We don't kill anyone for no reason. Trespassers with no passport are detained and then dropped out of Bone County after investigation. The M4 incident you are talking about is from yesterday where you ever killed by FBI not LET. Those guys with M4s killed me too and I saw them killing you too. They were FBI.

Alrighty retard, you don't need )) but other then that, you were killed by FBI not LeT. Plus you need a passport to live here legally and roam around if you want, it's ok. Otherwise you are considered as an immigrant and you will get deported back to LS, easy.

"The Bone County Regulations"

Release of the laws related to Heavy Arms,Drugs Production,Trafficking & Consumption.

 

Firearm Regulations

The residents of Bone County are not allowed to carry any heavy firearm listed as follows:

• M4 Rifle
• Sniper Rifle
• Explosives (C4,Grenade,IED,RPG)

It is also forbidden for the civilians to brandish any type of weapon publicly without a prior reason to do so.

 

Drug Regulations

The residents of Bone County are not allowed to produce any narcotics(Weed,Heroin,Meth) without the legal approval from Bone County Government.

It is strictly forbidden to consume or sell the narcotics to drug dealers.

Narcotics produced in Bone County shall only be used for Medicinal purposes.

Farmers producing the narcotics are required to hand over their product to the Government at Biological Research Laboratory for an amount of money which is equal to the product.

After looking at the current employment status of Bone County, the Government has come to a conclusion that farming scheme isn't enough to cover the employment for all the civilians.We have decided to introduce "legal trucking" with licenses & regulations to satisfy the needs of civilians. The trucking regulations are stated as follows:

• We strictly believe that the resources of Bone County must go in safe hands and may not become a cause of tragedy for the innocents. Hence why, it has been decided that the transport of resources to (2) warehouses which are suspected for being used to spread terrorism will be banned until further notice:

A sign of "Terror" or "Danger" has been added at the main entrance of Hunter Quarry. Passing the Hunter Quarry until these signs are present is forbidden and can lead to an arrest.

After the ceaseless efforts of BC-GOV, Fort Carson town can now be finally called as a well developed town. Along with the help of Mr.Alvin Scott we managed to transform this town into a much more developed town. With the help of BCR Fort Carson town is now a lot more crime free than ever.

We are pleased to announce Mr. Alvin Scott as the new Mayor for town Fort Carson and hope for the best in future.

Announcement

As by the recent violation of the agreement signed last Sunday, BC GOV gives 24 hours to SAGOV for getting back in senses. SAPD should stop entering Bone County without permission or war would be brought to them again. By the agreement signed on Sunday it was decided that:

1. Bone County would be given it's own governor.

2. BCPD would be formed and Fort Carson police department would be emptied out for the BCPD.

3. SAPD would co-operate with BCGOV and BCGOV will do same. SAPD won't enter BC without permission.

 

SAGOV hasn't worked on none of the agreement yet. They are entering Bone County as it looks like war is still on. They send JSOF on our people and kill/torture them. Yesterday a farm in TR was burnt to ashes by SWAT. 24 hours are given and after that BC will be locked again and any government related official entering BC without BC passport will face severe consequences.

"The Bone County Regulations"

Release of the laws related to 'Properties', 'Vehicles' & 'Personal Acts'

 

Murder:

The unlawful killing of any person is classified under crime and is punishable by death. The person charged for murder shall be publicly executed as a sign of justice and to prevent any such further crime.

Kidnapping:

Restricting someone to stay at certain place against their will or choice and holding them as a captive is classified under crime and is punishable by a jail sentence.

Theft:

The act of taking another person's goods, property or services without his permission is classified under crime and is punishable by amputation of hands.

Robbery:

The act of taking another person's goods, property or services by forcing him to withdraw off his property by violent behavior is classified under crime and is punishable by amputation of hands and also a jail sentence.

Self Defense:

Every citizen of the Bone County State is allowed to legally defend himself with a necessary force from any harmful threat which causes his/her life to be in an imminent threat or danger. However, the knocked suspect should be immediately provided with first aid and the situation should be reported to the Medical Department and the Law Enforcement as soon as possible.

Stalking:

The act of keeping track of a person's activity and his movements is classified under crime and can lead to an arrest.

Threatening:
Any hostile behavior or words spoken to frighten other party causing them to feel insecure is strictly forbidden in the state and is punishable by a jail sentence after sufficient investigations.

Failure to identify:

Failing to identify your personality to the Law Enforcement is strictly forbidden and can lead to an arrest.

Evading the Law Enforcement:
Failing to obey the Law Enforcement(BCR) and performing any act of evasion to avoid the Law Enforcement is classified under crime and is punishable by a jail sentence.

Trespassing:

Entering someone's personal property(Houses) without his permission is classified under crime and is punishable by a jail sentence.

Entering private military bases(Desert Airbase & Desert Army Base,Bunker Facility) is strictly forbidden and anyone found doing so possesses a risk of getting shot if deemed dangerous or a threat. The Bone County Resistance posses all rights to detain any civilian found inside the private bases and shoot down any unknown personality inside the facility which seems dangerous or a threat.

Blacklisted businesses/properties:

Businesses and other properties suspected to be owned or being run by underground criminal organizations which have been blacklisted by the government, If one is found entering those properties, he shall be warned on the first offense but can be detained upon repeated offenses even after being warned several times by the Law Enforcement(BCR).

Vandalism:

Any violent act which leads to the damage/destruction of public or private property is considered a minor crime and is punishable by a jail sentence unless the report is withdrawn by the owner.

Illegal Parking:

The vehicles should not be parked in the middle of roads or such that it blocks the entrance to any property. The vehicles should also not be parked in someone's private property or where the signs of "Emergency Parking" are visible. Failure to follow the parking law will lead to a fine or temporary seizure of the vehicle which is found to be violating the laws.

Unidentifiable Vehicles:

Driving a vehicle which is unable to be identified is strictly forbidden and can lead to a fine or temporary seizure of the vehicle.

Failure to obey the Law Enforcement as pilot:

The Law Enforcement possesses the rights to ask any pilot to land at a suitable place and identify himself. The Law Enforcement also possesses the rights to restrict a pilot from entering a certain area during an active crime scene or any other threats. Failure to obey the Law Enforcement can lead to a jail sentence.

Reckless operation of a vehicle:

Any act which leads or can lead to a damage to another person or his property during the operation of a vehicle is classified under crime and is punishable by a jail sentence.

On 12th of December-2019, BC Governor Daryl Reznov announced his resignation and also the new elections for the position of BC Governor.

 At this announcement total, 5 candidates applied to appear in the BC Elections out of which 4 were officially accepted as candidates running for the position of BC Governor.

The election was held on 21st of December-2019 between the candidates:

Voters were comprised of I-Bone County Civilians, II-Supporters of BC-GOV and III-Some handpicked voters by the BC-GOV.

Any individual who possesses a business in Bone County ought to acquire a permit to operate before 15 April. After the due date, all the businesses without a permit would be added to the blacklist. Any individual who purchases something from blacklisted business would be kept in the Bunker prison for seven days .

A permit to operate can be acquired by meeting following authorities at the Bunker:
