  1. AMENDEMENT SA-PSC § V.1. has been amended as of 11th of November 2021 to the following form: SA-PSC § V.1. Possession of an illegal substance [M]/[F] It is prohibited in the State of San Andreas to be in possession or to distribute or to manufacture the following narcotisc: Weed if in amount higher than 350 grams or a joint if more than 1; Heroin or heroin syringe; Meth; Cocaine; SA-PSC § V.1.1. Property Search If the subject of a search is found to be in possession of narcotics in amount 350 grams above the limit specified in SA-PSC § V.1., a warrant request may be sent to the persons of authority to approve warrants, against the subject's properties, which are then to be searched and seized of eventual illegal items that are found. SA-PSC § V.1.2. Property Seize If upon execution of a search warrant, a property is found to be used for the production of weed (there is weed being grown in the property), the property may be seized for a period of 7 days to conduct further investigation into the owner of the property and the use of the produced substance.   2. GOVERNMENT OF SAN ANDREAS PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT Governor Alberto Gambino hosted two interviews on separate days for positions of Vice Governor, State Governor and Press Secretary. All citizens were welcome to attend the interviews and were provided the opportunity to show their competence and knowledge for the desired position. The following individuals approached the interview: - Radolph Ruiz - Ryan Santos - Alberto Esposito - Maysi Lopez - Roselina Charpentier - Robin Black - John Indos - Frank Houston - Eito Giovanna - Andy Stark - Enzo Pastalaon - Jay Harmon Out of these individuals, based on the interview conduct and quality of answers, Governor Alberto Gambino chooses the following individuals for the following positions: - Alberto Esposito as Vice Governor - Eito Giovanna as State Secretary - Roselina Charpentier as Press Secretary Additional hiring may be done at a later date based on need.

Law Enforcement vehicles San Andreas Police Department is the only recognized law enforcement agency on the state level and has jurisdiction in each of the three cities, along with the counties. The SAPD's field staff vehicles are to be colored in combination of black and white colors for cities and combination of beige and white colors for counties, while the supervisory and command staff vehicles are to be colored according to command staff and higher ranks preference with the permission of Secretary of Law Enforcement, with the exception of unmarked vehicles, but inclusive of high speed pursuit vehicles and divisional vehicles. The writings of the markings on these vehicles is to be white or blue. The primary color of emergency lights is to be blue and red. These vehicles may make use of emergency audible sirens. FLINT COUNTY / WHETSTONE AIRSPACE BAN August 19th, 2021 Due to the ongoing situation in Flint County, involving terrorist organizations, the Government of San Andreas has decided to constitute a one week ban for all the aircrafts in the airspace of Flint County and Whetstone. Those violating the ban will be followed by Heavy Air and instructed to land. When they land their documents will be checked. If they refuse to land, they'll be shot down. In order to avoid any unwanted scenarios, the Government is asking you to avoid Flint County and Whetstone airspace and use the pilot radio more often. The mayor of Fort Carson is the elected government official for the Fort Carson Municipality who has executive control over its territory and who is supervised by the Governor. SECTION IV. Parties to criminal actions OLD: For prosecution of criminal acts, in case the prosecuting agency is on the state level, the prosecution shall be done in the name of the state. Currently, the agencies authorized to prosecute for the state of San Andreas is the San Andreas Police Department's appointed prosecutor, San Andreas Sheriff's Department's appointed prosecutor and the Attorney General who is appointed by the governor. NEW: For prosecution of criminal acts, in case the prosecuting agency is on the state level, the prosecution shall be done in the name of the state. Currently, the agencies authorized to prosecute for the state of San Andreas is the San Andreas Police Department's appointed prosecutor, Fort Carson municipality appointed prosecutor from the Sheriff's Department and the Attorney General who is appointed by the governor.   10. Municipalization of Fort Carson Dear citizens of San Andreas State, The state government has decided to give the county of Fort Carson its own municipal town status. The citizens of Fort Carson have submitted a letter to the State Government, providing with all the required details and how the town will function with its own mayoral election system. The municipalization of Fort Carson is consistent with the State Government's objectives regarding the development of the rural areas, therefore the State Government has decided to grant the request of the majority of the local residents in Fort Carson. Possession of an illegal substance [M]/[F] It is strictly forbidden in the great state of San Andreas, the acts of introducing, possessing, or distributing harmful drugs like heroin, meth, or weed. If ingredients and seeds are found alongside the illegal substance, and they are used to produce these substances they are to be seized with the drugs. Possession is a felony classification if it is by a repeat offender(people who have prior drug convictions), near a school, near public buildings, parks, swimming pools, or on public transportation, in the presence of a minor. NEW: SA-PSC § V.1. Possession of an unlawful substance [M]/[F] It is strictly forbidden in the great nation of San Andreas, the acts of introducing, manufacturing, possessing or distributing dangerous drugs like heroin, meth, weed or cocaine. If elements are located alongside with the unlawful substance, and they are used to produce these substances, they are to be seized with the drugs. If found calcium, sodium and acetone or lithium, toluene and acetone are together without drugs then also it has to be seized for some security reasons. Same applies to weed seeds. TL;DR. Citizens are now able to possess a maximum of 0g Weed, 0g Heroin, 0g Meth. Citizens were able to hold a maximum of two (2) joints/syringes.
