Personal comment It's been so long that I haven't seen Mudoo's face. Almost a year, actually yes year passed. Can I have a last chance now? Most of my friends are waiting to welcome me back in the server. Like James said before to appeal in october or september I couldn't find my old appeal to check the date he said to apply. All I just want to ask for a last chance to spend my time on Mudoo as I was playing nicely. It was fun, and great old memories along with friends. I started hacking because I had a low PC and my fps was always 40 to 60. I couldn't shoot on 40-60 FPS so I started looking for a undetectable aimbot, in which I got detect by a staff member and got myself into this massive trouble. But now I have a better PC and I started to practice in DM servers to maintain my skills, and to not let myself called as a aimbotter. Please consider this appeal, thanks.

You guys took edited clips and considered it as a proof for me DMing hence you banned me, but the fact is I wasn't dming and the proof I haven't been reported either IG or on forums. The only wrong thing I made is carsurfing and I totally agree its my own fault knowing or not. I had my last ban a year or a year and a half ago, and had one punishment during this period which was no gun fear, so I have no clue why when it comes to me doing a tiny mistake it gets harsh. I would like an explanation if that possible, thanks.

First of all, I would like to apologize for the amount of toxicity and immaturity that I've shown during the years I've been playing on Valrise. I remember joining the server for the first time, I was new to RP and alot of stuff but Muddo built me up from scratch and everything I have been through helped me improve my awareness, my English, My anger issues and more... I know my actions were childish, I had the mentality of shooting people every second for fun, and all I cared about was DMing. but not anymore I acknowledge the mistakes I have done and I am trying hardly to learn from it, even if it's a slow process I am trying my best. Playing on Muddo/Valrise did get me alot of friends, friends I am close too, friends that helped me through tough times. Therefore, I would love to get back on Valrise as I missed them, the fun and many more things. I was soo dedicated my time toward this server and effort toward it. Every single hour I spent here was worth it! and as we all know, SAMP is going through tough times. So, I would love to spend the last years of it on Valrise. I wont be breaking any rules, getting robberies sprees, toxicity, DMing people for stupid reasons, and everything I used to do. I, Raf Wozi will guarantee that I will stop toxicity and try my best to be a better version of myself. If anything occurs from my side, the staff team can community ban me, no warns given whatsoever. Quick words from me: Raf was the one helping me through out Muddo when I came back from inactivity and I have witnessed him helping many players that reached +20lvl now.

Dm mentality and other BS Personal comment so basically i was riding around talking with friends we ended up killing a cop and he cried and got me banned and about the cac evasion everyone on the staff team knew about me evading cac so idk why you put that in the ban reason PLUS i wasnt the person to kill the cop and dexter never even had a admin sit with me he juss checked my logs and banned me or was spectating me and im not bypassing cac im currently playing on samp cac so idk what he's on about

I was being followed by a lot of cops and I had to relog several times due to my high packet loss and cops were crying because of it. I don't know what went wrong that got me banned. I am down if you want to check my files and everything, thanks.

Usage of illegal modification Personal comment It happened a second ago, I was about to get teamviewered but for some reason after opening the teamview and tabbing into the game and tabbing out - my resolution changed and I couldn't do shit. tab to gta sa, to my desktop - nowhere. I tried deleting discord, spotify processes to try to fix it but nothing happened so I just decided to get instantly banned and closed gta sa process. I have confirmed, I used scopevini (enhanced sniper scope - it adds thermal vision, better scope texture, and some other random scope-mode that I didn't even understand) I do understand it's purely my mistake for having this mod and having advatange against others. for me it doesn't really give a super advantage since (on turfs) there are sniper positions that everyone know about so yk. Hope I'll get unbanned soon, I'll do whatever I'll have to do to come back IG. About the aimbot suspection (don't read if you don't want to see my "excuses" HHHH): I've been gaming for quite some years now, daily I spend the whole/rest of the day on playing shooters, training my aim in osu etc. I know that's a childish excuse and it will prob make my unban appeal even harder, but oh well hh About the teamviewer thing, I wanted to cooperate, but my PC/game had to lag and i had no other choice but to close the proccess. I instantly went IG but i guess Dizzy was ready to ban me (no offense) BTW, I had discord, spotify and teamviewer installed and ready to use, I closed all the processes bcuz I thought it might fix the issue.
