RULES FOR THE USSR AND NATIONAL GUARD

These rules are applicable for the militia (USSR), hereafter referred to as "militia" and national guard (NG) hereafter referred to as "military".

 

1. No battle or interaction between the militia or the military without prior arrangement by Damien and Levi.

     - Members of the militia and the military may travel freely throughout the map when no battles or interactions are arranged

     - Interactions between the militia and military are solely for RP. Turning these situations into DM requires approval from the active leaders on both sides at the time.

2. The rules for each battle must be agreed upon by Damien and Levi during arrangement talks.

3. The militia may obtain group points for purchasing weapons at black market by following activities:

     - Hosting a checkpoint that lasts at least one hour with at least 8 members - 10 points

     - Hosting a patrol over claimed territory for at least one hour with at least 8 members - 8 points

     - Seizing a weed field planted by enemy rival group - 12 points

            - Weed fields of new players and new groups may not be subject to attacks

     - Seizing a heroin shack operated by enemy rival group member - 6 points

            - Heroin shacks of new players and new groups may not be subject to attacks

     - Arranging and executing a battle with military for at least one hour - 20 points

4. Should the militia decide to seize a weed field planted by a rival group (and not a new player or newbie group):
     - The occupants of the weed field must be provided a reasonable opportunity to leave the area

     - The occupants of the weed field must be instructed to leave the area and that the weed field is being seized

     - The occupants of the weed field may be shot if they resist through violence or refuse to comply with the instructions

5. Should the militia need to defend their own weed field planted by own members:

     - The weed field may be defended by maximum of 1 tank

     - No other special military vehicles permitted

6. Players who are neither part of the military or militia shall not be subject to any interaction other than:

     - Being identified at checkpoints or in the disputed territory

     - Being asked to leave the area of a weed field or heroin shack if it's not a new player or a newbie group member

7. The militia may participate in scripted /missions, heists and turfs, but without any military vehicles or special weapons only available to the militia

8. The militia may not ally any other groups, nor declare any other groups an enemy. The interactions are solely between the militia and the military.

9. A member of the militia who becomes wanted by law enforcement may be aided by other members of militia, but without military vehicles or special weapons only available to the militia or the military.

10. Any special permissions or activities, vehicles or resources must be approved only by Server Leader or higher ranked staff member. 

11. Militia is allowed to use 2x 5KHP tanks, while military can use 4x 5KHP tanks

12. Law enforcement may not engage the militia or patrol its territory as shown in photo below.
