This property isn't really a house: what is the reason for wanting it as a house?

Contact any snr+ in-game, they can set the interior (and show you some) and you can choose one. Perhaps one of the ones you've listed here will work for that house, it's fairly hard to tell from the screenshots on the interior list page.

This can possibly be set but we have to consider the fact that there is no easy way to access the front door. It seems inconvenient (and unrealistic) to have to jump the fence everytime. Do you understand the above points? ^^
