Let's establish some consensus here.
1. Yes, you have broken a server rule. Using "IC" as a pretext to breach server rules just because you have your particular expectances which do not meet the harm you caused to other players is not an excuse. It is, in my best interpretation, a very poor attempt of harassment disguised as "IC interaction" simply because you were using local chats and a roleplay background as excuse to perform it. You were insistently FLOODING the chat with your horrible remarks and clearly nobody there was pleased with your actions. Marty herself demonstrated to be affected by it in OOC terms too by the time, I have read the logs. You're clearly omitting things for your own good.
2. You're clearly showing no remorse at all, which renders me unable to even minimally sympathize with your cause. Instead, you prefer to accuse the responsible staff member of "bias".
3. Until you recognize that yes, you have broken a server rule and yes, you're legit sorry for your disturbing behaviour and will not repeat it, this request will go nowhere.

I will not be around in the weekend to host the last event that we predicted. Instead, our staff will host some other events in the server - I will host at a later point an event to give those last 40 donor credits!

MUDOO'S THIRD BIRTHDAY CEREMONY

The time has came! Three years later, we are where we are. Our main guests? Our players, the ones who make this community stand where it is and motivate us to push further.
To celebrate the community's third birthday, we invite everyone to the formal ceremony, packed with surprises and expectations!

WHERE?
We're mapping a customized building specially for the ceremony. We'll keep the surprise till then!
RULES
This is a server event. It means no roleplay, in-character conventions will be considered for it. All the server rules apply in the event, with any attitude that may disrupt the event as an aggravant.
A three-strike policy will be in effect for the event in case of event disruptions and disturbances.
Examples of event disruptions/disturbances are:
- Flooding the chat repeteadly with the same message;
- Writing repeteadly with full capital letters;
- Punching, shooting other people;
- Actions that intentionally have the sole purpose of disrupting the event, such as IEDs and/or other game resources that disrupt other player's experiences.
Three-strike policy:
- First time: Teleport away from the event place.
- Second time: Admin jail for 15 minutes.
- Third and last time: A 4-hour tempban.
VIP LOUNGE
This time, we've decided to lend a space thinking about those who've believed in our work and decided to contribute out of their own will to Mudoo. We'll have a special VIP lounge, acessible by lifetime donors and management guests. They have been given handcrafted passes individually, like this one:

You evaded? Does it really matter why you were chased for at first? Did you even try to contest the reason you were pulled over in the actual roleplay?
What he means, I see, is that clearly being confused in roleplay doesn't justifies an OOC beef. You took the consequences yourself when you decided to evade the cops. You have no right to believe the cops treated you unfairly in pulling you over as you suggest in your questioning if you did not try to question the reason you were stopped for at first.

As part of the Mudoo's birthday month, we will host four major events in June [you can have more information on what we've prepared for June by clicking here]. This is the second one of them. Any questions or commentary you have can be posted in this topic.
A reminder: all events this month [except the Drug Transport, which is a group-themed event] will award a 6-month donator package to the winner. If the event winner happens to be a donator, he'll accumulate the points.
WHAT IS THE WEEKEND RACE?
An endurance race to be hosted in a circuit that will cover San Andreas in it's entirety.
WHEN AND WHERE?
June 13th [Saturday], 18:00 [server time]. Starting line will be at Verona Beach, in the highlighted circle in the race map.
HOW TO WIN?
The first vehicle to cross the start-finish line, see the chequered flag and complete the correct number of laps and not commit any infraction worth of disqualification will win.
EVENT INFORMATION
THE RACE PATH
Verona Beach -> Santa Marina Beach -> LS-FC toll -> Flint County -> Flint County-SF tunnel -> San Fierro -> San Fierro Highway -> Garver Bridge -> Tierra Robada -> Bone County -> Julius Thruway West -> Julius Thruway South -> Highway towards Los Santos -> LS-LV tolls -> Highway -> LSAP -> Right-hander passing by the LSAP-Verona Beach tunnel -> Verona Beach.
The race will consist of THREE LAPS over this race path. Start-finish line will be at the demarked circle [Verona Beach].
RULES

All competitors will use the same vehicle [Premier]. You're not allowed to use your own Premiers if you possess one. All competitors will be given spawned Premiers with no modifications.

