I think it's a great idea that could motivate a new type of roleplay within the server. I'd also like to see the ability for players to run rental businesses. Perhaps the rate that is offered should be lower than the state prices to further drive interaction. Moncef does a fantastic job with his BMX's he rents from Idlewood and shows that we do have players with creativity and a desire to roleplay

There are already sufficient houses set in and around Idlewood. We won't be adding any more at the moment.

We do not set new money making businesses and wouldn't change any interiors to 24/7's you can purchase from.

I suggest you inform people you know that it is not acceptable to use /me like that at all. They are some big words and a lot of promises. Make sure you can stick to them. Review in 2 weeks.

Hello. 1) I did not tell you not to do it again. I was mid conversation with you. 2) You claimed somebody told you it was allowed. Who? 3) It clearly isn't allowed. You can't talk in any local chat while knocked so why would /me be an acceptable way to circumvent that? 4) You quit while I was in the middle of talking to you as you knew a punishment was coming. 5) Your punishment history is huge and this ban is long overdue. You certainly would not have gotten a verbal warning for it. 6) What actions are you going to take to improve your behavior on the server?

The delay in your review date was for your poor attitude towards staff and does not count towards your review date. However, I will count it as 1 week extension and ignore the extra 3 days. As you have apologized and finally accept your mistakes, we will review this in 4 weeks as per the ban consequences topic and will also deduct 40% of your wealth. You have two bans EXTREMELY close together. I strongly suggest you review the rules and understand them as a 3rd ban is not likely to go to well, particularly if its within a short time.
