This comes after yet again another Governor in the name of Charles McGill has filed a frivolous lawsuit against Buzz Times. Governor McGill, an unelected Governor sought legal advice from Hunter & Manyak Legal Consultancy after filing a civil lawsuit for Defamation of character and amongst the claims slander. This comes after an article published by Buzz Times alleging that Governor Charles McGill had used $200 000 of state funds to finance an event. It is unclear how Buzz Times had obtained it's information. Sources close to the Media agency's legal counsel Jones & Associates having partnered with Dentico & Co. Law Bureau. Buzz Times having beefed up with a team of lawyers say that they are confident in arguing their case for the article and that it remains within the confines of media freedom. With Buzz Times at loggerheads for a second time with Government entities. What has been clear is that Buzz Times has fully exercised investigative journalism having challenged the status quo within the ranks of Government. With Governor McGill having been in office less than a month in. The use of legalese institutions to quell any media freedom does not bode well for the governor. As the public ergly awaits for a court outcome, one can only hope this does not set a precedent of quashing media freedom, thus undermining our constitution. THE SPOTLIGHT moncef htiti For this month's edition of "The Spotlight", we've chosen moncef htiti as the winner. moncef htiti spends hours nearly every day simply - renting bicycles at Idlewood. He refuses to accept large amounts of money and shows an impressive amount of humbleness, selflessness and kindness. moncef htiti does not invest his money or time into purposeless shootouts and does not pursue the stereotypical dreams of being an invincible and untouchable godfather of a criminal family. As we have witnessed moncef htiti perform these activities for a number of days, the management team helped him out by feeding him countless donations and providing him with his own little office where he wanted to rent bicycles. We've given him a billboard to advertise his business and help him receive notice. A downside of moncef htiti's life is the robberies which hammer down on him throughout the days. An innocent lad like him is a constant target of the stereotypical server vultures who seek nothing but shootouts and blood spill. Management team will dedicate a topic every month to a player who shows such positive personality attributes and in any creative ways attempts to improve the server in a positive manner. We'd like to thank moncef htiti for being a good example of a good player who does not need much to enjoy the server and have a good time. 1. Do not spam. Do not make irrelevant or meaningless posts just to increase your post count. 2. Do not bother our staff. Do not send PMs to our staff to check your unban request, moderator application and so on. It will only reduce your chances of being unbanned or accepted. If it is a serious matter, do not hesitate to PM staff members. 3. Do not post inappropriate content. Do not post content which contains inappropriate material - offensive images, pornography and so on. This includes signatures and avatars as well. 4. Illegal acts.
