  I'm so super sorry I was just standing up for what I thought was right, you wouldn't ban Emmeline Pankhurst for creating the Suffragettes would you? This all started for a dumb reason, that's the only reason why anyone was talking in discord, yet all the staff don't care to chime in and everyone that sees what happened agrees that it was dumb. Yet here we are with no further explanation and 7 bans later and 7 denied appeals later with yet again no reasoning behind it. You even banned MillieBobbyBrown#1394 who didn't speak through-out the entire thing then asked why I was banned at the end and he got banned for that as well, you are just banning everyone that questions your authority. I know there is funny jokes of the server being a dictatorship, but you really don't help yourself with this dumb shit. What kind of rule set is this server running off anyway?

  He got permanently banned for this, okay it was meant as a joke but I can understand it gets annoying when everyone does it. However if you are going to be so protective over Athena, maybe stop with the rampant racism that runs in the server too? If you are really trying to make this a safe space where people can enjoy regardless of who they are; racism, sexism, homophobia and religious discrimination are all forms of prejudice which should also be taken seriously. It's very clear and I know I don't need to give examples of many staff members performing these other acts of discrimination, yet you expect the players to tip toe around one form and not mention it at all in the slightest as there happens to suit higher management? Also I understand half or more of the staff are from third world countries but this really isn't 'Sexual Harassment of a female player' harassment, sure he only said it because it was Athena, but this is not sexual. 

   

  

   

  Also if you are going to attempt to enforce a rule so strictly, may I suggest actually updating the rules to reflect this. I know there was a message posted in discord however some of us are banned from discord so cannot see this message. According to this rule Antonio didn't do anything wrong at all. 

   

  

   

  So this is the real rule that was implemented via a message in the announcements channel. May I ask why this was so important for locmax to implement? Maybe because he himself has shown himself to be racist, homophobic and discriminate against religion in the past? But harassing a female? Way too far! Instant ban for all who choose to disobey! Antonio even tagged someone after being banned calling him the n-word with hard r and no one blinked, it's a normal day in Valrise, the community manager does it so why can't everyone else, oh wait they do. Unfortunately as I am now banned I cannot search for any messages to back this up but to everyone with a brain, you shouldn't need any proof of this. 

   

  Now what? Because I changed my discord name to foot in Persian that is also bannable? Because we were having a fun conversation and actually reviving the discord, we're all banned? May I also ask why am I always the first one to get banned? Anyway this is something to think about, I've acknowledged that things rarely tend to be reverted after they've happened because Valrise staff is so perfect and cannot admit that they were wrong ever. 

  Don't get wrong, I'm not saying harassing females should be allowed and it's a big problem in gaming but the implementation and punishment system makes no sense when other forms are running rampant and aren't punished in the slightest.

Next time you ban someone as an example, maybe pick someone that is a repeat offender rather than a player which hasn't logged in for 6 months then gets instantly permanently banned, another option could be asking the victim if they actually want the person banned. Also sexual harassment and harassment is, or at least should be magnitudes of difference in terms of punishment. The ban reason is just ridiculous. The amount of outrageous things sent in the Valrise discord goes unpunished yet a message that is obviously not serious instantly gets permanent ban just highlights the uneven enforcement of rules throughout the server. 

 

 

Not his fault he didn't realize the severity and wasn't informed on the recent rule changes. Plus this screenshot speaks 1000 words.

This is not the place to dump your complaints and random screenshots.

 

You 100% knew what you were doing. In your eyes it perhaps was funny, but it was extremely clear we were not going to tolerate it. Stop trying to hide behind your ridiculous claims about how we don't want our "authority questioned" etc. You were fully aware of what you did, and now you face the consequences. Referring all those other situations does not change your own actions.

 

Denied. Make another request once you can be serious about your own actions without hiding behind bullshit claims and other situations.
