Sure, it was not a bug that was created by you but who else abused it without reporting it directly to the management and gave out the money in an attempt to ruin the economy? No, creating a new account is banevading. Just come clean about your actions and you will have the possibility of an unban as I'm still not convinced by your story.

You have a rather extensive punishment history. Within 2 weeks, you have amassed 15 punishments and of these, 2 of them are temporary bans. Most of your punishments relate to poor roleplay & DM and you have been punished a lot for breaking the rules. What will change if we unban you? Clearly you have not changed since your 2 previous tempbans.
