After an audit conducted by the Secretary of Licensing in the city hall property records, it has been noticed that “Curtis Barns” doesn’t hold the ownership of the said Casino, hence, he is not qualified to apply for a Gambling License for the said Casino.

Resulting in the following application being DENIED.
