Sami Heikkinen

Sami Heikkinen is a young Finnish man born in Pietarsaari, Finland. He grew up in Finland and after that, he went to Police Academy (Poliisiakatemia), the supervisors of the Academy later on sent him to Los Santos to finish his Academy there and become a LS:PD (Los Santos Police Department) volunteer. He's currently 25, and he is building his way up in the sky. Sami is looking forward onto become a great officer to serve the people of Los Santos.
