Dear friend.  Since in the very few days I had to face deadlines I decided to get a help of expert team in making my speech,also that doesn't mean the main idea isn't from my head and that I didn't involved in making my speech with them. Your own decision is to like or dislike something...I am still what I have been,getting help from someone in need doesn't mean nothing bad,since we are all human beings at the end,not a robots,right...

As said,project in front of your eyes.Ready to be implemented on server. 

((This is how it should work:
You are in danger,but you spot panic station nearby,you get inside pressing red button ((/spanic)). Doors will enclose and all PD members will be informed about location of panic. Doors of the station can't be opened until PD offical come on place and open it  ((/psopen)). This will prevent missuse. Also I suggest that misuse is punishable by IC jail time of 2 hours. 
All panic stations can be observed by PD.FBI via ((/ps view)) which will provide you sight from panic station camera.
