well a lot have changed in 1 year in the server . back 1 year the player gets a ban for poor Rp and now they only gets warned. Shootouts are a part of Roleplay but the problem here is that we dont have a definitive view of Rp , Staff should imply the Type of roleplay the server needs I myself will prefer Character Roleplay over more /me ones.

Craze is right some times player dont want to lose stuff and acts like a retard.

@LocMax Sir limit the groups in numbers or territory's ? It will be good if you limit them in territory's and force them to Rp along their character.

14 Million dollars pay checks nice since there is no EMS or FD member online , and a little players do other jobs so PD got about 10million$ paychecks even though a lot of volunteer dont gets enough pay

I will like to suggest to amend the rule 4 04. RETURNING AFTER DEATH Returning after death is the act of returning to a scene at which you have died. It is not allowed. As if a player have more than 1 Characters in a fraction i.e a person have a PO role and a swat cadet role then he can return to the scene as a Swat cadet role in which he died there as a PO role. Its not against Rp standards as he have 2 characters to rp

Well after reading for 30 minutes , I only saw that Both PD and Criminals are crying. -I agree with the Anthony to disable the map , this is increase the Rp for tracing . - The server economy is not that bad , government groups aside of PD is also not working their part like FD. - Players don't know what there character is , I have seen FBI agents pulling over for TS . Gang members should buy guns according to their class and should deal affiliated drugs like local street gang members should deal weed and mafias should deal heroin. - Making harsh punishments will not increase RolePlay , but helping them to learn Rp will increase it . I just witnessed Gustavo_Andolini using /do for OOC chat instead of /b Other suggestions. - Remove guns like desert eagle and mp5 from the ammunition and increase the cost of gun parts for heavy weaponry. This will lower the rate of DM. - Make desert eagle and mp5 cases . - Decrease the armour buyable from ammunitions to 25 instead of 100. Instead players will need chest plates (Can be crafted by warehouse ) to get remaining 75 armour. Swat will have 100 armour( as they have chest plates ) as the SRT with damage reduction. - Remove /equipt -Change the load out of PD classes like +:Normal PO will have a 9mm handgun , a tazer , 25 armour and a standard pump action shotgun along with cuffs and pepper can +:Swat will have 100 armour , Desert Eagle ,Mp5 and smoke grenades. +:SRT will have access to every king of weaponry. This will help to reduce DM. ( it will only be applicable if above points are applied) - Remove the requirement for having a BLS for PD to revive. -Make seizure process only done in PD , Cops need to revive the criminals and to being them back to PD for seizure process ( Cops seize with /me pats the guy and then /seize , after seize then kills him.) -When a cop seize some drugs the drugs will go directly in the PD locker and the officer will receive a paycheck. Like for seizing 1kg drugs he will get 10,000$ and for seizing Guns cases he will get 5,000$. -Add limits to PD storage that can be RP robed . The cops have to ecsort drugs to KACC when the limits are reached. - This drug transport will take 30 Minutes at KACC to BURN all the drugs. (10 minutes for each drug) Swat will escort the drug transport and SRT will secure the premises of KACC. Normal cops will control serval check points between the LS and LV -Make it harder to make drugs like increase the time for heroin and meth , make weed harder by removing some weed fields . -Add some payphones. -Remove levels and permissions from WT cops can easily use radio to get into criminal WT. -Decrease the dealer spawn time to 1hour in game and it can randomly spawn at any location around the map. -Decrease the cars limit for all the criminal groups like gang to 4 vehicles, mafia to 6 vehicles and families to 5 vehicles.

I did used hacks but I did not ban evaded anyone time. And if you think I do ban evaded ,I am her from a long time and I know that ban evading will be caught. You may know that some people of my group used to change their name to people who gets banned.

i am sorry at my actions , my activities , my behavior and mistakes. I know that i did wrong this is why i myself punished me and did not appeal earlier as i know that i was at wrong. i now realize that i was not only leading down the staff trust from me but also the trust of my fellow , my friends and my companions . I am a shame to the community and i just want to make my wrong right and i hope that i will . Once again i ask forgiveness from not only the staff but i ask the whole community to forgive me.
