How is a script exploit a "dogshit reason"? Script abuse are not only the ones which favour you directly over other players, but also the ones which favour you directly.

 

As far as I am now concerned, /v park was being used to unflip vehicles and render them useable again on spot. You are not a new player and I am sure  you could figure out that is not the original purpose of this command. We already have a range of other commands that cover vehicle repair [mechanics, tool kits, etc].

 

It adds to the ban the fact that this was certainly not the first time you have used /v park for such purpose, as I was told by present staff ingame you did it immediately as the vehicle flipped, so you know exactly what you were doing. They notified it could be possibly some kind of cheat, so it was investigated and we came to find out the correct reason. It is also an aggravant that the developers were not communicated that this command could be exploited this way...? If "others are doing it" as some people said ingame, they will be banned as well, it is not an excuse.

 

You seem remorseless as per your attitude in this request and in other places, so do you actually want to be unbanned, or question the eventuality of your ban?

Okay, I understand that I broke a rule by script abusing, I just believe the punishment was extremely harsh, I would understand if I was warned, but to be permanently banned for something that didn't affect anyone else around us, seems a bit hard.

It didn't affect anyone around you, true. But what you did was abuse the script to given yourself an advantage, which is considered to be a rule break.

Also, you yourself confessed to misuse the script in order to save your vehicle to prevent it from exploding, yet you're still saying that the punishment was harshly applied.

 

Why would we even reconsider to give such a player a second chance? You constantly copbait for fun that is ramming them, provoking them, initiating false kidnapping and so on.

 

Secondly, your attitude is shit towards administration, would there be a change in your attitude if we consider to unban you?

Just because I broke a rule, doesn't mean I should be permanently banned, that's why I said I think the punishment was too harsh.

 

Would waiting inside an interior for people to enter and get frozen be considered script abuse? You're abusing the script to your advantage and people actually get affected by that.

You mean when TIM called the cops on us for kidnapping when we didn't? 

 

/v park is a  widely known thing, I've seen many people use it and have been told personally to do it multiple times.

It's difficult to have a good attitude towards staff when you have such shit experiences with them most of the time. The guy that banned me won't even reply to my ban appeal, he spectates me for 40 minutes just waiting for me to break any rule possible. 

 

If you truly believe I should be permanently banned for paying to flip my car over to save me bhopping across LS to go back to the respawn point then I guess there isn't much point arguing it.

 

Also, just because I typed /v park fast, doesn't mean I do it regularly, it's just a command I've known from across all samp servers to work and have never been punished for it outside of this.

Can't log into panel to check punishments, but as far as I'm aware, there isn't many cop baiting punishments, may be wrong though.
