined as sporadic login patterns that clearly show the player owning the property is unable to play consistently to justify owning the property. such as in example Special vehicle are also classified under this section as vehicle that are rare and unique in their very nature. vehicles such as the Hotring, FBI Rancher, Monster Truck and any other rare vehicle that is not in common absolution to the server. This also refers to sports vehicles such as infernuses and turismos, mavericks, or any other vehicles classified under special. Players who own such vehicles and have chronic inactivity patterns or sporadic pattern such as in example A section 2, will have their vehicles seized from them and they will be auctioned off as they clearly cannot justify owning them. This also includes transferring properties or vehicle with the sole purpose of evading this rule, is strictly forbidden. If you attempt to sell your vehicle, or buy a vehicle, and you bypass use of /transfervehicle, it is your responsibility. It will not be considered rulebreak if a person scams you whilst you bypass use of the command intended to prevent scamming. Backups May not be called for situations for which in real life a group would waste resources into. That includes: traffic stop situations, petty situations such as street robberies and so on. Backups are only acceptable for turfs, smuggle, large operations (bank robberies, hostage situations) or when a person with large quantity of drugs is being arrested or his properties raided, or in a battle of rival groups. Any small scale situation such as single person being arrested, or a street robbery going wrong is no reason for a backup and a mass shooting. Learn to escape and leave situations instead of forcing attempts to win. Playing for Deathmatch Anybody whose sole intention is to play for shootouts and neglect roleplay, or poorly roleplay, will be removed. This is a roleplay server, not a team deathmatch. Finding petty reasons to kill players, baiting cops by robbing ATMs in front of them, or planting C4s to trigger alert and aborting when none arrives, and so on. All of that are examples of individuals playing for shootouts and not for roleplay. Defining deathmatch It's simple. It's killing players without justifiable or reasonable cause. You do not kill someone for saying "fuck you". You don't kill someone for bumping in your vehicle. It's also disallowed to initiate situations such as robberies with intent to turn it into a shootout. It's also worth nothing here that it is not required to roleplay withdrawing a weapon.
