I have never done anything to hurt this server, only ever promoted it in videos. The truth of the situation has came out for better or for worse, an admin spectating me all day, of course he will find something eventually, do it to anyone and you can nit-pick something you don't like and get him gone. I know it's nothing new, but I've served my time for this minor rule break (in my opinion) and would appreciate being unbanned, thank you.

Kacper; I am very sorry for what I have done. In hindsight I should have seen how myself doing a dumb silly little thing would have not resulted in my personal gain, and worse, how it could have potentially been a lot worse for the person on the business end of the stick. For this Kacper I must apologise so much. It should not have even crossed my mind to do this. It's hard for me to write about this. I apologise for allowing information about you to be spread around in discord servers that were overseen by myself, namely my former company's. I should not have allowed myself to be the man who let it happen but I cannot deflect blame onto the others because without my stupid antics this would not have happened. To my old friends in the staff team who trusted me and whom I trusted (you know who you are); I am so sorry for letting you down. I am so sorry for embarassing you in front of the server. I cannot force you to forgive so all I can really say is that I hope that no harm was made. You were never my former self's target yet you were still caught in the crossfire. To my old friends who regularly played with me and those who we enjoyed the company of eachother; I apologise for making us look bad. We had great memorable times together and I'm so sorry for how it ended. We had a great company. We were criminals, we were police, sometimes we were firefighters and sometimes we were trucking fuel and materials. Most importantly, our greatest success was the unique F&G. Our company managed to bring peace with people from all parts of the community where in other parts of the server, they could and would only bicker and fight over small things. The reasons why I feel motivated today to submit this ban appeal is likely apparent.. I learnt that you unbanned two other players for doing the same as I did, even while one was a senior administrator at the time who you later entrusted to become a server manager. These individuals have done nothing sweeter than what I had done. I hope that you understand my remorse for what I have done. I never wished that my time at Valrise would ever end in such a way. I had a relatively light punishment history since the start of the year and until my ban (we can take this statement with a pinch of salt). This is my only relevant ban with the exception of when I first got banned many years ago on my first day for deathmatch but I hope that we can look over this when considering my case! I have to say it again. I am so sorry for what I did to you, Kacper. I apologise to those I have embarassed and those I have disappointed. At this point I can only ask for forgiveness and hope that one day I will be able to see those who gave me a memorable time again. sincerely, suryanta.

Evading a community ban Personal comment okay so this message is for @Mikro and old admins in my account period hello mikro and admins how are you as you know i was ban evading alot since 2018 for some issue between me and you and for some payments things i wanna say when i was 2018 i was 13 years old not full grown man i used to borrow my dads card with out lettting him know and used to donate for this community i donated around 42 euros but when my father found out about this he refunded every thing and i guess paypal charged u some fees and this and i remember u told me total of 64 euros, so now im almost 18 years old and im full gorwn man and actually when i grew up i felt the wrong thing ive done to you so i wanted to pay you back every thing u lost because of me and i donated 40 euros from my own money in my acc "Seryoga" so its 24 euros left and i will pay u this week and