Personal comment I took full responsibility and told him i did but I did it because they killed me for no reason.. Sheamus or whatever his name is had a talk with me yesterday about changing my attitude etc and I did that I've namechanged, stopped DMing and started actually RPing and learning stuff about the server.. Personal comment Deandre I'm sorry for the numerous times I've pleaded to the staff team to not ban me and give me another chance, and I showed yall different from what I said I was going to do. I just thought I could get away with feeding the fire to a lot of the situations I've got into. I had a lot of Common Courtesy rule breaks with PD and the community I apologize to you and Flynn for my disrespectful attitude and mouth I've had towards yall at points of time. Also, my last situation was an honest mistake I was half awake and bored then wanted to go see what the turf wars was like and got sniped I should've just /support for the ID of who shot me but I've reread all the rules and watched some roleplay videos to better my roleplay and typing skills when speaking in slang and doing /me's. I've read all the server rules and guides to help better my faction when I get back also to help lead them on the right path to official status. I've read some of the Guides also. I'm sorry for my admin record as I plan to come back to build more RP opportunities I'm not gonna make a long story to explain to you what I have in-store because my actions speak louder then some words I typed up all I'm asking for is another chance at Mudoo. -

I robbed it from his storage, but I personally didn't know It was forbidden to own such thing. I tried to explain that to Weston, but instead I received a straight ban. Hacking Personal comment I'm appealing this for my cousin and more like myself since I (Luke Martin) couldn't log in. I've asked some hours ago before my cousin got banned if I can let my cousin play on the same IP (but different PC) and the answer was 'yes', He registered and I've logged in and guided him. We both in fact were lagging so badly that we disconnected and reconnected a few times. I guided my cousin to get a driving license. Like I stated earlier, we both were lagging pretty badly, I disconnected and my cousin was still playing & AFAIK he was doing the driving test for license and he got banned for reason "Hacking". I then created a support ticket in the discord server to just ask politely if my cousin was mistakenly banned since he was lagging badly. One of my clanmates said that someone in public chat spammed that Ron Martin was hacking and he got banned (Not sure if he got instantly banned after someone said that). It although would be pretty much shame to the administration team if my cousin was banned just because someone spammed that he was hacking in public chat. Just to keep note again that he was lagging way too bad tbh and I guess staffs could check that. I did, in fact, said that too on the support ticket and Eduardo did said that he had informed the guy who had banned me but I never got a reply from the guy (Anonymous) who banned my cousin maybe till 4-5 days. I just revisited again after like 4-5 days and found that the ticket was already closed but I never knew if someone even replied to that. I'm more than happy to get this investigated through better hands.

PD duty script abuse Personal comment Hello STAFF team so now let me explain myself what i were doing so i was knocked out and i chose to spawn at near hospital for some reason i got spawned in hospital in angel pine (i was in LS) so since i was super bored i saw a PD station in angel pine i enter in it and took my pd duty on then i quit it i noticed that there was still pd weapons in my hand for some reason i took duty again over and over after some time i only had night stick in my hand so i quit job and leave it in my hands i really didn't meant to abuse to PD script i didn't even know i can abuse it i am new player also i was playing on Mudoo Roleplay last year but i quit it and joined again on it so now i would like to get unbanned and start again but this is your decision not mine.

Leaking player's personal information Personal comment The information that I had leaked was a picture which was given to me by the player himself. The picture was removed from the platform it was leaked on, a few days after the report was submitted by another player. The picture was not shared to make fun of the player, neither was it intended to violet any rule or policy of the mudoo gaming community. Infact, I was not aware of any such policy to exist. Since I got banned from the server, I've been in contact, for 8 months, with the player who's photo was leaked and in our chats, he did not show any anger. I, yet apologized to both, the player and the management. In 4 years of playing SA:MP, never have I ever broken a single rule of any of the servers and I've always tried to remain a clear player also. I've invited some of the friends(from the server many of the Mudoo RP's players have come from) to Mudoo RP and they called me back to the server. Not only them but also older friends from Mudoo RP did so. Few days back, while I was talking to the player(not about this ban appeal or Mudoo but about other random things, being a friend) who's information was leaked, and he expressed his desire for me to post an ban appeal and return to the community. This ban appeal is also posted on his request and he has shown his will to talk to the administrator who would handle this report. However, I will not provide any screenshots of the chat so that it is not doubted that I pressurized him to say what he said. I request the administrator to ask for any kind of information required to solve this ban appeal directly from the player who's information was leaked so that there's no confusion. Both of us feel that I deserve a chance and it's my humble request to the administrator that it should be looked into this matter and I also assure you, if given the chance to return, I would try my best to not let you be disappointed. Thank you, your response is much appreciated.

