Toxicity Personal comment Hello It's me again, following a discussion in a discord ticket I have decided to post another ban appeal. I would first of like to say that I really do apologise for those I was toxic to within this community, I hounded at administration for no good reason and decided to base my anger towards them while I played Valrise. I since then have matured and realised that if I am to have a long place in this community I should approach things a completely different way and stop acting like a child. I would firstly like to apologise towards the staff and management team for my constant hounding and toxicity during my time here in Valrise, and second to my friends because my behaviour left me unable to enjoy the server with them. Secondly I would like to state that a lot of the people I had previous issues with are now no longer within the community, which makes it a perfect time for me to turn a new leaf and have a fresh start within the community. Clearing my name and showing you guys that I can behave as a regular player means the world to me and I hope that you see it in me. Participating in other roleplay communities and keeping a very clear record and being a good friendly player is what leads me here, I have proven to myself that I can be a good player and now I would like to take that a step further and prove to you. This also means a huge amount to me because my friends would love to play with me and so would I with them. Simply for that reason I would be able to keep my mouth shut and stay under the radar, because I know the risk of me never playing again and losing a connection developed with friends is always a possibility should I chose to go down the path I once chose. Besides I now know there is no room for people like the idiot I used to be and plan on taking an incredibly different approach to the server. An approach that would in turn allow me to become someone respected instead of hated and laughed at. I would also like to specify I have come to full acceptance and understanding of why I have been banned, and why I have built up this reputation among the server. My behaviour was cocky, arrogant and disrespectful to many. I chose to take my own anger out on my own failures and misdoings towards the people who are in control of the server, regardless the fact that they actually do a really good job considering the many challenges the server has faced and will always face. That is also another big thing, I have in turn developed a respect for the owner and management team when I first thought about how difficult it is to run and manage a community such as Valrise, And how my behaviour made it harder for them! Another thing I feel is important to comment on is that I have a huge backing from my friends which are people highly respected and trusted, this creates a foundation for my new start on behaviour and conduction of myself. This can also help you guys believe in me, as I have made a promise to them I would like to now make a Promise to you! I have noticed that a lot of people who were previously a lot like me in their earlier times in the server, have reached a status of respect and trust within the community. Much like them that makes me believe that I have the room to grow as a person and as a member here. Even many people that have previously hacked and cheated in the community, causing a bigger impact and ripple on the server, its economy and its player base. To me its clear to see that with the right dedication much like them I can grow out of this phase of immaturity, and move on to make my friends and others around me proud! Thank you for taking the time to read this whoever you are, I only ask of administration to at least entertain me and discuss the options moving forward. I may have cross the line with him but then it lead to me getting banned. I admit I was ban evading after that and then stopped doing it completely. it's been a long while and I felt nostalgic and wanted to join again(not ban evade) so I'm here appealing for my ban. Illegal Modifications Personal comment So basically I was banned for raksamp which I didnt know wasnt actually allowed, basically raksamp is another client so you can basically log into the server without having samp opened, I did this so I could gain a little xp while I was gone which doesnt work anyways since the bot kicks you from the game, The guy Valox that reported me to the admins told my friend Mafik that it was legal and allowed so then I used it, since its allowed on horizon roleplay and many other servers I've played so I was lied to, But im assuming he didnt even know what raksamp was because he also said that it was a "weapon cheat" when its not at all, it gives no advantages either, its just used for logging into the server, it comes with no hacks its just a client that you can use to use the samp chat without actually playing the game itself, so I think a kick should of been better since this is so minor. Edit: So im reposting this again because I was kept banned for it being "illegal" but it turns out it actually isnt, theres nothing on the forums about it being illegal/nor is it in the rules section You can literally see raksamp isn't even on here and plus raksamp gives no advantages at all, so how would it be an illegal modifcation if it gives no advantages? Crashing to avoid TV (then deleting mods during crash) Personal comment As the ban reason states, I was requested to allow TeamViewer access to Benson due to a report made against me, I believe. He teleported me to San Fierro and proceeded to explain that if at any point I disconnect/crash, I will be banned. Upon being teleported, I was greeted with 3 warning messages, which were models failing to load. [16:19:31] Warning: Model 294 wouldn't load in time! [16:19:31] Warning: Model 111 wouldn't load in time! [16:19:32] Warning: Model 184 wouldn't load in time! As soon as this happened, I knew my game would either crash at that moment or when I tab out - my game has a very high tendency to just crash even without these warning signs, however, it is definite it will happen at some point after these messages are shown. I told Benson that it was very likely I was going to crash as soon as I go to open TeamViewer, and I did - he seemed to have taken my word for it though, as he reached out to me on discord to allow me to prove some innocence, which I respect. Would also like to add that I attempted to relog as soon as I crashed, but was greeted by a banned message. Between the time of crashing and allowing TeamViewer access, I do not believe I would have had time to do anything to cover up any cheats. I allowed TeamViewer access and allowed him to look through my files - it was clear to see that my files were modified shortly before logging in for the day (it was actually the day before), so this raised suspicions, as it was the CLEO folder (as well as other folders). The reason for this was due to an attempt to fix the games crashing errors. Those who know me know my game tends to crash a lot. Following this, he found that I did delete a CLEO which was renamed, apparently (not entirely sure as I was sent the mod a good while ago). The reason for this deletion was due to it being a potential reason for crashing the game. The deletion happened prior to being reported or coming in game for the day, but I understand the suspicions that were raised. Following the discovery of this, Benson deemed it was insufficient evidence to prove innocence and therefore the ban was not lifted. I assure you that no hacks were used - if the time and data is checked relative to the time I was reported, you can check my hits (if it was for aimbot?) and you will see that several shots were missed - I just seemed to hit a few nice shots on two snipers. On top of this, if you retrieve my disconnect/crash history, you'll see that many of my disconnects were due to crashes. Thanks.

Nothing will change that i did a bug abuse and made money from it not even telling the admins about it. I am a good player of the community but it changed when i did the bug abuse as i dont know what else to say but i wanting the managements accept my apology and if i ever encounter any bug that could be exploited by players i will quickly tell the admins about.
