You seem to agree your reaction was exceeded, but you do not agree on the punishment itself. I see yet zero apology or guilt demonstration regarding what you have done to the player. I have zero guarantee you wouldn't do that again were you in the same position.

Hello Josh, I am the staff member who banned you. My decision to ban you from the server was reasoned in these aspects:
[1] You have a substantially poor punishment history. I have counted a total of 47 punishments prior to yesterday's ban, in which 5 of these were previous bans.
[2] Your most recent previous ban was issued in June. All of your five bans have been issued this year. So I tend to believe if you were unbanned with this recent previous history in count, it was under very strict conditions and those who made this decision have done so trusting you.
[3] Of these five bans, the last two of them were based in very similar reasons to the one I issued your current, which leads me to believe there seems to be a trait here.
[4] You have targetted and systematically harassed a player.
[5] It is aggravant to this ban the player you harassed registered yesterday and barely had an hour in the server [was a level 0/1 player] as you began to target him. Therefore, you might have made the worst impression possible of the server to a potential player.
Now, onto the factual aspect of the ban - I will show you a few frames of the logs.

This weekend, we celebrate the first anniversary of the beginning of the end of the Bone County War. This tragic conflict, which has claimed thousands of lives, including those of law-abiding, residing citizens of San Andreas in Bone County, was put to an end thanks to the merciless, reliable efforts of our law enforcement, which through a Task Force and disposing of our most technological, first-class resources, have outgunned the local militias that terrified Bone's population for long till then - Lashkar-E-Taiba, and lately, the Bone County Resistance - the second one still remaining only in very residual focuses and with most of their members in hiding.
To mark the date, the President of the United States has appointed me, Senator Carter, as his special envoy to Bone County and to represent the Government of the United States in a landmark celebration. This saturday, October 10th, will mark the first time members of the Congress of the United States enter Bone County's lands for an official visit since 2018.
Senator will be accompanied by other members of the Congress and the State Government who manifest interest in taking part in this historic moment. The visit schedule goes as follow:
- Meeting with locals throughout vicinities of Bone County;
- Tribute to the fallen at Las Brujas Cemetery;
- Speech in honor of law enforcement at Abandoned Airport.
Media outlets and independent journalists are also specially invited, may manifest their interest in participating in the visit through the government website [post in this topic] to document the visit and prepare articles. They will recieve special credentials.

This is going on.
We're proud to unveil the new community name - Valrise Gaming - and visual identity to embrace this new era.
The decision to rename and rebrand our community came from our past. Out of courtesy towards some of our friends, we took this as a good moment to move away from our previous name. This situation provided the perfect chance to rebrand everything and provide our players with a fresh look.
We have decided to maintain the current color scheme Mudoo carries since foundation, in variations of red, white and black.
What does that mean in practice? The community will be renamed and we'll get used to the new name. We are not [currently] implementing any major update, resetting anything, merging with another community or enforcing any major change to the server's current state-of-the-art. This is still and will still be the server you're used to play at, spend and enjoy your time.

Admins also warn too much and don’t punish. A lot of admins should take DeAndre Jackson as an example of how an admin should punish players. Experienced players shouldn’t go off with a warning for an rulebreak such a refusing to RP. It’s simply ridiculous.
However this is just a example of many others. If you are actually willing to see more pure evidence (logs, screenshots etc) I would like to refer you to a very detailed report that’s being conducted in a discord server made by Tito (his report basically tackles everything wrong with the server right now). This man has spent a lot of time to conduct this report and frankly shit has been done. If you are actually willing to participate in your role as a administrator I am more than willing to get you in that discord server.
Edit: Oh yeah, no shade towards the administrators but a lot of the encounters I had with admins basically got minimum RP knowledge however, unfortunately, I don’t have the evidence to back it up. Hopefully the masses that witnessed this will share their opinions and that could be some sort of evidence I guess
You seem to be very pretentious in some of your points here. My problem is not with your concerns, but how you put them as if you were stating an universal truth and if the management doesn't entirely follows them, it's a "symptom of the server failure". I do behold caution over this impositive language. We can of course debate and I would be glad if Tito fowarded me these points in my forum PM or something so we could have a look over it as we're always open to listen to the players, but the way you present me as "frankly shit has been done" does not necessairly means all of your suggestions were the best for the server or they could be implemented.
I have seen some messages of your rants in this channel and this "when is something gonna be done" as if all your points were completely right and indisputable is not the way to dialogue. If you people are to understand decision making in a server with an average of 3k active players is not something done in the snap of fingers, I will be happy to listen to your concerns. I know Matthew is already, and so would I.

You're not happy with the outcome of a report and you're trying to be pretentious again by putting this as an universal problem? Again as I said, I will be happy to debate, but it doesn't seems it will go much far if you behold your opinions so staunchly as if they were the incontestable truth. It's the same case we tell players that the fact they're unpleased with the outcome of a report, it does not means it has not been handled properly. Not speficially talking about this case, as I will not opine about a situation where I have logs without a context, but just concerned with your general attitude in standing to your points. I, however, see you point to a general attitude, and this I will look over to.

