Besides all the other plans and upcoming releases, the management team has decided we will grant 184 banned players another chance. Don't ruin this free opportunity, because we did not remove the ban button! Details about the mass unban are provided at the end of this post. It is insane how fast time goes. Two years ago we started from literally nothing with only a few people and our own experiences. I was not sure what we could expect, but it was going to be a bumpy ride nevertheless. From mistakes we have learned and we did not gave up on trying. It is now safe to say that we have a pretty stable base. Not only with our players, but also with our systems and structures. We are ready to expand to new games and are trying very hard to create the perfect handcrafted FiveM scripts for you. In the last months we have learned a lot and are now confident we will be able to launch something nice. Keep an eye out on the announcement section for all the nice projects we have planned. I myself will continue supporting the community in the upcoming years. Making sure all our system are running perfect, working on our panel and other support systems. The following rough criteria were applied and are non-discussable. Last ban happened over a month ago at least. Did at least play 1 hour (which excludes those solely coming here to hack). Last ban was not for excessive behaviour, like bug abusing, aimbot or threatening our general security. Last ban was not for ban evading or multi accounting. If last ban was for hacking or cheating, it should be their only ban Are you unbanned? If you did pass our criteria, congratulations! You have received this one time free "get-out-of-jail" card. This gives you the chance to reconnect with friends in-game and come to our ceremony tomorrow. But don't get too excited, you will be on a short leash. Your previous bans and punishments will not be forgotten. If you manage to get yourself banned again, chances are getting pretty slim for another unban.

Instead of blaming this on someone else, it is perhaps time to accept that all your actions are solely your own responsibility. Sadly you have lately proven time after time that you cannot accept the consequences. Making suggestion topics and being impatient on your unban request does not magically make all your wrong actions go away. It is time to man up and understand that you won't be unbanned any time soon.

Let me be clear that it is not only the staff handling your unban request who condemn your actions. Actually the whole staff team including myself is disgusted by your general behavior and lies. You have had so much warnings and chances. When you started ban evading on your Emma account, you could have used it to show some better behaviour. But instead we see exactly the same long list of punishments as you had on your Mira account. It is actually you. You are a waste of time to this community. Either come with a good honest unban request and understand what you have done wrong, or try your luck somewhere else.

"Trying to learn" does not mean get the same warnings and tempbans every single day and keep on repeating it. While we are at it, you might want to directly explain how this is your first ban? You have the exact same punishment pattern on your previously banned account Mira_Girl. So technically this is your second ban already.

All the money you got is originating from gambling with money you did not have at that point. Which is not allowed. You cannot just come in and place bets you cannot afford. I am wondering though, how can you claim you miss this game/server so much after only playing about 1 hour. Recently property taxes got some improvements and the system (tax authority) will start selling properties for which the tax has not been paid. This is your warning to start paying your property taxes if you want to keep your properties. Tax authority Every month a property will be taxed. The tax authority will automatically sell the property under the following conditions: - There is still tax open on the property. - The last time the tax was PAID is exactly 2 months ago. Tax amount The system will automatically add tax every month after the property was bought. To prevent selling the property just before the tax date to not have to pay taxes, the system will calculate the days you have owned the property without paying tax and still tax you for those days (+ 1 day administration costs, buying and directly selling will thus cost handling money). For one month the tax is a percentage of the price of the property. The following taxes apply: - Tax 1.7% - If property price is under $500.000, tax is 1.6% - If property price is under $100.000, tax is 1.5% Viewing tax To view the amount of tax that is still open and see how much extra the system will calculate (as described above), you may use the command /property tax to view the details. The open tax on a property and the tax and paid dates (excluding the calculated extra tax) can also be viewed on the panel. Visit the assets page and view more info on your property. AnthonyE, let me remind you though that this does not mean you can be a dick to admins. Seeing your punishments for the past months, you do have quite some trouble behaving already. Just letting you know, you are walking on the edge here. I don't have trouble reverting the unban if I see you continue being a dick.

UPDATE Today around 14:00 the updating process and the downtime finally started. Due to all preparation the expected downtime was a maximum of 30 minutes. However due to certain circumstances this ended up being 1 hour and 30 minutes. After that all our game services have been running smoothly and without trouble on our new dedicated server. My apologies for the unexpected extra downtime. In the past weeks we have been working to asses everything needed and seemed to have overlooked a few things. Let me quickly evaluate for you what went wrong in this downtime. Database server The wrong database service was setup during the preparations. Only when importing some data after the downtime had already started, we noticed a certain edge case functionality did not work. This meant all the preparations in terms of accounts and permissions had to be voided. Within the downtime I managed to fully reinstall the database server and get all the basic settings configured in order to run the main SA:MP RPG server. Firewall Our host seemed to have a bug in showing the status of a certain firewall. This caused the server to be displayed offline for a lot players, even after it was successfully turned on. Internal networking Due to a mistake in our internal networking, our SA:MP CoD: Global Warfare server could not connect to the database service. This problem went unnoticed during the testing phase because at that point other IP addresses were used (the final IP addresses were at that point still used by the old dedicated server). After discovering a solution, also this server could immediately resume their services. NEXT UP This weekend, probably Saturday, we will be transferring our web server. Downtime of different sites, forums and panels can be expected. We try to keep them to a minimum, however expect interruptions for the whole day. We will keep you informed through this topic and the discord announcements channel. This will not effect the discord and game servers (except /help being down).

In the past weeks we have been researching and testing new dedicated servers. Due to the current dedicated server being on pretty old core software (kernel), a switch of server was inevitable at some point. With this update of the dedicated server we try to reach more performance, better structure and more possibilities for ourselves. Last but not least, this gives us the opportunity to remove unused and unnecessary part, some even saving us some money monthly. --- What is going to happen? Due to this being a dynamic process, we cannot promise exact dates, times and durations. First we will transfer both our SA:MP gameservers and their databases. Their IPs will not change and if you miss the downtime, you might not even notice that the server changed.
