Hi, As you're so insistent on spamming the discord and bumping this topic, a review date of 24/08/2020 will be applied. We'll determine then how to handle your ban appeal.

Matthew has clarified what was discussed, so this is how it will be handled: Your "latest" account will remain banned so you cannot play with it. You can change your name when you're ingame if you wish to change your identity. This might be your first valid ban, but you aren't new here and you knew what you were doing wasn't allowed, which is exactly why you're banned now. You will be unbanned in 1 week from now.

Banning admin cannot handle the unban appeal, and this shall be my last reply. Managers will deal with your staff complaint, admins+ will deal with this.

As I said, I don't care that they didn't report you or didn't say stop OOCly as they clearly were uncomfortable (also demonstrated by their lines) and didn't realise it was OOCly not allowed. On top of this, we noticed this in your logs due to a different report on you. The mentality that them not saying no = allowed is definitely some sketchy behaviour.

You force players to deal with your insistently vile attitude in the name of "IC", as if that's some catch-all excuse for having to put up with someone's misguided excuse for RP. The continuous trolling since you've been here, the absolutely pathetic behaviour towards other players and the sexual harassment are not attributes for a veteran who has 200 hours, let alone a staff member in the community. The main problem I have? You can't accept that your attitude is wrong. You actually think it's acceptable to be as vulgar, foul and obnoxious as you want. I will not be handling this ban appeal as I'm the banning admin, but this is the context behind your ban.

As our investigation continues, we have discovered that BCR have also been found to fake/stage their own RP scenes to deceive the council for points. They are subject to the same punishments as Magaddinos; they will lose their official status and will also be barred from gaining that status for at least 3 months. Administrative punishments will be issued for those who helped orchestrate the staged RP scenes.

Following the justifiable backlash and criticism we (the group council) have received, we have done a review of our process behind issuing points and granting official status. For now, this part is still ongoing as there's considerable discussion taking place into the specific details about this. However, something we can share with you right now is that we're going through the points we've issued recently and reviewing the scenes that have been posted. We have seen multiple groups attempt to deceive us through staged and faked RP scenes. Whilst this investigation is ongoing, we have come to a conclusion about Magaddinos: For a significant duration, their RP scenes have either been faked or simply included their own members wearing a mask. This has been confirmed with significant log checks. Due to this, they will be stripped of their official status and will be barred from gaining that status for at least 3 months. As well as this, we will be issuing administrative punishments for those who helped orchestrate the attempts to undermine the group council, as well as the genuine efforts of other groups to obtain this status. They are not the only group we've found doing this, so more is to come. We will be investigating all other groups to see if this behaviour has been demonstrated elsewhere. Any group that is caught attempting to deceive us with their RP scenes are subject to the same actions taken here for Magaddino.

Just to clarify things: Your "brother" got banned for money cheating, who is Ricko. You got banned for ban evading as Ernest Smith. You also want to make sure your sisters account is unbanned, that being John Dale?

Josh, you have to realise that with the conversation that occurred in admin chat after your ban, you're lucky to be getting a review date at all. You had a 1 month ban last time and you quickly went back to your old ways, 2 days certainly isnt going to do anything. Please adhere to the date I posted in your last unban. Continuing to make appeals will lead to forum moderation.

We gave you a month timeout last time and you've quickly come back to your original ways. You've had punishments spanning from the 23rd of May to the 22nd of June involving misusing commands and trolling. I hope your real life issues get resolved and you're able to calm down, but we aren't ready to allow you back onto the server yet. I'm going to deny this for now. You should take a very long break, sort things out and come back as an improved person and there's a chance you'll be given another shot. Make a new appeal no earlier than 22/08/2020.

Back so soon? You're a constant source of toxicity, you troll, provoke and insult players and staff continuously. You do nothing to benefit the community or the server, you're simply there to negatively impact the players experience. Your ban on this occasion resulted after a long string of punishments relating to toxicity and misusing OOC chats since your last ban. To be specific, the incident that led to the ban was a result of you using /ask to insult a staff member after they did something you didn't like. Despite that, you're an almost continuous source of provocations and arguments when you're on the server. In your last appeal, you said this: Doesn't really seem to have changed since the last time. Our staff is not dumb, nor is Eduardo. Don't try and play off of your "wrong chat" excuse. Why should we ever let you back?

I've removed the exploit info, developers are aware. For the reviewing admin: User claimed he did not abuse the bug for his own benefit, yet was witnessed by me and another admin doing it repeatedly. Log check also confirms he was doing it extensively.

Hi Linda, We will not be unbanning you. You've had plenty of chances given to you throughout your time in Mudoo. You've gone to different administrators after each ban, pleading for your "last chance", yet your behaviour always ends up the same. We do not have the appetite to have you back in the server, you don't fit in here. You've asked us to tell you if it looks like you won't be getting an unban forever - well, you won't be. You'll need to find somewhere else to play as Mudoo RP is not it. Don't bother making further unban appeals, this has been discussed within the admin & management team and they'll all end up getting denied.

Firstly you say you never intentionally advertised but now you ban evade and advertise the same place again? Denied. Wait 2 months like you were told.

Jesus man, have some dignity and stop spamming your appeals. You've already been told you were given plenty of chances. You need some time before we can even consider letting you back. Appeal again in 2 months.
