Toxicity Personal comment I have already posted several unban requests which were all denied by Eduardo Santos because, as he said, I'm a chronic rule breaker, and today I will argue that. When I started playing this server, and for the most part of playing it, I was lead to believe that trash talking was allowed on this server, but there are some things out of boundaries like insulting people's families, using personal life informations and so on. My trash talking mostly came down to saying "fuck a (gang/group/player name)". I'm not a snow flake so I rarely, if ever, reported anyone for insulting me, even though people literally knowingly insulted my dead parent on this community, shared my pictures over discord, tried making fun of me about it in game or on discord (those happened even after I got banned, by the people who still play, and some of them are banned for unrelated reasons). The reason I got banned involves the worst of insults I used to try to piss off an admin who had insulted my mother many times prior to that. I do understand this person had thought I was taking it as a joke when he did that, but I assure you, I see no joke in insulting anyone's family member nor do I ever do that. That together with the fact that I felt i was being wrongfully treated several times in a row by that and one other part of the admin team, got me so triggered that i said some disgusting things for which i 100% deserve to be banned and for a while too. I would say the same if it was the other way around, and I do admit that. Having that said, I sincerely apologise for my behaviour and the things I said to @moncho. Even though I was angry, I apologised to him for insulting his family, even while we were still throwing insults at one another, because that's really not how I was raised or how I am. If i had an issue with him as an admin or a player or with something he said, I should have reported it, instead of doing what I did, which was losing control and acting like an infant. Now, the reason I am posting this unban appeal, even after being denied, is simply because I believe everyone deserves another chance. Eduardo denied my previous unban requests on account of me being a constant rule breaker, but that is not true. I wasn't exactly a model player at all times, but I spent so much time helping new players on the server, teaching people how to properly role play. I brought tens of people to the server, I created groups with purpose to teach people how to properly play on a role play server. Two of the groups I was leader or part of leadership became official. The punishments listed by Eduardo are arguable. The claim that I've been banned for threatening community is not exactly right, I was banned on my request by Noah Peterson or Leonardo Carter, and the ban was lifted over a simple discord message "i want to play again". Some admins interpret rules in their own way, I've seen staff members say "fuck a balla" but I've also been punished for saying stuff like that. To summarize, I am aware that i fucked up and deserved to get banned, but I am not a person who (as per Eduardo Santos) is unable to change. I (and i believe other people as well) had fun with "fuck a balla" and other light trash talk, but if that's the issue I will completely cut myself away from any kind of toxic behaviour. My intentions weren't bad, believe it or not. I still have a lot of friends who play on Valrise, and I'm pretty sure more would come back as well shall I be unbanned.

Toxicity Personal comment Hey there, I was denied already but I talked to @Daniel Campbell and he agreed that I should open this unban request. I'm honestly sorry for what I did. The only thing I can say in my defence is that I'm really not as bad as it may seem to some of you. I would really like to be able and play with my friends once again, and from now on my attitude towards any and every player in this community will be exemplary.

one last bit - all i'm asking you to do is give me a single shot and if i ever do something to screw up again you can reissue the ban on me in a blink of an eye. there's no down side to unbanning me, all it's gonna do is bring more people and fun to the server.

what i did was despicable, but you and your friends also provoked my reaction by logging in on valrise tdm to insult me and ruin the game play for me. you have also insulted me and my mother countless times in serbian, but apparently everything i said stands while those insults by you are written off as jokes for some reason. i understand it hurt you, but hopefully one day you can get over what happened. my apology to you stands, when you feel you're ready, i hope you can reconsider it, and no i won't do it again.

I might have been punished for toxicity a couple times over the years, but those punishments happened over a long time i've played here. the ban for threatening community was placed by Noah if i'm not wrong, and it was a ban i literally asked him to issue and he did as a favour. it was lifted with out even making an unban request. In future i will not continue to behave in the same manner, and if i ever do, you can still ban me any time. That being said, i don't see a reason not to be given a second chance at the server. as for @moncho- sorry bro, no hard feelings?

