PLAYER NOTICES

   This topic serves to announce specific standards and procedures that will be enforced by the administration of the server. Everything published here is in effect from the date of it's publication. All of the notices will be available at the first post.

   

21/07/2018 - NOTICE ON SALE OF INACTIVE PROPERTIES   We will start selling the properties in where those owners are inactive. You can keep your properties safe by simply logging in the server. We can check the player's activity, therefore, this is the only method to not risk losing them. The postulates are listed below:   - The following properties will be sold, if owners do not log in the server at least once, for ONE month: Houses with weed basement; Ammu-nations; Any other type of business.   - The following properties will be sold, if owners do not log in the server at least once, for TWO months: Houses with any other interior that is NOT the weed basement interior.   - Possible exceptions to the inactivity rule are: Banned players (will be reviewed CASE BY CASE); Players with known inactivity for a notorious reason.

We will start selling the vehicles whose owners are inactive. You can keep your vehicles safe by simply logging in the server. We can check the player's activity, therefore, this is the only method to not risk losing them. The postulates are listed below:

 

Vehicles will be sold, if owners do not log in the server at least once, for ONE month.

 

- Possible exceptions to the inactivity rule are:

• Banned players (will be reviewed CASE BY CASE);
• Players with known inactivity for a notorious reason.

28/08/2018 - SALE OF HIGH-REQUESTED PROPERTIES/VEHICLES

 

In addition to the rule of selling the properties/vehicles whose owners are found not playing in the server for more than a month, the server management has decided to also sell properties in where those owners are found just sporadically logging in the server to restock them (in a way to keep the properties/vehicles, despite no interest in the server, or any other reason), or are playing less than 3 hours a week for a period of a month, or longer.

 

Example of sporadic activity:

 

 

The properties/vehicles in where this rule will count are the following:

• Houses with weed basement;
• Ammu-nations;
• Highly requested business;
• ANY vehicle which ran out of stock in the dealership.

There is a way those property owners can keep their properties. Speak to any Server Manager+ and inform him of which property(ies)/vehicle(s) you own, along with your justification. We will consider:

• Inactivity for any justified reason (studies, RL problems, etc);

 

This measure is done in order to allow active players to have a chance on owning exclusive properties and vehicles, and also a way to cycle the economy of the server.

09/09/2018 - ROLES OF THE ADMINISTRATION & MANAGEMENT IN SPECIFIC TASKS

 

From now on, the following things are to be handled by specific positions only:

• REQUESTS ABOUT PROPERTIES (ANY): Senior Administrators; (@Matteo, @CraZe and @Devitt )
• REQUESTS ABOUT GROUPS (ANY): Manager in Head of Factions; ( @Jelly )
• INQUIRES ABOUT PLAYER REPORTS: Player Support; (@Morais)
• INQUIRES ABOUT STAFF: Manager in Head of Administration. (@Derek and @Jelly)

 

This means if you ask anyone who is not assigned to handle a specific issue about something, he will properly redirect you to whoever is allowed to respond to it.
