  i do not have cleo installed into my laptop, i dont know if this is a mistake on your side or the system, but i dont have nospread in my gta folder if you want proof of my folders let me know.

i dont play on this server a lot because i dont have many friends, but i was on today and i got banned when i was offline, any reason for this? i want to be unbanned

That means:

-NO ban evading of any sort.

-NO bothering any of the staff members about your unban request or for anything else related to it.

-YOU wait for the date to come and be patient and go re-read the rules about cheats/hacks.

-YOU are super obligated to remove any kind of cheats/hacks or else you will be BANNED on SPOT once found cheating/hacking again with no chance of another unban.