The ponderation over your ban was that you're not a new player and you clearly knew of this exploit before and were using it. Your ban will not be debated here. I can not talk about this warn you claim as I do not know the context over it. However, your ban was issued correctly. Players in same circunstances as you should be banned as well for maliciously exploiting the script.

We have been consistently facing this excuse - mainly this, and either replaced or followed by "but everyone does it", "I didn't knew" and alike over disputed situations in where the player performs an action that clearly gives him an advantage that otherwise he wouldn't have, and is either an exploit of the script beyond it's original purpose or simply taking advantage of unpredicted, unprecedented situations.
The server rules contain jurisdiction that allow staff members to decide on spot based on their own judgement over never-before-seen situations, which can of course be contested later for a final word by management.

This common sense prediction was added because simply we can not predict every new exploit players find in the scripts and fall into common use. However, it is NOT the administration's responsability to babysit the players into every single new situation where clearly there's an obvious advantage that wouldn't exist otherwise and tell them "did you knew that a script abuse is a script abuse?" or "do you not realise that is clearly not the purpose this script was meant to serve?"
How can an average player believe, for example, that a command that was designed to park your vehicle permanently on a spot could be used to unflip your car, or that demanding to be killed on purpose by a friend on situations where you possess valuable items in your inventory that otherwise could be seized/robbed is fine? Don't you people see where the problems lay? Do we really have to list every possible situation in the rulebook like we would treat kids in the kindergarten who still don't know boundaries and have to be limited every new thing they find?
The premise is simple: if there's an action that is not listed in the rules, but clearly appears to be an extrapolation of the script, or give you an advantage that you wouldn't have otherwise, do not do it. We do not have to be lenient on situations not listed on rules but that obviously provide an unfair advantage because we CAN NOT predict every new exploit players find.

How is a script exploit a "dogshit reason"? Script abuse are not only the ones which favour you directly over other players, but also the ones which favour you directly.
As far as I am now concerned, /v park was being used to unflip vehicles and render them useable again on spot. You are not a new player and I am sure you could figure out that is not the original purpose of this command. We already have a range of other commands that cover vehicle repair [mechanics, tool kits, etc].
It adds to the ban the fact that this was certainly not the first time you have used /v park for such purpose, as I was told by present staff ingame you did it immediately as the vehicle flipped, so you know exactly what you were doing. They notified it could be possibly some kind of cheat, so it was investigated and we came to find out the correct reason. It is also an aggravant that the developers were not communicated that this command could be exploited this way...? If "others are doing it" as some people said ingame, they will be banned as well, it is not an excuse.
You seem remorseless as per your attitude in this request and in other places, so do you actually want to be unbanned, or question the eventuality of your ban?

SITUATION: Players who want to die on purpose to keep items from their inventory and avoid being seized or robbed.
HOW IS IT A BREACH OF RULES? It is obviously not natural for a player to wish to die in course of a roleplay scenario. Hence, it is also not natural to request to a friend of yours to kill you so you can keep your inventory intact upon respawn. The sole goal of this is to avoid being seized by the police or robbed by someone else. Hence, it is a breach of rules as per the listed rules below.
In case of rule 1.10, it is specifically a way to avoid a possible scripted consequence [being seized/robbed].
Players who insist with this practice will be warned and if this happens in a situation where the player has directly profitted an item [i.e. smuggle, meth], the profitted item will be removed from the inventory.

Scripts (features) are made to be used in a certain way. For example, furniture exists so that players can decorate their homes in a reasonable, realistic fashion. Then, there are players who use furniture to just place walls around, other items along to block rival players from being able to breach the property and so that they could shoot the rival players easier. This is a misuse of the script. Therefore, any wrongful use of a feature to gain an advantage over others is prohibited.

Yes, there' a reason you were banned, you multiaccounted. I don't care how noble are your intentions in doing it, you breached the rules and that is the fact.

Welcome to the website of Senator Leonardo R. Carter, United States Senator [S] for San Andreas serving under the 115th United States Congress. You will find brief information here about who I am, how I think, what I am making to make San Andreas great and ways to reach me, as well other useful information directed to citizens.
I was born in 1963, in Vice City. I graduated in Law and Communication Studies, both at the University of Vice. I have served in the Vice City Police Department for approximately 14 years, before quitting service in hopes of joining the FBI Academy. I sucessfully done so, becoming a Special Agent and transferred to the Field Office in Las Venturas, where I proudly served for 10 years. In San Andreas, I was invited to advise the redevelopment of the San Andreas Police Department, which I done so for about 2 years, laying the foundation bases for a new SAPD and assigning trustworthy people to assume the project. I ran for the United States Senate in 2018, winning a first term to proudly serve the people of San Andreas.
I work alongside Senator Matthew Carter for the best interests of San Andreas in the US Congress. Whereas Senator Carter holds a more conservative stance, I advocate for more progressist policies, which renders us a perfect balance in policy making. Since I have made my entire life in law enforcement, I have a sharp eye to law demands and I closely observe movements that may improve law enforcing and decrease crime rates in the state, a chronic problem that we're well aware and acquainted with. I work as well focused on providing better opportunities of enterpreneuship in the state, allowing businesses to run accordingly and creating trust for a market envinronment that allows overall enrichment for us all. My other main focus of interest are housing propositions, health affairs, education and cultural affairs.