You're not allowed to take alternate routes or shortcuts. Barriers and visual signs will indicate the circuit's path and there will be staff members as race marshals observing the competitors and overall race behaviour.

You may only use the vehicle you'll be given at the race start [Premier];

You're out of the race if: your car's battery is out and you're not able to restart it; your car blows; you're disqualified by a race marshal.

You can not attempt to carjack other people if your car's dead.

WHAT IS THE LOWRIDER SHOWCASE?
An hybrid of server and roleplay event in where players can show off their tuned, modified lowriders and be judged by Pepe Santos & his helpers.

HOW TO WIN?
The car judged as the best-looking one, with the most original story and best tricks will win.
EVENT INFORMATION
A few elements will be considered by the judges when presenting your vehicle. They are: your car's style, the uniqueness of it's modifications, your roleplay presentation and whatever else the judges deem appropriate at the time of the event.

JUNE - MONTH OF SURPRISES!
As I said many, many times before, June is a special month for us. It marks the beginning of the chain of events that led Mudoo's birth and now, nearly three years later, what it is today. We believe special dates deserve a special programming. Hence, we have thought on a few things - have a glance below!
SATURDAY EVENTS
We will be hosting four major events in the four saturdays of June. For three of these events [except the Drug Transport, which is a group-themed event], we will be awarding a full 6-month donator package [40 donor credits] to the winners, as well considerable money sums to the second and third places!
Every monday, the next saturday's event topic will be published in the SA:MP-RP General board. Stay tuned and don't miss the event infos.
[The donor credits to be awarded here are part of the management's reserve, without any prejudice to the donating system :). If someone who's already a donator wins, he'll accumulate the points].
JUNE 6 - LOWRIDER SHOWCASE
Hosted by Pepe Santos, contestors will show off their modified lowriders in an attempt to impress the grand jury. Key here is originality and creativity.
JUNE 13 - WEEKEND RACES
An endurance race which will cover the entirety of the State of San Andreas. Start up the engines!
JUNE 20 - DRUG TRANSPORT
Every year, the SAPD has to load off the drug stashes they collect throughout the year from the streets. Is this the time criminals take back what was once theirs?
JUNE 27 - TREASURE HUNT
A quest torments the people: in the 18th century, a britton ship attempted to port the coast of San Andreas, but has disappeared in an unprecedented storm. The treasure is still out there.
BIRTHDAY CEREMONY
Sunday, June 21, will mark Mudoo's 3rd birthday and a pompous ceremony as well! Major surprises can be expected alongside emotional speeches and, of course, the announcement of the Mudoo Awards winners, done in an Oscar-fashioned way.
WEAPON SMUGGLES
FBI's intelligence reports suggest that unseen weaponry has been smuggled into the State of San Andreas - the problem is the cargo's remittees, in an effort not to draw attention, spread the weapon cases all over the state in order to discretly retrieve them in a later opportunity. Can you find them before they do?
[JUST for this month, we will randomly spawn cases of Combat Shotgun and Sawn-off Shotgun across the map. The first one who finds it will have access to these weapons. ONE case of each will be spawned in-game daily through the entire month of June. The weapons have limited ammo and they will not be available anywhere else - if you get your hands on them, you're getting your hands on a rare item. Good hunting!]
UNEXPECTED GIVEAWAYS
Chip's feeling generous. Apart from the scheduled weekend events, there will be many more unscheduled quests and events through the weeks in June with varied awards - from rare sports cars to unique group cars of their choice, rare weapons, drug packages, cash... if you're not ingame, you'll miss it!
FRIDAY SURPRISES
This one might interest everyone, but specially, criminals. Next thursday [June 4], I will announce a surprise in the Announcements channel in Mudoo's Discord that will take place every Friday in June. It will envolve strategy and specially good coverage of the map. Good guesses while you wait!
GLOBAL WARFARE EVENTS
Events awarding donator packages will also be hosted in our deathmatch server in June! Stay tuned and don't miss it! They will be specifically announced in the GW channels and forum boards.