Account sharing, misusing administratively gained info Personal comment I admit that I've had access to two administrators accounts to which I've used on numerous occasions for instance, to check a player's name changes and punishments. At no point in time, though, have I ever abused anything to my own advantage per se' except those. I assisted the administrators with multiple reports as if I were still an administrator myself and nothing more. I always kept my head up high in attempt to get re-instated as a helper so I could serve once again as an administrator myself rather than from others'. I am sincerely sorry to the administrators that I've manipulated into giving me their logins and never intended to cause them any trouble. I also sincerely apologize to the community as I know what I've done is not forgivable and I understand if my appeal is rejected and I will not hold it against you. Sincere apologies, Ramo.

Abusing BLS kits to hoard bls kits Personal comment well, I stored these vehicles in my personal car as well as in command vehicles in the department + the FBI Rancher since we don't have /equip in those only in the fire truck nor we can equip from those. I apologize for that, those bls kits used to disappear sometimes, marco reported them being stolen, yet I restocked it again each time, imagine digging behind command vehicles in a department to get free blskits and rob them, jesus, braindead players. I cannot really say that I'm not stupid as well for not at least doing it once after it got robbed, yet I did it multiple times, but those were really useful, tho. -

Script abuse - hoarding of BLS kits Personal comment Hello, let me start this by saying my sincere apologies to the community management. I take accountability for my actions as I was hired as a staff member myself (side note: This happened few weeks ago, so to be clear, I had not made this rule break while I was member of the staff as a helper). So yes, I admit of committing the said rule break as the reason for my ban. I had used /equip and stored those BLS kits to FMD Group owned vehicles specifically the Ranchers. The reason is for us to patrol with those BLS kits as I had thought that some players would reject revive and would choose to accept death because of the fact that they will pay some cash to get them revived, so if they see that it won't cost them money they would accept the revive. I do not blame them for doing so, so I figured this would do the trick to save them, my intentions were clean. But I do understand that rule break is a rule break. The moment we had done this I did think twice of my actions, but I still did it anyway. So after a few days I had noticed that the kits that were stored from our vehicles was gone,I am positive that they had been stolen, there I decided to stop doing it as other players have benefited from that. I now file this appeal to let you know that I will never ever attempt to do such things again, even though how clean my intentions are, it was still a rule break. I care a lot for this server, I have been here for only 3 months but this is where I learned how to RP and had a great time, found new friends also found some interesting group of people with great sense of humor and intelligence. I will end this by saying sorry for what I have done and I promise not to do this ever again also will do my best to continue helping out in the server, no matter if I become a helper again or not. Thank you!

Ezabila_Braydon When did you get banned? 08/08/2020 What is the ban reason? illegal Modification Personal comment i have downloaded all my mods randomly in google and youtube this include my gta files since i deleted my old files due to FPS drop, and i download Re-shade / re-texture etc that will help me boost fps for ultra low settings PC i don't know which one gives me good accurancy and wall shot As been told by admins i did 100% accurancy and a wall shot which is i am not aware that i hit him, i just shoot thru the fence at sandy cause i am seeing his head and shoot him i dont know if i did hit him. about the accurancy, a player runs straight forward where i am sniping so it's easy for me to shoot and follow with crosshair. i downloaded clean gta files given by the staff at discord support and instaled CAC so this thing will not happen again, if you wish to check my files thru screenshots or teamviewer let me know.

Illegal modification Personal comment I admit that I've been using the mod since two days ago. I found it really helped me out on a shootout situation especially 1v1. Silly me I used it pretty often. I'm not aware if the mod that I'm using is against the rules which I would have not installed it from the first place if I would have known. The mod is nowhere to be seen in my directory files anymore. And all I can say that I do apologize.
