Personal comment Well, I have been banned for more than a month now, everything has been explained in my previous un-ban appeal of why I used cheats in the first place. As for this appeal, all I have to say is that it would be great to give me a chance to get back into the game. I don't mind being forced on CAC currently and then on the launcher once it's released, it's all good to me. NOTE: James gave me permission to apply before the official release of the launcher.

Running while knocked Personal comment Y'all obviously never heard of bugs, let me explain how it happened. So, I was being knocked in a huntley with my friends, cops came and started shooting at the car which made the car explode. After car exploded, I could freely run around and had CJ run instead of the usual "granny" run. I went to help my friends kill the cops and got banned shortly after, unfair ban though, should've told me to relog or something, but y'all too thirsty so y'all ban.

It states that as long as admins have enough evidence they can ban me, but I'm sure you've no evidence at all.

Lying to a admin + DM without a reason + Excessive punishment history - @Solim Personal comment In The First i just Saw A Guy Aiming at me,So i killed him and Admin just came and said i will check logs if the guy didnt aim i will punishment You i said he did , So i waited him and he checked the logs and came to me and told me he didnt. So u Dmed Him ,So Terrell Banned me . And The punishment history i was Going To /q For 3 Month Or More. Eric Murray When did you get banned? 01/26/2022 What is the ban reason? illegal modification Personal comment so first of all my english isnt so good so yeah i will try my best. so i probably got banned for using cheats ... aimbot and yeah that what i did or used. i admit that i used aimbot and sorry for that. the main reason that make me downoad and use aimbot was bc these players who use this things .... i felt like its unfair to play against them. and to be honest the admin who banned me i dont blame him for that but oposite ,what he did wasnt just ban me he even cleared the idea of cheats from my mind. even that aimbot make me shoot my friends and make me forget the main reason why i came to play valrise or rp server in general. and its to have fun. there no fun with cheats ..... i have been cleared my game from this s....t unban me or not its up to you. i just said what i felt after i got banned. Sorry for using cheats, and i will never use them again even if i didnt get unbanned .... Hope you uderstand.

Ramming an admin Personal comment Hello, at first I'd like to sincerely apologize for my horrible punishment history on the server but honestly it's been a long time since I got banned and I'm not really going to attempt to violate any server rules during my fresh playtime. The management is angry with what I have done and I saw that in my previous ban appeal yet they are absolutely right. I know I've already been given manifold chances and wasted them one by one but this time the matter is different because I do not have any reasons to bother other players any longer. I will just enjoy the server in the ethical way and hence I'm once again demanding dear admins to give me a chance to re-join the community. I promise I will not cause any inconvenience for players/managers ever again and I'd be perfectly grateful if admins considered the possibility of admitting me into the server once again. Thank you so much.

I lost my logs as I tried relogging as I thought its a wrong ban

Violating unban terms Personal comment My ban was due to an argument on discord with Eduardo, which was basically nothing but Eduardo got angry from it for no reason and banned me for "violating unban terms". Well my unban terms have nothing related to chats or anything as such. It was just restricting me from joining various teams and departments. I have no idea what wrong did I do. However, I apologize to Eduardo for my behavior in the chat, it was due to the fact that Eduardo was interrupting in a joke I did with my friend James Kavanagh (and he totally understands that I'm joking and AFAIK he didn't mind it) and this made me reply to him, despite of me trying to control myself and telling him I won't be replying to him.. I wanna return to the community for the last time, I know I had a great reputation here which I have wasted joining the other server, but I definitely am regretful about it and want to return to the old times in this community. I probably won't be plaiyng alot, but definitely join from time to time to have fun with my friends and the community, if given this chance. It has been almost 8 months that I'm banned with this reason. I know my old appeals got denied but just for once I want to prove myself. My sincere apologizes to @INFERNOas well. He is my old friend since another community and I can't imagine having a conflict with such a good friend. I hope you guys will consider letting me in for the last and final time and I won't disappoint you.
