  Hello Sir/Mam,,

  I wanna say that...i know i did a mistake but directly permanent ban....I wanna humbly request you that i will not do that again and I am so sorry for what i did i just wanted to say as this server is very close to my heart I play regular hours here and seriously cant live without playing here.

So let me start with this, I am not taking your answer: "Two warns and do a permanent ban" 

 

You basically are saying you are still to commit rulebreaks, that also means we can't trust you. Is there anything else you want to say to convince us?
