Changine a HQ and a gate

When i saw others HQ i feel bad cause my HQ so Slippery so when i respawn the cars it feel down and explose sometimes i find a new HQ in SF and as you know We RPing the italian mafia so here LS is for gangs but SF is calm and clear i want request an HQ changing and a gate on it i hope u accept  after several work we collect the money i hope u accept it dont worry i will not abuse it to escape or for meth i will just use it to park the cars @INFERNO @LocMax
