Reason: i want to change the interior of this property to House 2 by octavious , before you suggest house 1 by ocatvious both interiors have same height

It's nor about the height, simply the "House 2 by Octavious" doesn't fit the place, instead "House 1 by Octavious" may.

Then i guess house 1 by octavious can work as well
