Hello there, I would like to relocate my strip-club that's currently located in LV to LS, in Marina exactly. Literally everyone own strip-club in Los Santos, but never seen anybody opened his business since I started playing. So to sum it up, we're planning to open it, create RP for the comminuty, especially gangs where they can have fun, etc. More important thing, the strip-club won't be just a decoration. Interior change I would like to change my current house's interior to INTERIOR ID: 129 NAME: HOUSE 2 by Octavious because it will fit my IC development. House relaction House current location: Las Vanturas NR 2456 House new location: Reason: Alright, so my character live in Los Santos ICly and I own that property in LV, so there is no point from moving from LS to LV all the time... I've been looking for a suitable location in Los Santos but couldn't find better than this because of the position my character hold in the group is higher which means he can afford a house in Richman.

With that being said, we don't have any other property in Downtown, the place we used to RP since the beginning, so we decided to move that property from LV to Downtown just so we can turn it into HQ later on. Not only that, so for the time begin, we'll use the property as a hangout, host family meetings and business deals over there after we get the interior changed. So this will be a really benefitical for my group. I know it's gonna look weird to house a business exterior for a house but as I said before, we're changing the interior, matter of fact, we're turning it into a pawnshop and use it as a legal front and again, when we get our group script-wisely, we'll turn it into HQ.

Name: David Martini Type of business: Bar Current Location: New Location: It's located in Downtown, in front of this complex (NR 1747) Reason: The bar will be a shadow and an umbrella for the Martinis' criminal activities, money laundering schemes will be implemented meanwhile the business itself will help my group's members grin up and involve their own global Roleplay. But thing is that we won't benefit from it since it is in San Fierro, so we would like to change its location to Downtown since we been RP'ing there since the beginning. Now, probably, you'll deny our request and say that there are a lot of bars in Los Santos, but the real question is uh... Are the owners opening their bars and hanging there the whole no? I don't think so. We'll open the bar daily, create RP around and keep Downtown active. Plus, as I said above, this will help the newcomers a lot to develop their characters by working in the bar, hanging around it.
