"DM/Troll/Constant rule breaks" Personal comment Hello I am jovanca gvardia and i will be posting this unban request on behalf of sveta as his english is not very good. You need to understand that he's a rather new player who barely speaks english. I explained the rules to him a while ago and he tries to respect them but he doesn't fully understand where his bad english attempts to rp turns into dm. Yet I find this punishment to be too much, his temper exploded because he didn't understand what was going on and that could have simply been handled with a temp ban. It would be really nice of you to lift this ban, and i will make sure sveta behaves in future, just like he did in past.

Personal comment I am appealing this ban on behalf of Ava Collins as her ban was clearly unfair. Ava has asked for a staff member to help her genuinely, however her tickets were neglected and she was left with distress with no help at all with her query. Do you blame her for spamming the support ticket for assistance, isn't that what it's for? With this being my first ban in coming to two years, I don't expect for this to be denied so quick as the appeal I previously created just because you've a personal grudge against me. I highly recommend a senior member of the staff team handles it. Thank you for understanding, I hope to hear from you again so we can talk it out.

Dizzy Walker When did you get banned? 01/02/20 What is the ban reason? usage of illegal mods Personal comment Well, Dizzy searched my whole pc and didnt find anything, after that he start creating some dumb things that he thinks I did, like replacing my gta, showing him another gta, well I dont care what he thinks, I've asked an admin that I know if I had some triggers when I login he said yes everytime you were logging in, even when Dizzy was with me on teamviewer, and he also said someone CAC shows that I use cheats (talking about the admin here) I dont know how accurate CAC is but I know that I had nothing in my gta folder, and by the way if you're wondering why I'm applying after a month because I think that there's no point of getting unban if you guys will keep getting triggers ig once I log in, and I want @LocMax to take care of this if there's no problem, if there's any solution for this, if not I dont really care getting back that much to be honest.

I woke up, having great ideas about my next group and roleplay opportunities until I see my friends messaging me that I am banned. At first I thought it was a wrong ID as to why would I be banned when I wasn't ingame, but later checked the forums and saw myself reported for invalid reason. Let's clear something here, I am not a special person here, sure I have played since the release, but it doesn't give me the right to break the rules, it also makes me a normal player, on which the normal punishments should be given. I have a clean history apart from one ban by Matthew. Why did I get immediately banned? The incident:- Right, i actively murdered a guy, outside of Safe Zone. The safe zone is at Pershing Square, the roleplay took place at Commerace. Even checking the map in-game will show you that it's actually Commerace, not Pershing Square. Once I knocked the guy, the Taxi Driver pulled up. To be safe, I thought about checking him for any Cameras. So I aimed at him and told him to get out, TO GET OUT, NOT TO DRIVE AWAY. [04:43:30] Eric Hills says [Creepy accent]: Oh shit. [04:43:34] DON CraZe shouts [American accent]: get the fuck out! [04:43:37] DON CraZe shouts [American accent]: NOW! In any way, I didn't told him to leave the scene, as he was about to drive away, I didn't shoot at him, instead I shot at his tire. And so he stopped. After that I proceeded to frisk him, finding no cameras or anything, I let him go,unhurt. How is this in anyway DM? 1, I didn't kill him 2, My shooting was valid 3, Both Eric and Eduardo mistook my message when I said 'get the fuck out' They probably thought I was telling him to leave, but infact I was telling to get out of his TAXI. I hope this clears it up, if it was DM, I would have killed Eric there when he tried to leave. I also was not contacted for the report by Eduardo or anyone, this is very unprofessional, you have to contact the reported player, to avoid any confusions, clearly that report had many holes.

PayPal chargeback / account sharing to get a donation from someone else Personal comment Hello, so I got banned like 6 to 7 months ago and yes it was my big mistake to share my account with someone's else (say it I break a big rule which isn't even allowed on server) and I were know that it's not allowed, I was just feeling some powers on cause I was helper and I thought no one gonna care about that cause I was staff member (helper). As Dylan said on previous ban appeal I need to pay 16 euros back but sadly I can't pay cause there's a problem in my country we can't use PayPal here and you guys are only accepting PayPal. I didn't even banevade any single time cause I thought patience is a good thing, after getting banned from Mudoo I quit SAMP cause there was no fun, but from now on I installed it back and tryna play only Mudoo cause I started with Mudoo and I'll end SAMP with Mudoo as well. So kindly please give me just one more last chance I'll try my best to not break this type of rule again, Just missing mudoo and missing some of my friends. Kind Regard, Faizan.

I was driving around in my ambulance, it started to slow down, and I found myself at full speed in the sea, and then teleported me to the town hall, I don't know who teleported me and speedhack me. I assure , in 1 week of game I have never used hacks. -

Teleporting Hacks Personal comment Hi, I was just playing on the server when I walked into a house, and when I went back out, I desynced heavily and all vehicles had despawned, so I walked a bit to see if they would return, but then nothing worked, so I closed the game, and logged back on. When I got back on, I walked around a bit, but everything returned, so I was back in sync, then out of nowhere I was banned for "teleport hacks". So I am requesting a ban appeal for this reason since I have no mods or hacks on my game files while on the server.
