Whilst I'm unable to verify whether or not that part about SAMP Addon is true, I see no real reason to doubt you due to the fact that it is indeed only Brass Knuckles, and given the circumstances displayed in the video it's not unreasonable to assume it may be related to a mod. I'd absolutely recommend removing any mods that have known issues to prevent such issues occurring in the future. Whilst in this case I agree with the ban (due to the information provided by the Administrator, which is then verified by your video - confirming the anti cheat worked as intended, and the Administrator issued a ban correctly), I do agree there's enough on the contrary to grant that this may have been an unintentional result of a mod and a glitch occurring at once. I will indeed unban and expunge the related weapon bans, but leave you with one final note: Your attitude to begin with was unnecessarily poor, from the video title to the snide comments in your ban appeal. The admin staff here volunteer to help this community, they don't need to such hostility for simply doing their job.

How about you explain why we should even consider unbanning you after the actions you took against members of our community?

The ban was issued as our anti cheat correctly identified you had spawned in weapons. The script has no conceivable method of spawning a set of brass knuckles, like demonstrated in your video. I'd suggest you take a look at the mods you have installed and identify which of those caused the issues. As identified by readily found documentation online, golf clubs can be spawned through the entering of golf carts (which has since been rectified). There is no equivalent to this for Brass Knuckles. Happy to be proven wrong, but the administrator acted accordingly in this case, so I'll need some explanation from you.

So as you've admitted to this, you can state which mods were in use. You've obviously seen one of our arguments presented by Shamus in your last appeal, however I'm curious to see how you answer this and whether it'll match what we know. This includes your entire GTA SA, as well as anything that might not be so visually obvious. List format is fine. You should include all folders.

Well, firstly you admitted to using a hack, then you changed that to admitting you "found" a hack. Secondly, if you only have one GTA SA folder, what's the modded GTA SA folder that was seen? It still seems like you're lying to us.

After a review and discussion in Management, we've come to the agreement that the ban on you was inappropriate and as a result will be expunged. As a whole though, the general message I've posted here still applies. Please take some time to read it, and I hope this'll demonstrate that there is a place for you in the server as long as the current behaviour stops. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Your ban was partially a rresult of "initiating" the incident that happened at LSPD by hunting down and running over that Volunteer. That in itself can be considered a breach of the safezone rule, and in essence DMing. Acting out in an OOC manner like that isn't ever acceptable. In general though, the behaviour seen isn't aceptable. Yes, our standards may not be as strict as some RP servers, but that doesn't mean it's ever acceptable to just hunt people down in an OOC manner. This wasn't the first incident that occurred after the regained activity, we were already discussing incidents that included your group and how to best act on it before this LSPD incident occurred. When I spoke to you after the Spag group being deleted, I specifically asked for these semi copbait / semi DM situations to come to an end, as that's the reputation your group has received. Driving around in a patriot with a bunch of people in [or on] it and causing endless shoot outs. The server isn't flawless, and it's certainly not in a state we want it to be in and we're trying to work to improve it. But our efforts are being undermined by the kind of actions witnessed in the ban here. You guys do seem like genuine people and I hope that you can reside on the server without running into so much trouble, but we can't let such situations pass without being appropriately punished. You knew this whole incident was against the rules, yet you decided to any way. Given your punishment history and our ban guidelines, the review date Sam provided will stick. I hope this break will act as a way to allow for improvement.
