Personal comment Hello everyone, I am back once again with another ban appeal. I firstly wish to apologize for breaking the rules by abusing a command to flip my car. I would very much appreciate another opportunity to play this server again. I understood that was my last chance in my previous appeal, I just never expected punished for such a trivial (in my opinion) script abuse. I've heard many stories about this being done regularly by other players and as well as on other servers with no consequences. It's my fault for breaking the rules, I should've known as I was on my last chance I would've been under watch by staff, which I was evidently. I wish to apologize again and make it clear that this wasn't a script that I regularly abused, it just came about as I was exploring east LS trying to find some cool spots and assumed it wouldn't affect anyone and would allow me to continue enjoying myself rather than running back to where ever it was previously parked. In future I will not abuse any commands, in this scenario I won't even attempt to find spots as it doesn't fit the server, instead I will choose other methods to explore. I also wish to bring up the fact this command has been acknowledged by Locmax and he plans to implement a fix so that it is no longer abuseable under any circumstance. As much as I could say there are flaws with the server, it's still my favourite one to play, maybe there are flaws in the community, but it's still the one I come back to. If I get this chance to play again I will accept the fact that I'm under watch 24/7 essentially on house arrest and will remain with a clean punishment history for as long as possible. Kira Nakazato Hernandez Origins Kira, is aged 39 years old, 5'5 weight 165 pounds, American-Asian. Born in Kobe, Japan, Kira had a rather peaceful childhood that didn't live most of it in Kobe. Her parents decided to move to United States, exactly the state of San Andreas, where they lived in small town called El Castillo Del Diablo, where her father, a known man for his marksman skills, worked alongside the Sheriff as a bounty hunter, catching the bandits in the desert back in 19's. Kira sat outside her home when she was seven, and looked at her father, who was speaking with the Sheriff from a distance, and thought about how her father saves lives and kept those who cause terror for the people away behind bars, and so she decided to try and become one of the best paramedics in the Fire Department, and imagined the lives she will save when she grows up. Years passed, as the kid grown up, with her motivation to become a paramedic slowly fading away, and eventually, she moved to San Fierro, and studied politics, psychology, and law. However, it didn't feel right for her. She felt like she should be doing something else, and looked back at her dream when she was a kid, so she applied to the San Andreas Fire Department, and passed the training phase. She worked her way up the hierarchy as she saved countless lives daily, with the best performance among her colleagues. Within few years where executives retired, she was appointed as the Fire Chief and labeled as the youngest Chief existed in the Department aged 28. She didn't stop there where she decided to move on to the Police Department of San Andreas, where she worked her way to the academy, graduating with the highest marks and reviews, although she struggled in her first months, she managed to become a Chief of its Police Academy, teaching the young bloods how to serve their country and protect their loved ones. That didn't stop the dream, she eventually climbed the ranks and managed to reach a Police Captain by age of 38. Kira was recognised as the most awarded Police Officer, having over 25 awards in her career, where she decided to retire and let others succeed the duty. Kira Hernandez currently serving as a United States Army National Guard class O-3 & Fire Department Command Advisor & Internal Affairs Director, as well as holding a position in a large company and being a former Governor of state. Rumors say she's FBI Agent. New Era: Kira was on her retirement where she decided to return to the Department to help her fellow Officers in their duty. Apparently she was caught in a misconduct that resulted in her dismissal of all of her duties, nevertheless she never had any obstacles stopping her from anything as she kept on moving on to serve her country. Kira managed to survive a car accident during the Christmas where SAFD and SASD employees reached her location as fast as possible. That is when she thought of herself again and her plans and reinstated in the SAFD after she received a call that her old team is returning in duty. Following her success once again Kira claims the rank of Battalion Chief on the ceremonial event. That encouraged her to work even further to serve the state, despite having that title, she was called back to the field as Navy Seal and joined the special operation only to drag the danger out of the lands along with her colleagues. After returning from the war, Kira participated in the elections for Governor position with two other candidates. Results are still unknown yet to come in the end of the month. Leader: During the elections day, Kira's only rival in the elections was disqualified and Kira was decaled the new State Governor. Moreover, Kira also received a promotion on her Navy career for participating in another war against terrorists of the state. It is yet to come to attention that Kira is planning a lot of things for San Andreas as Governor while managing many of her high positions in other departments and companies. Navy & Space Force agency was abandoned and renamed to National Guard, Kira Hernandez's rank remained same, with additional job, Port Authority. She continued her career until the National Guard was put on hold. Jump: Kira Hernandez after serving as State Governor, she held a lot of meetings with citizens seeking opportunities in the state. Held meetings with official government members from other agencies. Kira's government term appeared to be silent, yet working in shadows. Secret: Kira rather kept a low profile after being dismissed from Governor position after her term was over. Working in shadows with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, she managed to keep valuable intel and providing the best to the bureau to work efficiently. Lost Files: Kira was found to be known as Tina or Christina Nakazato, as her original name. She had those name changes due to complicated problems that happened during her career in the police department, it appears that Kira lived with the current names before she go back to her original and actual name; Christina, Tina, Angelic, Astrid. Those were her names back then, and till today nobody knows why she used these names. But surely those names were famous during her police days. Kira was seen to be part of Federal Bureau of Investigation, employed as Agent in the FBI. Kira is the Board of Directors in Hernandez Corporation. The Story of Deputy Sheriff Konstantinos "Kostas" Evans Born on 21st of May 1987 at London. The son of Jethro Evans and Magda Evans. He spent his early life at London, working as a Car Mechanic. On 21st of May he moved to the United States, at Arkansas. Where he continoued working as a Car Mechanic. On May of 2019, he joined the Police Academy of ARPD. Through hard work he was eventually promoted to a Sergeant, but after not long, the downfall of ARPD began. At the end he knew, it was time for a fresh start. On the 15th of October 2022, he decided to move to Los Santos, in pursuit of a new Carrier. He applied for the San Andreas Sheriff's Department as soon as he moved in, with the hope that his past in the ARPD would grand him a chance to join their Academy, which it did. He passed the Academy and was promoted to a Deputy Sheriff Probationary on 28th of October, 2022.

THE SPOTLIGHT moncef htiti For this month's edition of "The Spotlight", we've chosen moncef htiti as the winner. moncef htiti spends hours nearly every day simply - renting bicycles at Idlewood. He refuses to accept large amounts of money and shows an impressive amount of humbleness, selflessness and kindness. moncef htiti does not invest his money or time into purposeless shootouts and does not pursue the stereotypical dreams of being an invincible and untouchable godfather of a criminal family. As we have witnessed moncef htiti perform these activities for a number of days, the management team helped him out by feeding him countless donations and providing him with his own little office where he wanted to rent bicycles. We've given him a billboard to advertise his business and help him receive notice. A downside of moncef htiti's life is the robberies which hammer down on him throughout the days. An innocent lad like him is a constant target of the stereotypical server vultures who seek nothing but shootouts and blood spill. Management team will dedicate a topic every month to a player who shows such positive personality attributes and in any creative ways attempts to improve the server in a positive manner. We'd like to thank moncef htiti for being a good example of a good player who does not need much to enjoy the server and have a good time. Personal comment When I login in my account it said bijen says you share I'd password with bijen and I don't share him my password he share his I'd and password with Franklin_Brooks.. I know because he is my school friend and he said he give his I'd to Franklin_Brooks for some stuff that idk and I get ban without any reason!! That happen with me and I am a mobile player and get ban in rp server!