We used to be "friends" in past, but after gvardia fell apart he sided with one part of ex-gvardia which then resulted in him treating me unfairly. There were several situations in which he wronged me by either punishing me in a situation no admin would ever issue a punishment for and even refused to handle a report on the day i got banned. I tried talking to him like a normal person but he insulted my mother and kept repeating "report me on forum if you got a problem", so i snapped and i insulted him and his family members. I apologised to him after that, not because i feel sorry for him, but because i let anger get the better of me. He on the other hand should be fired from staff as people who break the rules and insult other's families but then go crying to managers when they get a taste of their own medicine do not belong in the server and let alone staff team. i ban evaded several times to chat and fuck around but i was banned almost instantly every time. At one point some one banned me for weapon hacks on one of those ban evading accounts, but i assure you i used no hacks

Yea, of course cops are supposed to be over powered compared to criminals, that's not the issue. The issue is constant misuse of those powers, just do be able to win every possible situation, regardless of how unrealistic those acts required to win are. "Unrealistic behavior" seems to be the issue only when it's criminals behaving that way. When cops deploy heavy aircraft and fire at RANDOM people unrelated to what's happening, it's considered to be mistake of the person who's getting blown up for no reason. But if criminals shoot at a random person during combat, thinking it's their enemy, they get punished for dm. I've seen both things happen with my own eyes so yea. The problem is, cops are allowed to shoot at suspect WITH OUT role playing anything, and suspect is not allowed to shoot at cops unless they "engage first". Why would anyone, especially a criminal minded low life, take such risks? And why would those who are supposed to be roleplaying guardians of the civilians in any case (if they're actually here to role play) be opening fire at people who are in no way presenting a threat, but are just simply at the wrong place and wrong time? In real, criminals shoot first ask questions later, and here it's the other way around, despite the obvious power imbalance (which again is something that is supposed to exist). Here's an example of blatant death match, and situations like this one happen all the time, yet they aren't sanctioned. Guy who does not have a weapon, and is trying to help a person (even if it's a criminal) is being shot with out a single word or even a chance to do shit (and he obviously cant do shit since his character is using an animation and cant move). Worst part is, they even killed the guy who was reviving a police officer, and also the said police officer too. TLDR ---- if you have cops doing shit like this all the time, criminals won't go light on cops either.

Majority of cops join the server to shoot suspects on sight. Role playing with cops in 99% (coming from my personal experience) ends up with getting tased and then if you do anything other than complying with what cops type in their /me, they spam ooc chat how you are cuffed and have to comply. Heavy aircraft is constantly deployed and firing even at random by passers. To every action, there's a reaction. Everyone wants to win the situation they're caught in and thats normal. You can't expect people to bend over for cops and get fucked, and that's what would have happened had they waited longer rather than shooting the cops then and there. Guys, please, why is this taking so long?

He does understand some things but his vocabulary is very limited, trust me. And anyway I'm not denying he fucked up am I? I'm just saying you shouldn't have been so harsh on a guy who is pretty new and doesn't behave like that when i'm around to teach him. He's been inactive for over a month and got banned for a few stupid fuck ups because he simply doesn't understand all parts of IC, OC and rules around both. Banning him won't get us anywhere as he won't learn shit while he's not in game. Just unban him and i will make sure he behaves like he did in past, doesn't that make sense?

While you might fool someone who doesn't know him, he's my real life friend and I better than anyone know how many times he needed translating while roleplaying. He said he tried to rob you, and as I said, being new to the concept of roleplay and english so HE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND everything about roleplay. He tried to stop you but he didn't use /me command because hes a noob and he needs help to learn. Had you tried roleplaying instead of warning him maybe he would have actually learned something. When i am in game this sort of thing happens rarely or not at all. So just admit you were wrong to straight up ban him and lets move on.

You need to understand that he's a rather new player who barely speaks english. I explained the rules to him a while ago and he tries to respect them but he doesn't fully understand where his bad english attempts to rp turns into dm. Yet I find this punishment to be too much, his temper exploded because he didn't understand what was going on and that could have simply been handled with a temp ban. It would be really nice of you to lift this ban, and i will make sure sveta behaves in future, just like he did in past.
