Well maybe you make the paycheck $2,500 for the first 30 or 40 hours of gameplay. That would at least give a new player some starting money. After the newbie hours have passed than the paycheck goes back to being $500 minus the percentage taken from property taxes.

To be honest they do happen all the time, the thing is that in SAMP players never bother to roleplay those...and when they did. PAY FOR MY CAR DAMAGE OR DIE!!!!111!!!!. This is something new and we should direct people into focusing on roleplay more than on moneyfarming and killing other people.

Make people wait more between each missions so they can also roleplay with themselves or any MVA or some other sort of FD roleplay opportunities and when do a fire mission they get paid at around $500 to $1000. Roleplay should be the number one focus for FD instead of money farming. - Hourly paychecks but not too much hourly. Maybe give people $500-$600 per hour in game and if people own properties add tax on that paycheck based on a small percentage based on the value of the properties that they own. If some guy has a house that costs $100,000 he looses let's say $85 per hour only because of the house. - Car insurance and registration should also be a thing. People have to pay vehicle insurances every month, or maybe let them choose on how many days they want the vehicle insured. Insurance value should be based on vehicles value, maybe like 10% of the cars value or smth. Registration can be optional, it should also cost based on vehicles value. If cars are not registered they could be confiscated by the cops. Having no registration means having no number plates. That is a risk for the car owner. Vehicle value at a dealership should vary if registered or not registered. Registered will of course cost more than non-registered vehicles.
