I still think this ban was unjustified, but since I don't keep tabs on the community, I do not mind. I've caused no harm to anybody while I was here and I won't cause any when I get back. "idiot, get out you hacker" Personal comment In 4 days it'll be a month since my ban. I have waited patiently and steered clear of bothering you or any other staff member. I have no intention to argue with you this time. You bluffed when you banned me, and I did not mind it all that much since I rarely play SAMP anyway. You didn't know for sure if I was hacking or not, and I don't think you have the evidence for it either, so you should be a good sport and take my word for it that I used no hacks. I wanna get back here so that I can roleplay with my friends as I've always been doing. In this instance, I think it's been enough time for me to return, unless you could prove that I was indeed using any forbidden client, which you can't because I used none. I'm being reasonable here, I ask that you should be too.

aim locked at you? 180 degrees? behind me???????? sorry to break down your trigonometry here but that's not even plain English you're speaking. as far as i remember i only killed two and failed at killing whoever else got in my way, and the only person on a bike there was Sofia Osbourne, you were in a Buffalo. you really gonna be salty over me clapping two pakistani volunteers and call it "hacking", on a 16 year old game?

Don't you think you ought to be a little rational when you carry out a punishment like this? I got into a shootout with the cops, I snuck behind one of them and killed him as he was engaging my friend, then dashed for the other cop who was also busy with my accomplice. I missed my shots, he ran, and then I dashed for a tree for cover before I notice Kacper, so I manage to put a few shots in him before he also seeks cove. Seconds later, I die and then shortly, I get banned. What hacks, dude? You see me spawning cars, airbreaking or exterminating your entire police force? I barely killed a guy, and that's because he didn't see me sneaking up on him. Sorry if I'm coming on too strong here, but you've got to take a look at this from my perspective, too.

DM Personal comment I don't remember the date that I got banned but I'm pretty sure it happened in November or so. After getting banned that day, I didn't want to appeal but instead just mind my own business elsewhere and leave Valrise. After a bit, I do recall logging in on another account a couple of days later maybe, just to roleplay as a cop on one of my friend's old account. I logged out after maybe 30 minutes and never got back on the server until today. I knowingly refused to appeal and chose to ban evade because I felt like I wouldn't bother anyone else anymore and just enjoy playing without causing a ruckus, it was a mistake, and I realized that after a chat with moncho before getting banned. I admit to ban evading but I never played continuously on the server after the main account ban. I only ever rarely logged in and when I did, I made sure not to disturb anyone and followed the rules accordingly. I'd like to apologize for my DM ban, too. I wouldn't say what I did was outright deathmatch, but my intention that day was solely to kill people as soon as I felt I could justify the kills, and it was the wrong thing to do. Maybe my appeal isn't so promising when you look at my admin record, but we can all agree that some time has passed and I can still make amends for my mistakes. Thanks.
