RULES Whetstone Woodland Insurgency (WWI) Battles are arranged at times agreed by leaders of WWI and NG. There must be at least 6 members available of each group at the time of any attacks or battles. WWI may obtain group points for purchasing weapons at black market by following activities: Hosting a checkpoint for at least 1 hour with at least 8 members - 8 points Hosting a patrol over the claimed territory for 1 hour with at least 8 members - 5 points Seizing a weed field planted by an enemy group (not random players) - 8 points Seizing a heroin shack operated by enemy group (not random players) - 2 points Organizing a battle against NG in accordance with Rule 1 and 1.1 - 10 points These activities cannot be spammed with intent to farm points. 1 of each activity per day is permitted. WWI may seize a weed field planted by another group in the following manner: The group that planted the field must be asked to leave the area of Whetstone and be granted 30 seconds to show compliance; If group refuses to comply, force may be used against the group; WWI may defend a weed field planted by themselves in the following manner: The group attacking the weed field must be asked to leave the area of Whetstone and be granted 30 seconds to show complaince; If the group resumes attacking the weed field planted by WWI, the WWI may deploy tanks to defend the field; WWI must permit players under level 12, if they're not apart of a group, to plant or produce heroin without disturbance; WWI are not permitted to operate outside Whetstone without permission of Server Management; WWI members are allowed to leave Whetstone area without permission, but not with intent to host WWI related activities WWI are allowed to participate in /missions and /heists without permission, but without any special vehicles or weaponry. WWI and NG are not permitted to seize each other's vehicles. WWI and NG may use tanks, hydras, hunters and other special vehicles against each other by default, unless otherwise agreed upon by the leaders for each individual battle. WWI and NG may not use air vehicles to bomb ground players without it specially being permitted by leaders for each individual battle. WWI and NG may not return after death to battles unless otherwise agreed upon by the leaders for each individual battle. WWI may not have any ally groups or enemy groups. NG may not have SAPD or SASD assisting with the battles against WWI. In certain situations, server management may approve law enforcement to operate in Whetstone for a search warrant or other activity unrelated to WWI-NG war. Law enforcement and other agencies such as Fire Department are allowed to enter Whetstone to pursue wanted players who are unrelated to WWI or to complete fire missions. WWI are not allowed to aid wanted players or players being pursued by law enforcement if the wanted player is unrelated to WWI.

1. ABOUT Halloween month begins on October 1st and ends on November 1st. It's the month of monsters and paranormal beings. Everyone is encouraged to wear costumes (/clothing), and to be vary of where they travel at night. Unusual things may happen at certain locations during those quiet nights... far from help. We will have specially themed mapping at Pershing Square and through Market Strip for the month of October in order to give everyone a nice feeling for the month. It is advised that you assign yourself "Event Alert" role on our Discord server in order to receive pings whenever an event is ongoing. Event schedule will be visible on Discord, through Discord's event feature. Keep an eye there and in #event-alerts. 2. EVENTS A. Pumpkin Hunt Pumpkins will be hidden across the map, visible only when you get real close and personal to their location. Pumpkins that can be collected by players will have orange text that says "Halloween Pumpkin" and only those pumpkins can be collected. There is a small chance that inside one of the pumpkins you may find a ticket for a unique vehicle, a business property or other! In addition, you may also find drugs, money, weapons in the pumpkins. B. Costume Competition Of course, Halloween must be most known for being the time when you dress up in a costume and then head out to trick or treat. We're doing it too! Get a unique costume set up through /clothing and join up on the days when costume competition is scheduled. The top 3 players will be rewarded with a hefty prize. C. Vehicle Tuning Competition This is not just the usual car show event. This time, we're looking for vehicles that are themed in Halloween style. Vehicles that are made to look scary, unique, creepy, whatever word you may associate with Halloween. Let your imagination run wild. Same as with costume competition, we're taking 3 players with best looking Halloween themed vehicles and rewarding them with hefty prizes. D. The Maze You're put in a maze and your task is to find the way out. While you're in the maze, you're encountering monsters who are out to kill you. The first player to reach the end of the maze alive is the winner. This event will be played continuously throughout the month and only one player can win per round. Having a GPS and a map won't help you in this one... E. Trick or Treat Of course, your favorite Halloween sport. Going from house to house and trick or treating. Yeah, you can do it again throughout October. Trick or treating will reset on October 15th which will enable you to go for a second round, in case you managed to loot every single damn house on the map by then. Get a life... Same as with pumpkin hunt, you are able to obtain rare items through trick or treating. A unique vehicle? a business property? there's different surprises that you may stumble upon. Must be the weird looking house that stands lonely in the desert.. F. Squid Games Green light, red light returns. Move when the light turns red - and you die. The person to reach the end of the path lives to receive a hefty reward from the game host. That's not it though. There are other squid games that will be held. Keep an eye out on the event alert channel! G. Variety Our staff team will host a variety of other events throughout the month of October Race events Destruction derbies Dodge the shamal Zombies vs humans Battle Royale Escape the room ... and many others which may come on mind of our staff and players!