all i wanted to do is to apologize to you for this actions and im not really looking to get unbanned or any thing like that only if you wish to let me play again in ur community i would appreciate that alot but any way i will fully refund u all your money that u lost bcz of me and i apologize again for that and as i said i was a child... and i know i ban evaded too again this year and i would say any thing about this but i refunded 40 euros already and im gonna refund u every dollar/euro, i would be happy if you accept my apologize and again i have no intention to play back if u dont like to let me again but if u do that will make me happy so its up to you i will accept any thing u say. i will understand that.. and i promise that wont happen again i know i promised alot but i was very young i did not even know what promise worths so i promise you again as a man. and if i dont get unbanned i would like you to give me your paypal link so i can refund u the 24 euros i owe u. My Roleplay carrier started as a Girl character who was new with in RP server. I played server about a year or maybe more ,As i join server back in 2019. I was one of the legal players of valrise but then i gave test of Reznov and they were legit players too. But some of peoples started saying them ''hackers''. Which spoil there reputation. I was asked to get teamview by dizzy walker and i agree with him to be teamview. I minimized the screen and turned ''ON'' my Teamviewer. which took me like 10sec or less time. Then i came back and then my gamestuck and forced to close. Likemost of player face this issue but when i came back Dizzy already banned me from server. Now here rise two question which can be asked by adminstration. I will answer them Q.1 why Ban appeal so late? A.1 As you guys knows founder of reznov created his own server i join that and spent my time there but now its closed. I left that server like 3 to 4months ago as i said goodbye to samp and focus on my real life. But I miss roleplay time too and many of my near and dear friends forced me to play with them and i also love to play with them. It was rule of reznov to never make ban appeal but as I was Kicked out from Reznov when i was banned so now i am free to make ban appeal and enjoy the one of famous and realistic server named as valrise. Q.2 how can we make sure that Rehman was not using ilegal Modifications? A.2 As i stated above what happened at that time. After ban appeal i contacted with some admins of Valrise and asked them is there any possible way i can get unban. then they said,''wait for launcher, you will be unbanned''. Because i can't prove that i am not guity. I literally say that i was not hacking but i know admins are not dumb they know whats going on in server ,If they banned me there would be a sense or proof behined. But i can't prove my cleanliness. All of it I can assure that If i get unban and whenever Dizzy will ask to me for ''Tv'' OR other admin will ask me for ''TV''. So when the greek cop who came to me continued to shoot, I went into my profession, and he kept firing, and I tried to defend myself. What is your in-game name? earl_mcklin Which staff member banned you? don_dizzy When did you get banned? 01/05/2021 What is the ban reason? toxic Personal comment يَسْـَٔلُونَكَ عَنِ ٱلْأَنفَالِ ۖ قُلِ ٱلْأَنفَالُ لِلَّهِ وَٱلرَّسُولِ ۖ فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَصْلِحُوا۟ ذَاتَ بَيْنِكُمْ ۖ وَأَطِيعُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥٓ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ ١ إِنَّمَا ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِرَ ٱللَّهُ وَجِلَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَإِذَا تُلِيَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَايَـٰتُهُۥ زَادَتْهُمْ إِيمَـٰنًۭا وَعَلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكَّلُونَ ٢ ٱلَّذِينَ يُقِيمُونَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَـٰهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ ٣ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ حَقًّۭا ۚ لَّهُمْ دَرَجَـٰتٌ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ وَمَغْفِرَةٌۭ وَرِزْقٌۭ كَرِيمٌۭ ٤ كَمَآ أَخْرَجَكَ رَبُّكَ مِنۢ بَيْتِكَ بِٱلْحَقِّ وَإِنَّ فَرِيقًۭا مِّنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ لَكَـٰرِهُونَ ٥ يُجَـٰدِلُونَكَ فِى ٱلْحَقِّ بَعْدَ مَا تَبَيَّنَ كَأَنَّمَا يُسَاقُونَ إِلَى ٱلْمَوْتِ وَهُمْ يَنظُرُونَ ٦ وَإِذْ يَعِدُكُمُ ٱللَّهُ إِحْدَى ٱلطَّآئِفَتَيْنِ أَنَّهَا لَكُمْ وَتَوَدُّونَ أَنَّ غَيْرَ ذَاتِ ٱلشَّوْكَةِ تَكُونُ لَكُمْ وَيُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ أَن يُحِقَّ ٱلْحَقَّ بِكَلِمَـٰتِهِۦ وَيَقْطَعَ دَابِرَ ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ ٧ لِيُحِقَّ ٱلْحَقَّ وَيُبْطِلَ ٱلْبَـٰطِلَ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ ٨ إِذْ تَسْتَغِيثُونَ رَبَّكُمْ فَٱسْتَجَابَ لَكُمْ أَنِّى مُمِدُّكُم بِأَلْفٍۢ مِّنَ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةِ مُرْدِفِينَ ٩ وَمَا جَعَلَهُ ٱللَّهُ إِلَّا بُشْرَىٰ وَلِتَطْمَئِنَّ بِهِۦ قُلُوبُكُمْ ۚ وَمَا ٱلنَّصْرُ إِلَّا مِنْ عِندِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ ١٠ إِذْ يُغَشِّيكُمُ ٱلنُّعَاسَ أَمَنَةًۭ مِّنْهُ وَيُنَزِّلُ عَلَيْكُم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءًۭ لِّيُطَهِّرَكُم بِهِۦ وَيُذْهِبَ عَنكُمْ رِجْزَ ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنِ وَلِيَرْبِطَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتَ بِهِ ٱلْأَقْدَامَ ١١ إِذْ يُوحِى رَبُّكَ إِلَى ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةِ أَنِّى مَعَكُمْ فَثَبِّتُوا۟ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ۚ سَأُلْقِى فِى قُلُوبِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ ٱلرُّعْبَ فَٱضْرِبُوا۟ فَوْقَ ٱلْأَعْنَاقِ وَٱضْرِبُوا۟ مِنْهُمْ كُلَّ بَنَانٍۢ ١٢ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ شَآقُّوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ ۚ وَمَن يُشَاقِقِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَدِيدُ ٱلْعِقَابِ ١٣ ذَٰلِكُمْ فَذُوقُوهُ وَأَنَّ لِلْكَـٰفِرِينَ عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ ١٤ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ إِذَا لَقِيتُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ زَحْفًۭا فَلَا تُوَلُّوهُمُ ٱلْأَدْبَارَ ١٥ وَمَن يُوَلِّهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ دُبُرَهُۥٓ إِلَّا مُتَحَرِّفًۭا لِّقِتَالٍ أَوْ مُتَحَيِّزًا إِلَىٰ فِئَةٍۢ فَقَدْ بَآءَ بِغَضَبٍۢ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَمَأْوَىٰهُ جَهَنَّمُ ۖ وَبِئْسَ ٱلْمَصِيرُ ١٦ فَلَمْ تَقْتُلُوهُمْ وَلَـٰكِنَّ ٱللَّهَ قَتَلَهُمْ ۚ وَمَا رَمَيْتَ إِذْ رَمَيْتَ وَلَـٰكِنَّ ٱللَّهَ رَمَىٰ ۚ وَلِيُبْلِىَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ مِنْهُ بَلَآءً حَسَنًا ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌۭ ١٧ ذَٰلِكُمْ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُوهِنُ كَيْدِ ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ ١٨ إِن تَسْتَفْتِحُوا۟ فَقَدْ جَآءَكُمُ ٱلْفَتْحُ ۖ وَإِن تَنتَهُوا۟ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌۭ لَّكُمْ ۖ وَإِن تَعُودُوا۟ نَعُدْ وَلَن تُغْنِىَ عَنكُمْ فِئَتُكُمْ شَيْـًۭٔا وَلَوْ كَثُرَتْ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ١٩ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ أَطِيعُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ وَلَا تَوَلَّوْا۟ عَنْهُ وَأَنتُمْ تَسْمَعُونَ ٢٠ وَلَا تَكُونُوا۟ كَٱلَّذِينَ قَالُوا۟ سَمِعْنَا وَهُمْ لَا يَسْمَعُونَ ٢١ ۞ إِنَّ شَرَّ ٱلدَّوَآبِّ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلصُّمُّ ٱلْبُكْمُ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ ٢٢ وَلَوْ عَلِمَ ٱللَّهُ فِيهِمْ خَيْرًۭا لَّأَسْمَعَهُمْ ۖ وَلَوْ أَسْمَعَهُمْ لَتَوَلَّوا۟ وَّهُم مُّعْرِضُونَ ٢٣ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱسْتَجِيبُوا۟ لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ ۖ وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ ٱلْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِۦ وَأَنَّهُۥٓ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ ٢٤ وَٱتَّقُوا۟ فِتْنَةًۭ لَّا تُصِيبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ مِنكُمْ خَآصَّةًۭ ۖ وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَدِيدُ ٱلْعِقَابِ ٢٥
