Illegal Modification Personal comment I'll come clean and say this, I was doing thief deliveries and came across one of the vehicles needed, but it was broken down and I didn't want to waste time so I used a "vehicle speed hack" because I'm too lazy to get an actual tow truck or toolkit. This is the only time I've played unfair and I would like to be given another chance to be a clean player.
